The other place in Harker heights wouldn’t touch the back screen of my iPhone because they didn’t do the Apple logo. I told them it doesn’t matter if there was an iPhone logo or not. They told me something about nobody would accept that trade in. I told them my phone company said they will. They said it’s against their policy 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻This place did the job and even included the logo and at a cheaper price then the other place would have done. They had my phone done within the day!

Horrible I went to get a new battery with everything working and left with a faulty battery that won’t charge above 2% and won’t work unless it’s connected to the charger yet my phone worked completely before I took it in with the swollen battery I had. They offered to get a new battery but if they coming in faulty why waste my time and money. But they fixed my screen perfectly.

They repaired my phone screen in less then 30 mins and works great very happy with my purchase thanks y’all!

Good pla e but not very knowledgeable when it comes to screen replacements the price quotes are kinda iffy if u ask me! I took my phone there and got the screen replaced for a Motorola Play got it the next day after paying $120 now I literally have to charge my cell phone while its off everytime if dies and that was not a problem before I took it there. (EDITED) but overall I got my baby fixed and thats all that matters, so Im happy.

To be fair my paper work does state 30 day warranty but it has barely been 30 days and they would only fix it if I paid another $80. Guess I should have researched more and realized they did not back their services for more than 39 days.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I purchased a good cell phone online but turns out the seller wasnt authorized from the manufacturer and their latest update bricked my phone. I called a few places and they quoted over 100.00 and having to replace internal parts. Without any hope I stopped in at Fix Devices and pled my case, I left my phone and less than 2 days later I had a text it was FIXED!! Bill was under 90.00 so I was thrilled needless to say! My Samsung S9 is a model outdated and they couldnt replace the screen. What the hell?! You can repair phones, but nothing remotely new?? They offered to order a new screen for nearly 300 dollars, but they could not simply replace the glass... know what, Ill just use it as is. Thanks for nothing.
