Sandra was incredible at trying to help me, but boost the company was not helping. Their network switch broke my phone. There is a well documented history of this happening and they did not have any solutions for rectifying it. Their promised calls from escalation never came. I spent three hours in the store and at least ten hours dealing with boost customer care. I had reps blatantly lie to me. Im very unhappy with the company. When there is a problem, nobody has the power to actually rectify it.ETA: To the owners reply: Boost told me the phone was compatible. There is documentation that they have bricked peoples phones with these new Sims all over boost message boards and reddit. Customer Care cant help and corporate didnt help either. Ive been with you all for years, but they didnt care to even try to take ownership. They blamed me, my device, and finally they say oh its not compatible, except corporate says it is. Thats funny, it doesnt work. I bought a new phone because I was desperate, and boost wont even give a reasonable credit for the problem.Sandra at the store really tried but she had her hands tied behind her back.

Boost mobile is just plain garbage. I HAD PURCHASED EXTRA DATA FOR MY CELL PHONE THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND THEN I NEVER GOT DATA AND THEN I WENT TO THE WEBSITE AND IT SAID THEY ARE UNDER MAINTENANCE GO FIGURE
I went to the Boost Mobile on Fort Hood street and sat from 10:00-10:30 and the store was never opened by the employees. I came to the store on Central Texas Expressway and Sandra was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! She was very informative and a great multi-tasker. This store had so many customers and Sandra helped everyone in a timely manner. Sandra made the transition so easy and worth it!!!!! Please give Sandra a raise and bonus!!!!!!

This place has the slowest service when they are actually open. If your sign says open til 7 why close at 6:40 with no one in the lobby. Unacceptable
I went to boost yesterday and I dont know the ladys name that helped me but she was great and got me setup with my new phone very quickly.
The rep Always greets customers and tries and acknowledges customers even if she helping others.Always goes above And beyond so that customers leave happy and come back, and tries her best to be quick and multitask so customers won’t have to wait too long, great customer service, my go Boost Mobile store.

Even busy with other customers, the lady there acknowledged us when we came to inquire about their plans and phones. She has us reading some info while we waited. There was chairs to sit on and phones to look at.
Came in to get some business’s flyers and cards to market your business to residents since I work at an apartment complex in Killeen. Was completely ignored when a I walked in and accidentally cut in front of a lady because I couldn’t see who the lady, Alyssa, was looking at and she was COMPLETELY disrespectful. I apologized that I cut in front of the lady and she continued to say that I was rude for doing so after I apologized and said I didn’t know who she was speaking to. I will never come back to this place. Hopefully your customers don’t receive this terrible of service.I strongly suggest training Alyssa a little more on proper customer service.

My husband and I went into this store to trade in our old phones for a newer version of the ones we had already and I knew the price of the new one. So I asked the girl that was working there that had her friend just sitting around behind the counter and she tells me it was a $100 more than the RETAIL PRICE so I ask how come its so much and she said thats how much it is in store, which is bullshit so I left.

There was a younger guy working when I went in. I asked him some questions about the old phone I have that I use now and if they would do a trade in or anything like that. The kid said real rude I would not even buy that phone back not what was said but how he said it. He just sounded like a young punk kid.
