The entire staff is amazing, but I must personally mention the exceptional customer service Melanie provides. She consistently goes above and beyond for her customers and she is always upfront and honest.

They are nice enough bit really cant help you much with anything other than apple products. Since I had to order my watch online since they had no stock they wouldnt replace the watch that was malfunctioning since I didnt by the watch from that specific store even though they helped order it online. If the manager is not there the only response you will get is we can do anything since the manager is gone.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone X to iPhone 12 pro max but got the Samsung Note 20 instead. There was 2 people in front of me but it just took 10 min for my turn. Lady helped me in under 15 minutes. I was in and out with a new phone. Great customer service.

I was able to get the internet service I needed and was surprised by a perk that I didnt know about that was provided to me. The sales associate was also able to ride an issue with my phone quickly and efficiently.

We had a challenge with our recent Direct TV bill. We went to the Kingman store on Stockton Hill Rd. Melanie Olsen asked what she could do for us. We explained our situation. The challenge was huge. Melanie not only worked with us, she persevered through several calls until our needs were met. Melanie is wonderful and worked with a most positive attitude to solve our problem. Surprising enough. Att store are usely extremely slow. Thai store was great handled my business quick and I was out the door.

My husband and I walked in this morning to inquire about switching cell phone service. BEHIND us walked in another couple. We were told that someone would be right with us. The young lady proceeded to acknowledge the couple that came in after us and began to promptly assist them all the while ignoring us. We simply stood there watching 3 employees assist the couple that walked in after us. I even called ahead asking if we needed an appointment as was told no. My husband and I walked out of the store and never again will we return. The worst customer service ever!!!!

Customer service specialist Elizabeth did the impossible for me. She was training her staff, helping me get TV and Internet for a “nonexistent “ address: my house! She kept calm cool and professional. Kudos to her! 💕

ATTENTION ON AT&T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!if you have a contract with a cell phone company and you moved to a remote area finding that there isnt any service and cell phone company agrees to that their only option is to exonerate you from the contract.You should not be penalized to pay on a cell phone which you cannot utilize anywhere, be aware the claws of AT&T begs the difference they act as if its your fault you are cancelling your contract even though they agree there isnt a tower in your area only conclusion is to cancel your contract, they will tell you, you will still need to pay the cell phone off as it will only be a paperweight this is absurd,...For those who use AT&T be aware if youre planning on relocating think twice before setting up a contract with AT&T even though they say there are service in that area investigate this yourself they will tell you anything to sell you everything shame on AT&T.Do as I do make sure you keep all paperwork no matter what, theyre making us pay for both phones even though I have proof in front of me that its a buy one get one free, they informed me that theyre looking at it and they are not a buy-one-get-one-free even though I have the paper in front of me they will still try to persuade the situation into their favor to make you pay,, stick to your guns and keep all your paperwork..FRAUD IS NOT TOO FAR AWAY WITH AT&T.😈

Terrible little store with uneducated employee. She couldnt baffle me with B.S., so she resorted to just lying and question evasion. This franchisor needs to provide more product education to their employees. Seriously, this girl was product dumb.

Had some serious issues from the Sams Club in Bullhead, so went to the local place here in Kingman. Not only was Nicole incredibly helpful with what she was able to do on her end, she helped deal with the AT&T call center and got the problem completely resolved. Her customer service is exemplary!

I have been an AT&T customer for 4 years (all in the Kingman location). I have had excellent service from friendly employees. In that time, I have only had a single issue (not caused by the kingman location, but an employee error over the phone), and the Kingman team was very quick to help me resolve the issue. I highly recommend them. Also, AT&T is the only service i have used that works all over kingman AND the road to Bullhead and Vegas. The other companies have deadspots on my frequent road trips.

Always helpful. Best deal for us.

Never unify your TV and cell bill. Its a PITA to get separated. 3 stars for AT&T, 5 stars to the staff here.

Was a easy process to upgrade our phone, lady offered us a deal they were having.

What can I say. Evil Cell Phone Tech Giant bent on world domination......good things cant come from that....now they are trying to bust the US Trust laws and merge with Time Warner...They are the definition of selfish corporate interest.... although so is every other cell phone carrier!!!!

Wàited almost an hour to pay my phone bill, I had an emergency and it took everything I had left in my account to take care of what had happened so I am on autopay and they refuse to do the payment at the auto-pay they charged me $50 plus fees it was almost $55 when I walked out of the store and I am not a happy camper with them at all and this will be my last month and payment to AT&t very very dissatisfied

I have used AT&T for about 6 years and will continue to do so. This review is not about AT&T but the actual store in kingman. The staff has a huge turn around. They are also not always the most knowledgeable. I always hate going in there and they always live up to my expectations. A few are annoying, one is loud and annoying. I live my reception and the actual company, but this store is awful!

I have been with ATT since the early 90s.It would take e a long time to put all the complaints I have about them.I strongly suggest, every year you check for new specials to they offer. If you are on a plan or paying for your monthly service, they always have another lower price and better plan they dont tell you about.For 5 years when I was still on there 650 min Cingular plan for $65 a month no data, they had a unlimited plan for $15 a month less. I could have saved a lot of money, about $900 worth if I had been savy. They are not going to tell long term loyal customers they have a lower an for you.But, since they bought DirecTV, most of customer service are foriegn, from Phillipines, Mexico City.I dispise this, they dont comprehend of what you are wanting to tell them. Plus sometimes the accent is overwhelming or you cannot hear them.I did not know this, if you have DirecTV, call them at the end of each year. Negotiate a new monyhly price.This is second year now, I have a new great annual price. I have been with direct for 19 years.TV is now very expensive, for one person in a home, paying $1200 a year is a lot of money for TV. They are making millions every year from us. There is not much competition.I now get about a 40% discount each year from by negotiating. The tech support in Mexico said there TV there, is only 10% of ours in the US, thats about $120 a year.

The employees are nice but it takes quite awhile to get any help here. Every time Ive been in the store there was at least 5 people waiting to be helped and only one, rarely two, workers with customers.

No service if you live out of Kingman city limits. Their tower has been down for over a month and they keep telling its going to be fixed. I am not paying over s hundred dollars a month for no service for nothing its a breach of contract.
