I went to premium accessories to get my phone fixed and the did but it wasn’t right the next day no Evan 16 hr had past and the phone started to act up in detail when I went to put my passcode in it started pressing numbers to the point where it actually locked me out for a min and then 5 So recorded it for evidence to show the them but I had school. when I picked it up from the charging station in my class and touch the screen it popped and cracked the screen half way I also took a picture to show them 30 sec later the screen was cracked diagonal way so I took a picture I have people that saw this happen and I told them I could bring them in if need be and the while I was taking a picture of the screen it started opening and closing Aplication making phone calls by it’s self so I turned it off and had to wait until after school to take it to them when I did and showed them everything I had recorded they said they couldn’t do anything because the screen was cracked so I explained that it wasn’t my fault. At this point they started to become rude . I had ask them if I could have a copy of it and proceeded to grab the paper when the person working there yanked the paper away from me so I said fine and asked if I could take a picture they said no and then a whole altercation happened where my sister a minor took a contract from the side of the desk where she was standing and the guy working the had the nerve to go after my sister to get it back. In the end I lost 75 dollars and my phone is worst than before and I had a really unpleasant experience Definitely would not recommend 🤬😡 hope you read this and make the right choice and go to a different place .
Dont spend your money here I dont have a problem paying the overpriced charges I noticed while here. My problem comes when an employee tells you hey u have 30 days to exchange it if something happens to your phone case. I go back today with both my receipts and packaging to here oh we only do exchanges if its in excellent condition well if it was in excellent condition why would I need an exchange. Besides this sign says if its defective but u still wont honor your word. Thats all I needed to hear. If you spend a dime here I hope it works out for you. I myself would be a fool to ever stop at this place again. Theres plenty other kiosks like this in the mall. Ill roll the dice on one of them next time. For now amazon is my friend.

Waited at least 15 minutes for someone to show up (had to have a nearby retailer contact the employee). All that wait only to find out they wanted top end wireless provider prices. Not even an apology for the long wait. No thanks.
Quickly fixed screen, other than that I do not recommend. Overpriced acessories, and CHARGED TWICE. I called my bank to file a dispute, and its getting taken care of. They said my card was charged once, then charged again later. It was 97$ to fix the screen, and that amount was charged twice. Lol as if we wouldnt notice 🤨
