It’s a Costco. If you like purchasing your toilet paper in bulk, this is the store for you. Also, that $1.50 hotdog - amazing.

Very nice Costco, carries a lot of Asian specific products here. Shelves and tables are very well organized and maintained.

This Costco is so chaotic and haphazard. The parking lot is deadly, and the check out is an everyman for themselves situation. I I’ve gone twice in the last week or so and each time was stressful. The one time they didn’t have free samples which was disappointing. I’ll still keep going because the deals are great.

Good Costco, but no gas. Costco should have gas in my book. The store was good. Good options inside. I stopped here a few years ago and found the store to have more options.

Great store, this review however is for an employee. Paige who works in member services was AMAZING, she is the kindest employee I’ve ever encountered, super nice, honest and professional. I could really feel she had my best interest. I was applying for the cc and I had to get verifications which took at least 30 minutes and she waited with me, and even told me how to follow up. She’s an amazing human, she made my day! Thanks Paige!

This is one of the larger Costcos in the area but unlike NJ locations (Mt Laurel being my favorite) theres no alcohol sales here. Otherwise well stocked and easy parking

Excellent store in KOP location right by the mall makes it more convenient.The only thing this branch lacks is their Gas station. Would have been very convenient for residents in the area. The nearest Costco gas station is in Pottstown area.

Tires and great food selection while I waited for tire insulation. Costco made the wait pleasant believe it or not..

Costco is my go to for most things I need. This store makes my life a little easier. I get prepared meals to simplify my work nights. Theres a good variety of selection, so its not the same every night...I usually get home late, so to just heat up an entree and cook some vegetables...the meal is ready! Everyone is happy. Although the selection of vegetables are limited and in bulk, I can just get those elsewhere. Thank you Costco for making my worknights easier.!

I shop both Costco and BJs. Both have great deals but I truly feel like I miss something at Costco if I dont walk every aisle. Since aisles are not labeled, it is impossible to know where things are. Im sure thats part of their plan as you try to find things you may end up with extras in your cart. Very frustrating. Their store brand, for the most part is good but I try to shop organically and their label doesnt always offer. I dont like that I cant rely that they keep a product in stock. They had organic ice cream sandwhiches for some time which were excellent. They no longer carry and there was no replacement.

Everyone was masked. Food and non perishables neatly displayed. Every thing appeared to be fully stocked, except for Propel, which I assume is because of supply chain issues. As elsewhere, prices are higher. Since I went on a Monday, the wait time to check out wasnt too long.

This is a awesome store to shop at they have a lot of everything. Very nicely organized and easy to find everything. The staff was very friendly when I needed help to find something. good job all the way to the employees keep up the good work five stars all the way. Thank you for all the help.

1st time getting a hotdog here in 20 yrs. Not a fan. Huge hotdogs. It was delicious but the bun was bigger that hotdog and fell apart. Ratio of bun and 🌭 is off putting for me. For a $1 50 I just ate the meat.

I didn’t think I’d write a review for Costco, but I loved this one so much I just have to. They have such a variety of international foods (at least compared to other Costco’s I’ve been to) - panela, paneer, ramen types, special treats. Also the amount of house stuff is great. I’m very happy with all the gluten free options! And the staff were really nice.

First off the store wasnt crowded. The prices were reasonable. Workers was very helpful when I needed help and with a smile. I was in and out of store. Thanks Costco!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Very clean and well organized. One of our favorite places to shop. We have a joke that you might as well hand them $200 when you walk in because youre going to wind up spending that much anyway. There are always irresistible deals on so many things. And you save literally half or more from the regular price of things. We love Costco!

Great selection of holiday stuff specially in chocolates but amazingly crowded all the time. Great flower selection too plus they are real fresh. You dont have Bundaberg a ginger soda which you get in other states so was disappointed with that. Rest the quality and clothes book are of good quality. The samples served on weekend would be a apple of the eye and it does help in deciding a new product to try out. I tried the cheese balls served hot and loved it they were nice and cripy. The serving lady was too kind to offer me as well. The salads specially kale is good. The fruits lasts for two weeks if you put in fridge. Overall quite happy with Costco.

Always helpful employees, clean store, and great value for products. We especially love the prices and selection in the optical department. Seasonal merchandise is great!

Female employee working the front door does not know the store hours or corporate policy. Instead spent entire time complaining how she doesnt want to be there and wants to go on break.

Its Costco. They got everything you need and you dont need but its on sale for a good price so you buy it thinking whenever that situation happens, costco got you covered. Fast forward 6 months, you cant sleep at night. Youre sweating.. Youre in the house you bought at Costco. Then you remember the microfiber cloth pack you purchased 6 months ago that you havent used so you get up and walk across the Costco bought hard wood floor, past the Costco bought Samsung refrigerator and you check under the sink in the cabinet which surprisingly, wasnt bought at Costco. You check, and to your surprise, the microfiber pack is there but... its all wet. You purchased a faulty sink that leaks under and it flooded the cloth you needed to wipe the sweat off you. And you think.... hey Costco had a sink and you didnt buy it. You have finally realized Costco is the only way to live. And you will never forget the night.

I always crave a slice of their pepperoni 🍕 Costco is one of my fave places on earth… it’s where I want to be when the zombies come 😉

My appointment was at 6:00 pm for tire rotation but I got there at 5:30 pm. They didn’t ask me to wait and got it done by 5:50 pm. Thanks Costco.

Very convenient, lots of items in Bulk..great if you have a Business or a big family. Went in on a Saturday, very Busy, no social Distance and no one wiping anything down at checkout . Great place but shop at Costco at your own risk. Kinda a super spreader event. Enjoy!

Worst customer service ever. Would give it 0 for the rude customer service but unfortunately cannot write a review with 0 stars. My advice is get your membership card from another Costco. Instead of giving us any assistance, we were simply ignored. They took the customer that came in after us even though we were literally waiting for one of the associates, Tori, who gave us some answers but left us midway. We were standing confused as to what have happened, honestly, the least she could have done is tell us she is helping someone else, since we didn’t know since she was standing in front of the membership counter and was not talking to any customer, but instead, she decided to leave us wondering what the heck just happened and the associate standing right next to her decided to help someone else even though we were literally standing in front of her. Worst customer service ever. Avoid getting your membership card here. Don’t come here on a weekend either unless you want to see your whole town in the store. Super overcrowded.

Note to self: NEVER go to Costco the day before the 4th of July. The staff will do their best, but you will be lost in the mob. 😉

Costcos are first rate places. This stems from the founders vision to respect people first. Corners arent cut. Quality in perishable products and bright selection in products. Stood on principle for the hot dog and drink. The same principles are found store to store internationally.

The staff and managers are my favorite. If you told me I could pick any staff - of any store, to be stranded on an island with - it would be these guys. Not just helpful, but likeable. Lost my phone here.. they got it. (Even tried to approach me before I got full into the store to return it to me..) Returns are friendly and not problematic. Great Store. Visa welcome. Wish there was more organics here...
