We have been getting glasses for 4 of us since 2005. Yes, they are busy and you wait but we have never had any problems here. Its 2021 and we will be back.

Went to get some new glasses late in the day and Tonette was working. She was so helpful. My son tried numerous frames before making a decision. Even though she was close to closing she took her time to make sure we were getting the best deal for our insurance and also gave us a 20% discount on a second pair. Would definitely come back and recommend this location

If I could leave zero stars I would. No one greets you or bothers to tell you there is a two hour wait. Picking up contacts or glasses deserves the same wait time as someone getting fitted for glasses so you need to take off a half day to deal with this. So now Ive ordered contacts and dont have several hours to wait in line to pick them up. They are short staffed and work very very slowly. The walmart manager is in a meeting and cant see me but the assistant manager tells me there is nothing she can do. Yeah, get your glasses and contact online and NOT from Walmart.

The girl at the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Dont waste your time here. Went to the Walmart vision center on Stan Schlueter and was treated wayyyy better.

They need more people working here. I went in and there several ppl waiting and one of the ladies started complaining that they havent been able to take a break yet and said she seriously felt like walking out . Three time times now ive had to go, pick out a new frame, wait to be helped and processed because the frames that ive picked werent in stock or no longer made. Why are they available on the wall then? Never again.

If you value your time never go here. If you have any other choice, dont go here. It is super slow even when picking up I had to wait 30 min seriously terrible. Or try to go here when they open.

The Dr and front desk lady were very rude and unhelpful. I am from out of town and has my vehicle broken into with all my luggage stolen. I am in need of just a few sample contacts till my new ones came in and had eye script. The Dr wouldnt even look at me and interrupted me before I could talk and tge front desk lady was just plain rude. I will not ever go to a walmart eye center.. Very rude.

I bought my glasses from this store I dont know her name. A Black Lady was saying Theres nothing wrong with his glasses, nothing at all expect glasses are laid one one side is higher than the other.I have TMJ so my jaw is very sensitive to extra pressure.I went into the store and saw the lady. Than the next day they were bothering me thats when she had an attitude.But the real upsetting thing the woman who I saw the day before was in the back room staring at me telling the other workers Theres nothing wrong his glasses so loudly I heard her. Obviously there was something wrong with the. Very rude I bought my glasses here and it was expensive. I dont expect to be treated like that.
