Best T mobile store in town because of this two experts. Caleb and Donte you guys are superb! Great customer service experience. They can solve any T mobile issues at their level best. They are honest, and professional. 100% satisfied with their outstanding service.

No doubt in my mind this store offered the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. There were 2 employees in the store with 3 customers including myself. It took 47 minutes for the employees to acknowledge my presence in the store, once they took a break from the personal conversations they were having. Finally after being acknowledged, it took another 18 minutes to wrap up their conversation only to tell me “the system is not working, come back tomorrow if you can and we’ll take care of you. I will gladly pay the service termination fee in the morning and move to Verizon or AT&T.Sincerely,A lost customer

Caleb and Dante provided excellent and friendly customer service when my son and I came in. My son recently returned to the states from South Korea as he serves in the Army. He bought a phone there and wanted to keep it and start a new plan on his own. These guys made the process so easy! Plus, they let me know that I was going to need to change my and my daughters SIM cards from our Sprint ones in the next 2-3 weeks. They got the new cards installed on the spot, saving me a later trip. Great location and great service! Keep up the excellent work guys!

The team ( Andre, Juan and Ellie) turned my “pissed off experience ” into the best experience. After being duped by one of the ladies in the store, those three personnel took the time and knowledge to fix my daughter’s phone. I really appreciate them for their determination ( especially Andre) to get everything right for me... keep up the great work!!!

I went into the store for help with some issues with my phone yesterday and had a great experience. Isaiah was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me with great, honest service. All the employees in the store were helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I’ll be going back to this store for all of my future needs.

FINALLY! I found where they relocated Jason!! 😁I went to two different locations before I got anyone who knew what they were talking about!The old Sprint Store, now Tmobile tried to overcharge my granddaughter by $500+...The location off Hwy 190 should fire everyone except one person!They disrespected me and my granddaughter not once, but twice! I will never go back to that location until management figures it out!Happy Tmobile customer since 2003! 😎

Caleb was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to cancel service and he helped fix my issue. He was also able to save me money even with getting my new phone. I will be only doing Busniess with Caleb in the future.

Great customer service period store manager made me feel apart of the team great hospitality and before my arrival at this store I had previously went to a sprint store that is now T-Mobile and they failed to help me my gut feeling told me to walk into Dantes store and within minutes if not seconds we where upgrading my phone if you ask me customer service like this should be acknowledged and praised. Not only did he want to help with the upgrade but gave me great advice on a business line and how to go about that. So now I am going to move forward with that plan Ive Been with T-Mobile for over 11 years and right before I walked into the store and had just got rejected at another T-Mobile store I really contemplated on switching companies. Dante made sure I stayed god bless Donte and the strong team behind him. GO T-MOBILE!!!!!

Breanna is a total rockstar, very knowledgeable, was able to help me with getting my bills set up for auto pay, and upgraded at the same time. What took hours to conquer previously in other places she was able to do in minutes!!! Y’all are definitely lucky to have such a great employee!

Went in to pay my phone bill and came out with a new phone. The customer service given by Dante and Jalisne was excellent. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. Will be returning to this location for the great customer service.

My new phone is very nice and very useful when I got it I thought it was a free phone but the receptionist made a mistake and got it wrong so I have to deal with paying the bill they told me I can do a monthly fee and pay it little by little they told me when I came back a second time with my dad. I was hoping they would apologize by giving me this for free because of this mistake but not possible anyway still a good phone with good options its up to date I have some questions but I still like it.

Best customer service of any T-Mobile store in the area! I typically wouldnt make the drive out here, but they not only held the item I wanted, they checked up on me to make sure I was still interested and they were so polite! 10/10 recommend.

Give 5 star because i don’t have a choice to give 10, but the customer service that Jazlyn gave me, was awesome, i have issues months ago and in 15-20 min she resolved my problem. Very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend her knowledge to everyone. Thanks again.

I went to this location this evening to switch my carriers and was greeted by the manager Carrisa. First let me say she was amazing. Not only was she incredibly patient with me and my apprehension to switch to T-Mobile but she walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had. I live in Temple but will gladly make the 30 minute drive to visit this store for all my mobility needs.Thank you! I love my new phone!

Just left the store. Went in to pay my bill. Was welcomed into store no waiting. Thats important! Every single time we have come into store there is little to no wait time. We pass 3 TMobiles just to come here. After being ask about my day I was helped quickly by first Caleb and then helped also by Jalisne who also took the time to tell me about a tablet offer that I qualify for. Terrible service, went in today to upgrade my phone and the lady in there with blonde hair, a little curvy, was helping the guy that was helping me and when I asked her for the address she gave me attitude saying she was helping someone else. Management didn’t say anything about her being rude to people. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know her name but I would avoid her if possiable. Definitely won’t be going back.
