Dr. Prince is a to the point no BS optometrist and would recommend him to anyone. I was in and out in under 40 minutes with contacts and prescription in hand. 10/10 will recommend

From the time I walked in all the way back to Dr Prince, great vibes! Everybody was real cool with not one attitude. Here in town most of the places my wife and I go someone has an attitude or comes off as not wanting to be there. I didn’t get any of that energy here! I know they enjoy going to work! I’ve worn glasses my whole life, not just because fear of poking an eye lol, but for comfort. I never would’ve thought I would be putting contacts in my eyes! They made everything a breeze! Thank y’all for everything!

I haven’t worn glasses since I was in the sixth grade so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got my eyes examined just yesterday. Dr. Prince and his staff were amazing! Very knowledgeable about the process and informed me about what had changed and what remained the same since I last had my eyes checked more than 30 years ago. Excellent customer service too!

Dr. Prince and his entire team were warm and welcoming. Dr. Prince was very personable and took the time to explain the results of the exam in an easily understandable way. I had an appointment and there was minimal wait time. Dr. Prince was quick and efficient, yet thorough with his exam. I will return for my next annual exam and recommend this team to anyone looking for new optometry care.

I have VA and I can not be more happy with the fact that my VA Community Care Network sent me to 20/20 iCare.If I didnt have my VA I would certainly still drive all the way to Killeen just so I could have these professionals attend to my eye care needs.Dr. Prince, Danielle, and all of the other ladies were wonderful.The drive from Lampasas was more than worth it and I will use them again even if my VA doesnt cover the costs.Thank you all, it was fun.

Special thanks to Dr. Prince and his staff. Dr. Prince introduced me to the computer glasses. I wasnt aware that there were glasses particularly for the computer. Id been missing out on being on a better experience on the computer and didnt know. I was accustomed to taking off my glasses all the time. I love these glasses. They really make working on the computer a lot easier than trying to read than the progressive ones.

I was extremely clueless when it came to my first set of contacts. I didn’t get the wonderful woman’s name at the front desk, while speaking to her, she felt like family. So easy to talk to, she even got me with the right brand of contacts. Both ladies upfront were phenomenal. Everyone business needs ladies like these up front! My time at this place of business was A1, my biggest highlight was seeing Kimberly and how graceful she was with multi-tasking. The young lady that helped me was very nice and she even smiled at times behind her mask. I will definitely recommend this location to all my constituents if they ever need this service. Dr. Prince and his team are awesome went in needing a diabetic exam very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I went back to see Dr. Prince and after my exam he told me that the reason I could not see well with current glasses was because they were way too strong! Guess thats what I get for going to a virtual Dr. 😌 Dr. Prince got me the right prescription and I am seeing perfect I can actually read a street sign without being right on top of it!! A+ in my book!

I went in the morning as a walk in for my daughter, I waited little over 30 minutes which was completely fine because they took me last minute and were busy. Getting signed in and everything was easy. The woman who assisted us for the first part was really nice and Dr Price was friendly and made sure to interact with my daughter. She is 5 and this was her first time, she had a good experience. Then later that day I called again for my other daughter to see if they could get us in again and even though it was cutting it close to closing they got us seen!

I took my 14 yr old for his first contact lens try on. Dr Prince was really nice and personable, very easy to speak with and answered every question asked. The rest of the staff were just as kind, Front desk associates and technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. My son took quite a while to get his lenses on but the technician was patient and determined to help him achieve the goal of getting them on and out. I will be returning to 20/20 iCare for my vision care based on yesterdays service alone.

This is the first exam place I have ever been that made me feel as if they really care for my well being. I couldn’t read the application because my vision was bad and have never worn glasses in my life. The receptionist took her time reading every inch of the application out load for me so I can fill it out. And when I m met Dr Do. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything in detail.
