Came in to check out the store. Anyway, we were greated by a gentleman, great mood and polite. Made small talk and then we sat waiting for someone to come by since we had an appointment. We were seen by Brooke, wonderful lady that took care of us in 5 minutes. On another note, store was busy and loud. But thats business.

Sorry to give this rating but the store is going downtrend. I had visited this store Pre COVID and this time I have visited two times one is for giving my mbp for service and next week I went to pick up. Trip I went for giving my mbp was at 7.45 pm slot and I know the store will be closing at 8.30. I exactly waited in the hallway to get into store at 7.45 and I went on right time. Front staff checked my appointment and asked to wait and I did for 15 mins and later there was staff(lady) who was inspecting my product, was not really friendly and did the job as low paid staff. She did what has to be done without any interest. I felt there was an attitude, but she answered my questions though.I came out at 8.29pm on the day. For pickup I got email on next week Wednesday morning and i went there around 6 pm and got my product with default waiting time of 10-15 mins. This time staff was active and welcoming. Quick checkout process . I was charged what stated in the site, I got my keyboard and top cover of mbp replaced for free(nice and thank you store). Apart from the service(waiting time) was slow I felt and sometime I have no clue what to do while cluelessly waiting for some staff to attend. There was a staff always standing at the entrance to handout mask and unless you ask she will not ask you if are picking up or waiting in a queue to check in your appointment. For product pickup you don’t need an appointment. Not a worst experience but definitely not the best one. I reduced star for not having best experience on first time visit, waiting time can be reduced, not beyond expectation. This kind of store always be one of the customer experience store and not a regular retail store(so I consider customer service as major contributor not the workmanship)

It is truly an absolute pleasure visiting the Apple store in King of Prussia. Every staff member is always ready to help with any and all questions from the moment you walk in. They do everything possible to make sure you are being helped and that your needs are met! Jeff personally went above and beyond to make sure the issue I was having with my iPhone was taken care of. The technicians, sales people, and customer service are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help Jeff, I really appreciate it!

One of the worst apple stores I have been inTried to place an order online but gave a window 2.5 hours later so I went in person. At the time of checkout they kept pressuring me into the apple card and 3% cash back so I agreed. Had to place the order online and ended up waiting over an hour anyways. - would.have just purchased the phone as I intended. To make matters worse, the staff is indifferent. The whole purpose of me coming in person to place the order was so I didnt have to wait. Still dont have the phone and the mall is closing :/ what a waste of time. Thats not to mention the fact that I was passed around a four different people before I could even place the order. I knew exactly what phone, size, color, and case I wanted and verify they were all in stockWhat an awful experience

Buying a new laptop is always a fearful experience. I never know if my data will transfer and I assume trading in my old laptop is a seamless experience. Unfortunately, I had a few bumps in the road, but was able to manage and successfully sync my new Apple computer.Tyron was fabulous and patient with me. I was admittedly nervous and in rush as I had waited a week for my computer repair and decided to buy a new computer. Tyron helped me with my new computer transaction, looked at hub ports and explained my different options. Tyron talked to me about extending Apple Care - which I decided to do. He was super helpful and I’m so glad he helped me yesterday!

I would rate my experience a zero star if applicable. I am insured through apple care. I out right purchased a brand new phone from boost mobile for an iPhone 11. I contacted the King Of Prussia Store and explained the situation, the employee stated my wait would be 2 hours and they cant guarantee a phone due to not knowing their inventory. Fine. During the interim I decided to pay 30.74 for the express package and as Im going through the process.. they tell me that they will hold my card for the balance of 536.00 during COVID. The bigger issue is that this is during COVID and there is no balance on my phone. Very disappointed after switching from an android to iPhone.

The sales associate was polite but her manager was off-putting. We were late for a repair appointment because the mall is huge and we got lost in it. We drove an hour to go to this store because we needed a repair right away. He told us he couldn’t help us because we arrived too late. My partner left the store upset because they needed a phone fixed or replaced before catching a flight and this phone arrived faulty. I then purchased a phone out-right just so that my partner could have the security of a functional phone. Lots of time and resources wasted because I’ll need to return this temporary phone once my partner IS finally able to get their existing phone fixed or replaced. Imagine if they simply switched out their phone right there in the store. It’s sad to me that they had time to sell me a device, but not to help my partner with their faulty device. My partner is switching to android as soon as their iPhone becomes outdated.

Just went in to have them look at what was wrong with my Mac since it stopped working. She took my Mac in the back for about 15 minutes then came out with a shrug and said “Might be the logistics board and that’ll be $578.” When I questioned the price she made a remark about me not having Apple Care and walked away with a “have a nice night.” Worst experience ever. Won’t be going in there again.

I was again at the Apple store in King of Prussia. Had a poor experience last month when I purchased an iPad a month ago, but this was the closest one to my house, so went there again reluctantly to buy a laptop for my daughter for her first year in college.As expected, again poor service. Waited over 10 minutes to find someone who could help us to explain a suitable laptop for my daughter, and finally when I went over to speak to a rep, the tone and attitude of Holden, then later with another rep was horrible. They need a good customer service training or find a different job.There is a reason they the store is rated below 4. Will be going to one in Ardmore with the hope that the Apple store managers in the region will have at least one store with good service.

Worst experience at a Apple Store. Rushed in the purchase to the point all they wanted was my money. In that rush they removed a item from the box and did not replace. After hours of phone calls, with support and having to return to the store and ANOTHER 45 minutes it was confirmed a Apple employee had removed the part in question. This all could have been averted if the store would have just answered the phone calls ( after 20 plus rings the phone call terminates) made to them.This store is doing Apple a disservice in representing the Apple brand. It’s not only my time they wasted but that of their own support staff. All they could say was sorry. Was tired of being apologized to when the store had 3 attempts to do it right.

Had an appointment but waited over a half an hour while people without appointments were served instead. Our rep was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I let him know we had numerous Apple Cards that we would be using he said no problem and he could scan later…he had scanned over 100 in the past without issue and we only had 37. Once we had our device set up on our cell account, installed the new SIM card etc we began scanning the cards for payment. This is when our rep found out that due to a system change they could not scan more than 20 cards. He stopped at 29 and went to get the manager RICH to override the system so we could continue. RICH knew nothing about the new system and wasn’t interested in helping find a solution. Instead he told us he could only cancel the transaction or we could pay $400 additional dollars to make up the difference from the unscanned cards, he then went into the back office and never came back out. Awful customer service by a terrible manager and a word to the unassuming customer who plans to use saved Apple Card rewards to make a purchase…although Apple never disclosed the change to card holders, you must now call a service number and individually scan each of your cards into a bundle prior to purchasing in the store or you will only be able to use 20.

I made an appointment to get my daughters’ iPads repaired here. I missed my appointment and the store rep kindly rescheduled me for a later time that day. Alex was the rep who helped me during my actual appointment and he was super helpful and explained everything to me very succinctly! I’m really pleased with the service I got from every person in this Apple store and my daughters were happy when I got home with fully functioning iPads!

Ian was great! I was his first customer today (10/27/20) at 11 AM and he did the transfer of data from old phone to new phone seamlessly and quickly. He answered all my questions and was a great ambassador for Apple. Thanks Ian! The people outside were also great greeting and getting info before you entered the store. I had a phone issue with my iphone11 and went to the store to get it resolved (not knowing that you had to make an appointment). I encountered a very wonderful man named Omar that not only gave me his phone to set up an appointment, but ultimately fixed my phone problem while I was waiting for an appointment. I highly recommend that you make an appointment for this location, and if you can ask for Omar! I know I will in the future!!

Came for an AppleCare item. Made an appointment online but when we got there we still waited for quite a while, and then they didnt have what we had come there for. It had to be ordered, which meant another trip to King of Prussia to pick it up. It came in while I was on vacation and we missed the deadline for picking it up so now we have to start all over again.

I made a purchase online I was given a time to pick up. I arrived early I was told I could not pick up the item early and that I had to leave and come back. They were only four people in line.When I returned there was over a dozen people in line and no one checking their scheduled time.They were not friendly or customer service oriented.

The security guys there are like wannabe cops or police academy dropouts. Condescending and disrespectful. The store is rarely open at times when it’s mostly convenient. If you go at 5 PM on Friday (I’m talking February 2021), they are closed. Google maps indicated that they were open but when you show up they are closed. All of the other stores around them were open. Go figure.

Now I have to travel all the way to king of Prussia again because no one online is able to fix the purchase I made in store. My experience at Apple King of Prussia today was completely horrible. I checked in at 2:45 for my 3 oclock appointment. I told them that my left airpod not connecting right to my phone, and after gave me a run around for more than 1 hour, the employee named Holden the so genius employee literally told me that im wasting his time, told me that he running out of time for my appointment without getting down to the bottom of it. 911 call was made and finally the manager came out and resolved the issue. This would never get this far if Holden knew how to value other people time, especially to a customer.

Worst apple tore ever. The staff there racially discriminate against customers. We went to buy a phone charger there today, and a black man who has dreadlocks asked us what are we going to buy and asked us to stand outside to wait. We waited out side for more than half an hour and all the customers came after us has been invited into the store. We waited until nobody outside in the line and we saw there are couples of service staff available, so we asked him when could we get in store. But he ignored us and keep chatting with other staffs in front of the apple store. Another staff wanted to come help us, but he immediately stopped him and yield to us”go to Bestbuy to buy your charger” and prevented us from communicating with other staffs. And other staffs just stand by and watch this happened. Nobody come to stop him and help us. I want to complain to the manger,but can not find a way to do so. If somebody know how to report this racially discrimination, please let me know. And DO NOT GO TO the KOP APPLE STORE. You will be treated RUDELY!!!!!!

The store is spotless and you can see employees consistently wiping down all surfaces and products. They figured out how to socially distance and sell products with ease. The employees are very attentive and keeping eyes on the line, checking people in, making appointments for shopping, taking temperatures, and following all proper protocols for COVID. I felt very safe here and can tell they’re taking the procedures very seriously.I bought an Apple Watch and it was a breeze. Cody sold the product to me and was attentive, engaged, and excited for me. I want to use the watch for fitness monitoring and he walked me through the different settings which was helpful. I was able to go home, setup and put on my watch, and use it with ease immediately. Cody is a great associate and the entire KOP Apple team is doing a great job during these crazy times. Major kudos to all.

While being a rather large store in America’s largest mall, there was minimal wait with lots of employees there to help.It has all of the same Apple products and accessories that you’d find at any local Apple Store along with the products setup on the tables for you to try before you buy.The employees are friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the KOP Apple Genius Bar where Lauren was my Tech. I message stopped working after I uploaded the 14.0.1 upgrade. I filed the problem a week ago with Apple support. They were courteous and professional but offered no fix. For a week I couldn’t receive or send a text. Lauren tried a couple of different approaches from reloading the OS to wiping my phone and reloading again. She was persistent and ultimately successful. With my work, I don’t have the time to write these reviews but when someone impresses me like Lauren did today, it’s the least that I can do. As an Apple fan and shareholder this young lady impressed the hell out of me. She’s a keeper Tim Cook! Thank you Lauren.Bill Novotny

Awful experience. I’m very angry with the store telling me to pick up my Ipad, when they are closed. They shouldn’t have sent me to the store if they are closed. That inconveniences with my time, and I am not happy. I won’t be returning to that store ever again after getting my Ipad. I wasn’t the only one there, there were a few people also not happy with it being closed when the store told them to pick it up their orders as well. Daughter went in for no frills entry level macbook air and sales guy somehow racks up a $1400 bill telling her they didnt have any in stock and knew she was desperate for replacement. Was supposed to get student discount of $100, trade in of $300 and the basic macbook air for $899. With Apple Care should have been no more than about $800. Even the store manager misquoted the Apple Care by $20. After I sent her back and complained to manager she somehow got the laptop that wasnt in stock. Terrible experience. I will never go there again!

Like all Apple stores this one is nicely arranged, looks new, and the employees are kind and helpful. They have all the products and ways to test them out which is a huge plus. The location itself is also great. As a pro tip if you see a huge line consider going across the street to best buy instead - they often have items in stock with less of a line which can make getting new products, like an iPhone 11 Pro, a tad easier.

Business is booming drawing too many ppl doesn’t mean you have to treat customers without respect. Everytime I go to store to buy something there will be multiple lines I understand that’s coz of pandemic but when we have a question to ask and talking to rep close by there will be this security guy waving his had as if he is directing his employees under him. they don’t give a dam about customers questions their duty is to put ppl in line. Manager - Anne is useless. I came in on Friday at 7pm thinking store would be open because mall is open until 9pm. They close early apparently. I came in Saturday at 3pm and was told they are too busy and can’t accept walk ins. I live 35 minutes away. I can’t keep coming back everyday to give you my $800 that you apparently don’t want. Absolutely horrible customer service and management on top of insane wait times. If you’re interested in an Apple product I would suggest just going to Best Buy, or possibly anywhere else. The cashier that I dealt with did not explain anything at all to me with my new phone purchase and trade in, so when I was charged $100 3 weeks later and tried to resolve the issue with Apple I was told to work directly with the store. After about 20 minutes he ran out of arguments and instead of acknowledging that his associate did not explain anything to me, he decide to proceed with “well you signed for it”. Unfortunately I still need to deal with this store for repairs, as it’s the closest store. This has me seriously considering if I want to utilize Apple when the time comes to replace my current products.

Awful experience. I use an older MacBook Air (2010). Never had any issues with it and it just stopped turning on. I came into the store when they opened at 11 am. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that they could fit me in at 5:30 - 6pm. I was a walk in so I understood the need to wait with the limited amount of people allowed to be in the store due to Covid. The associate that checked me in asked what my issue was and I explained it. I need my laptop for work and school so I had no problem waiting. At 5:45 I get a text to head back to the store for my appointment at the Genius Bar. I get there, told staff who I was and proceeded to wait until 6:30 to be called back. The associate working on my laptop was extremely unhelpful. He did not start on it until 6:45 (the store closed at 7pm). He said he would need to do a software roboot and did not have time to help me. I was instructed to call AppleSupport and do it myself online. I did it, still could not get the laptop working, and wasted an entire day. If the person checking me in knew I could just get this done on my own at home, why didnt he suggest that? I am still without a laptop. It would have been nice to at least have been offered options on laptops to purchase. Ive always used and supported Apple products, but this was not a good experience and I didnt get the sense that anyone really cared.

One of the AirPods stopped connecting after 6 months. One of the most expensive wireless headphones on the market should not go bad in 6 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They also won’t connect half the time or only one headphone connects. GARBAGE. Apple isn’t what it used to be and your know once you go to the store they will just blame the user for automatic pairing headphones to stop working. Keyword automatically suppose to pair.

Drove over half an hour to the store for a battery replacement appointment that I had set days before.Got to the store, spent 45 minutes waiting there only to be told the battery wasn’t there and they would have to order it. Then was told their system was down and he couldn’t order it until it came back up. Left and drove over half an hour back home.I don’t blame the employee for any of this, but this is an absolute failure of their system. Ended up taking a day off work, waiting several days for the appointment, and spending basically two hours for absolutely nothing because their system was unable to say “we don’t have that battery in stock.”
