Being first time home owners with a blank canvas we were very eager to have the help and professional experience that Rhiannon offered us. Rhiannon was very patient as we learned what style worked for us and with our budget. She even came to our house with fabric samples and to help figure out what design would work best for our space. She was so easy to work with, very professional with a great eye of vision. We have only received a few pieces so far (way a head of schedule) and we are very pleased. From scheduling to delivering, it has been a smooth process. We are very happy with our experience at EA KOP. Rhiannon has truly helped our vision for our dream home come to life! Buying furniture is a large expenditure and a very personal experience with unique challenges during the best of times. During a pandemic, all bets are off. When we chose Ethan Allen, we knew that even if we could not sit on, or touch the furniture, Ethan Allen’s long history of fine craftsmanship and heirloom worthy pieces meant our purchase would be beautiful and enduring, bringing much pleasure and enjoyment for years to come. But on-line shopping still presented a hurdle. What pieces, and how would we know what would work in our space? Enter Allie Chang, one of Ethan Allen’s brilliant design team consultants who, with her vision and generosity of spirit, guided our choices and decision making. Not only did she embrace our love of color, Craftsman style and the Arts and Crafts period, she understood these and paired that with her deep knowledge of Ethan Allen’s products. She was able to guide our choices and tailor them to fit our space, budget and resident cats (a shout out to all frustrated cat owners... the answer is velvet!). When the furniture arrived, we were thrilled, the results were nothing short of spectacular! We highly recommend Ethan Allen furniture and Allie Chang. We will be buying from Ethan Allen again, and will seek out Allie’s expertise again as well, and highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a sofa from Ethan Allen - I worked with Samantha Lutz, at the King of Prussia (PA) mall. She was extremely helpful and even came to the house to make sure the fabric worked with the existing decor. The delivery guys were great. We love the new piece, and have approval from the dog. I would definitely return to Ethan Allen (and Sam) for furture purchases.

I spent months looking and looking for a small sofa to fit my small living room. Found exactly what I wanted at Ethan Allen, perfect fabric choices, and sample upholstery to help me decide soft/medium/hard seat options. Best of all, my design consultant, Samantha, brought fabric samples to my house so I could decide on color. The sofa arrived weeks ahead of schedule and the delivery team was on time and quick. I had always thought of EA as a middle-of-the-road, department store type of chain, but it isn’t the case at all.

Bought the most beautiful sectional and the quality is superb and extremely high end in look. Definitely getting in quality for the price.I got the Conway sectional with a chaise and in a “gray-eige” color. It’s beautiful!

Kelly Krisciunas did an excellent job of incorporating new furniture with the existing pieces we wanted to retain, helped us select a perfect color palette and fabrics that keyed off an antique rug at the center of the space, and created a wonderful transitional design style that respected the clean mid-century lines of the building.

Kelly Nowak was our incredible designer who walked us through decorating our newly remodeled center city row house. Fabrics were carefully chosen and as we became more confident in Kelly’s expertise we were able to trust her judgment completely. The results were above and beyond our expectations. She came out to our house to see our space and brought samples of fabrics. She recommended fabrics that I would have never picked. She helped us think outside of our comfort zone. We are so pleased with our new living room.

I have been working with Sam Lutz, at the King of Prussia store, for some time now as I have furnished my new home. Sam has been such a pleasure to work with; she is professional, friendly and and is talented/creative. Sam patiently worked with me as she came to know me and my tastes and I am really appreciative of her support and guidance. I would totally recommend Sam for any design needs.

We recently received our couch (from the Lucy collection) and we are so happy with how everything turned out! The fabric is very soft and the couch is super comfortable. After recently purchasing a condo in Center City Philadelphia I reached out to Kelly Krisciunas to design of it as it was a builders unit which no one had lived in previously. She did an excellent got drafting plans with the items she recommended and ensuring the orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. Her in home consultation drastically helped with choosing the appropriate paint colors, blind selections, and flooring choices in addition to the right size furniture. I would highly recommend her as she is a talented interior designer.

Sam Lutz was incredibly helpful in helping us choose our new sectional. And the delivery and set up was perfect and on time. Not a single bad surprise during the entire process! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kelly Nowak to purchase an area rug for our playroom. She took the time to let us know which options would be best for the area (stain resistant, best to hide stains, etc.) and priced out several options for us. She even brought samples of our top choices to our home so we could see them in the space. Communication was excellent as well. She contacted me to let me know when my order was being shipped to the warehouse and helped me schedule delivery. We are so happy with our purchase!

I had the hardest time finding the right furniture for my living room. I wanted quality pieces that were unique and could transition the space into a more eclectic look. Kelly from the King of Prussia store helped me design the perfect living room. She went above and beyond to help by customizing the fabrics, creating several design plans and even came to my home several times before and after to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. She was such a pleasure to work with and never pushy. I will definitely be using her again.

We know Ethan Allens furniture is excellent quality because we have purchased furniture from them in the past, but we wanted to update our look. I worked with Allie Chang at Ethan Allen’s King of Prussia store. She was amazing!! With just the floor plans of my new build she helped me develop a vision for my space. We had an initial telephone conversation, where we spoke about the aesthetic I wanted in the home, it’s function and she asked me to send some inspiration photos.She was nice enough to travel to an entirely different EA store to make sure I could see the items I was interested in in-person. There, she was so patient with me!! She showed me her renderings and she picked pieces for me that I absolutely loved. She helped me pick fabrics and coordinating pieces. Walked through the entire (huge) store with a lamp and a fabric swatch, just so I could see it next to a nightstand. Made suggestions for rooms I wasn’t even purchasing for that day. She didn’t apply any pressure and fully understood that I was going to make some purchases that day and some after I moved.The items that I selected that day were perfect for what I was imagining.I can’t wait for the customs items I ordered to arrive (once I move in); and to continue decorating with Allie!

I asked an EA designer a question online, and did I ever get lucky to have Allie Chang answer! While she may be a few states away, she quickly gave me advice on redecorating a room and refreshing my style while still using some useful pieces I already owned. Love my purchase! After an exhaustive and unsuccessful internet search to find a perfect ottoman-coffee table, I went to the Ethan Allen store in King of Prussia. My designer, Kelly Nowak, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help me order a custom piece to fit the room. She knew exactly the size and shape to use based on my measurements. I had color samples of the sofa and pillows to match, and she also picked out a fabric that that was a surprise choice to me- not one that Id have thought to use. Its perfect - we love it. I also appreciated the delivery details- the warehouse called to set up the appointment, confirmed it two days before delivery and the delivery driver also called when he was a half hour away. Of course, the quality is excellent and the whole experience was positive. I highly recommend the store and Kelly.

Allie found the perfect look for the bay windows in both my dining room and living room. Both rooms looked nice, but slightly unfinished. I couldn’t figure out how to decorate the windows, despite having looked for ideas for longer than I’ll ever admit to. So, I called Ethan Allen. Because of Covid, most of the planning was done by text messaging, after sending Allie pictures I’d taken with my phone. What had been an overwhelming task I’d been trying, and failing to do on my own, turned into a fun and easy experience. My new window treatments make those rooms positively glow, I’m so proud. My only regret is putting it off so long.

I worked with Rylie at King of Prussia mall to decorate our new home. She is stellar! Rylie came out to my home, listened to my thoughts and preferences, took detailed notes and measurements and gave me great suggestions for improving the overall look and feel of my home. She has been enormously helpful every step of the way and I could not recommend her more highly. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work come through in everything she does! I feel very fortunate to be able to take advantage of her insights and excellent taste as we create my dream home.

I have worked with Liz Rinaldi (KOP store) several times over the last couple of years. She is the best! She furnished my entire Delaware beach house and several rooms in my Havertown house. I would not furnish a room without getting her advice and fantastic design eye. I’m extremely grateful for Liz for her patience and her expertise!

I really dont know what is going on with EA, but I wish they would get their act together. I am trying to pay my bill in full and their bank wont let me because their bank is claiming I owe more which I do not and wont accept my payment. I called EA and left several voicemails to let them know that there is a problem. So far no one has returned any of my calls. In this time of Covid, one would think that if a customer wants to pay EA, EA would be more than happy to accept payment. I am completely baffled as to why EAs bank wont accept payment. I was told to call them and discuss which I have been trying to do. I really hope that after someone else from EA reads this message that they reach out to me so I can pay them off and be done with it.

Excellent service and warranty/guarantee. We had a very odd issue with our dining room table and after working to try and remedy the issue, unfortunately without success (again, it is a very odd/rare issue), Ethan Allen replaced the table and leaves. Jim Anderson was fabulous-always courteous, prompt and worked to try and fix the issue. This is exact why we purchase and invest in Ethan Allen furniture.

The manufacturing quality is VERY poor and not even close to what is expected from Ethan Allen name and the ekevated price point I paid.

Great Experience. We stopped by to see if there was furniture to fit our smaller space. We didnt have an appointment but got amazing help. Gail Madison, a designer at Ethan Allen helped us find a curved sofa that fit our space. She came to the house for free and did not give us the hard sell. We felt she wanted the best solution for us. Gail even stopped by to visit with us after our furniture was delivered. The furniture totally changes the room. It makes it look more spacious. The quality is evident. We choose leather and had the sofa custom made. It was worth the wait. Gail is a great designer but what we loved best - was her insight, honesty and customer service. We moved to a new house and had no idea where to start. Ethan Allens FREE design service was amazing in making our new house a home. Our designer, Kelly in King Of Prussia, was a joy to work with. She listened to our descriptions of style, chose appropriate options and guided us through the process of picking furniture, fabric, and even gave us suggestions on accent pieces, decorations, paint colors - everything!We couldnt have done it without Kelly and Ethan Allen.

So, Im not exactly wealthy, but I did score a super nice leather love seat on clearance for WAY less than list price. The store was even willing to flex a little on the final amount. Definitely not a scam - it is still the nicest piece of furniture I own after several years and moving to a new home. Would definitely go back if I needed a great deal on quality goods.

Came in to the store looking for a few pieces for the bedroom and ended up getting furniture for the whole second floor! The staff was excellent -- helped me pick out color schemes and patterns to make my second floor look like something straight out of a magazine. Cannot recommend this store, the staff, and the quality furniture highly enough!

I am replacing my traditional furniture with rustic/transitional and did not think Ethan Allen would be the place to find the perfect coffee table. I am so happy that I decided to browse the store and that Rylie Roberts, an Ethan Allen designer, was there to help me. Rylie came to my house, took measurements, and gave me excellent advise regarding window treatments and furniture placement. Although I only purchased the coffee table, she treated me as if Id purchased the whole showroom. The entire experience went perfectly: I received a beautiful, high quality table on time with the best customer service Ive received in many years. Guaranteed I will be shopping with Ethan Allen in the future.

Im the type of person that cant seem to figure out which colors are best matched to others for room decor, I came in here originally just for a couch and end table instead the staff spent tons of time with me to ensure each piece of furniture I purchased transformed the look of my interior. There are multiple stages in life when you buy furniture - the Ikea stage [Cheap], the mid-range stores, and then the true design centers that can take your house and make it feel like a real home. The staff at the King of Prussia Ethan Allen store helped transform our first floor into the dream house weve always wanted. The furniture is of high quality, our coffee table is solid wood not cheap laminated particleboard and the couch is a premium cut of leather, not the pleather that cracks in no time.Purchasing furniture from Ethan Allen was an investment in our home, and the staff made sure we spent our budget wisely.

Ethan Allen makes beautiful custom furniture. This has not changed. If youre interested in Ethan Allen furniture, I strongly recommend that you visit any store EXCEPT the Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, store. Not once, but six times they messed up my order. They were mostly rude, especially the manager who, in my opinion, throws his employees under the bus and was defensive towards me instead of apologetic for all the screw-ups with my order. I plan on purchasing more from Ethan Allen, but will go to King of Prussia instead.

I had good experience purchasing from Ethan Allen. Tabbs is especially professional and helpful. she assisted my mom on ordering and delivery. we have to return the bedspring because it is a little bit too high for me. She arranged promptedly for us. would like to buy from her in the future :)

I moved in August, leaving a townhouse for an apartment in the city. Deciding to totally change my style, I was lucky to have Tabbs Hamid as my sales associate, aka decorator, aka trouble shooter, aka therapist...My apartment is beautiful, I can’t wait to just get home and hang out! I adore every room, chair, table, every little comfy nook! I never would have chosen certain pieces or room arrangements but everything is warm and inviting and stylish without being stuffyI am grateful to EthanAllen, to Tabbs and to Ed. ❤️

You expect great customer service when investing in furniture from a place like Ethan Allen. Beware with this location. Pushy sales people, difficult delivery schedule and deceptive practices with custom vs in stock merchandise. Because of the horrible customer experience, I asked to have my in stock merchandise order cancelled. They threatened me with large fees if I didnt have the furniture delivered because all the sudden those in stock items were now custom orders. I ended up being charged $1900 for merchandise that was never delivered as a restocking fee. BTW... that was for the inconvenience because since it was a custom order, they usually dont allow for merchandise to be returned but would make an exception for the inconveniences. Save yourself the headache, money and bad experience.*** UPDATE*** It took me 12 days before I could finally share my story with a VP. She listened, apologized and provided a full refund.
