Do not shop here, or at any PB store or website. I registered with PB for my wedding and within two washes, my durable organic cotton bath towels have long threads unraveling and coming out of the plush pile...and PB has refused to do more than offer a tiny discount for me to re-purchase them. They were expensive and I thought I was buying quality. And since we did not start using them until after our honeymoon and house move, I am told the order is too old to be replaced. Stay away. Buy from any.other.store.

A nice Pottery Barn, just like many others. I looked around and saw a strategically places recliner in the store optimized so guys will see it as they come in door. I know i saw it, but with the pandemic i did not want to touch it. Right after me another guy came in and ran for the chair. Great location.

Pottery Barn at KOP is very inviting. The displays are layed out with a flow that moves you through inviting areas of the store. Casual atmosphere, beautiful furniture and decor from love seats to chairs to decor lighting to linens. The fabrics and wood draw you to engage and touch, and in turn, you are treated to sensually soft materials, to masculinely textured wood. I would recommend a visit.

Store is misleading, more like a kiosk.What a waste of time and a trip. Basically pillows and candles. Very little furniture. Save yourself the trip and just order online. If your expecting to see actual products before purchasing it wont be this location.

We had a great experience at the store, we were greeted right away by Becky who helped us and introduced us to Ellen. Ellen worked with us on outfitting a new apartment living room and bedroom. Both of them were very helpful, insightful with great suggestions and ideas. We had just come off a horrible experience with the store in Huntington Station Long Island and my wife was very reluctant to speak with anyone at any store, Becky and Ellen changed her mind and she is very happy and so am I. Would recommend the King of Prussia store wholeheartedly! Just reminds you that a companies reputation is only as good as the individual experience your receive. Thank you Becky and Thank you Ellen.

Horrible customer service. No greeted me or asked if I needed help at all. Not a peep out any rep. I walked past the sales people several times and still nothing. I had just left West Elm where I received no customer service to come in this store, and then they provide no service.I was ready to purchase, I came to the stores to view the furniture up close. This company lost out on a sale, which I thought was desperately needed due to the state of the economy, I guess I was wrong.

Horrible service. No accountability and no follow up after several requests. Bought expensive furniture and all seat cores collapsed within a month. Really bad quality and giving me the run around for months now. It has been a nightmare.

Potterybarn.com customer service is horrible!Before you read my story. They are under William and Sonoma and rate an F on BBB.My pregnant wife called extremely upset. I ordered a crib a couple months ago and about a week later wanted to order a dresser. Called before and said if I order the dresser can you make it one delivery charge instead of 2. They said absolutely just call when it is delivered to your house. Scheduled delivery is tomorrow. My wife called and they only have the dresser being delivered. The crib is somewhere else. And because it is 2 separate delivery they refuse to refund. If you can buy and take home thats your best bet. If you have to have it delivered run away!

This is the worst pottery barn store to deal with. Monica is the rudest employee I have ever had to deal with. Ive had issues with her on 4 separate occasions. For such an expensive store I would expect better customer service. After todays encounter I left everything at the register and walked out. How she still has a job there is beyond me.

My wife and I have been PB customers for many years, having set foot in many of their stores and speaking to others on the phone. King of Prussia store is far and away the worst one we have ever dealt with. Another PB store had called this one to put an item on hold for us. When we called to finalize the sale, we were given the runaround by more than one employee. We had our credit cards in hand but were blown off by rude and condescending employees. They bungled the transaction, then never followed up on promises to call us back. Avoid this PB store if you can.

All the furniture is great, just wish they had more sales...

Tired inventory!

Crappy service, had to fight my way through the whole process. Originally quoted much lower, went to order and they tried to charge me full retail. After fighting for an hour they agreed to original discount. Ordered the set 2 months before and it still got delayed 2 weeks. Wasn’t notified about the delay until I called and asked when it’d be delivered. The woman on the phones exact words “you can just get a refund if it’s not going to work”. Delivery guys were nice but damaged my wall and took no responsibility. Quality of the furniture is great and I love the set but will not be buying from pottery barn again.

We bought sectional from here. Horrible product. The legs were not leveled. The cushion sheds feathers. Do not buy from here.

Typical... I only shop here when my wife wants something specifically from here. I would never shop here because they are extremely overpriced and dont offer anything you cant get elsewhere.
