Store is always very clean. They have a wide variety.... Customer service is great!! Especially by Britney!!!! She always has a smile and can figure out just about any problems you could possibly have.... She is very knowledgeable when it comes to all the devices and willing to take the time to find her customers the best deal .......
Went in 3 years ago and did a contract buyout, now I received a collections for my old contract because the manager simply forgot to send in the paperwork for the buyout. Besides this My phone service is almost non-existent and the refusal to help is a big issue. Not a trusted store front and not trusted management.
I was looking at a phone roughly 599.00 the representative tells me get this other phone its free. All you pay is 1.23 on your phone bill. Wrong I was so misinformed. I have to pay the whole amount. Nothing is free. Ask questions
Dan and Jessie are so professional, courteous and willing to help without trying to high pressure sell you stuff. They take as long as you need and are very patient with us who are technologically challenged.

April 16th 2021. The staff at the Tmobile store in Kingman in the safeway shoping center are so awesome always willing to help and take care of all my needs and questions. Very helpful today I purchased a tempered glass screen protector from another business and they were more than happy to put it on my phone because I had broken the one that was on there. A-1 excellent customer service 🙂🙂🙂
You got to love T-Mobile. They are so friendly to help you out with anything they can. For prepaid cell phone month to month they got the best plan around unlimited talk text internet hotspot for 50 bucks you cant beat that. Thanks T-Mobile
I wish i could leave negative stars on Dan in T-mobile. I have been with T-mobile for about 5 years now. I just moved back to Kingman and I am having phone issues. I went in to upgrade my phone for 5g. Ready to drop $$$. Anyways, he was so ungodly rude. He basically said that upgrading wont make a difference.... I tried to tell him I always have an internet issue here too, he was like oh ya its been that way for 2 weeks. I said ummm no I always have this issue here. He said it was there network and nothing we can do. Then he got super sassy, like hormonal or something and I said Jeeze why so rude, he started screaming at me to get out of his store... I definitely made a complaint. My three small children were also there.
Very helpful crew, took care of all my issues, got new phones & uploaded all our info! Been a customer for years & love the service!!
So much run around. It took 2 weeks to get my warranty phone over night shipped to me and now its a quarter to 4 pm and the sign on the door reads out to lunch!!!!

Do dot shot here, during this current event they are making their serve not avaiable, and making their phones fail. I bout a brand new phone from this excact store 11 days later, the phone stops working coencendently during this crisis my 4 year old AT&T and 6 year old Verizon work perfectly. do not buy T mobile in NW AZ
Went into the store on Stockton Hill in Kingman AZ this afternoon...great store and awesome help from Dan and Jessie! Definitely knowledgeable folks and so very pleasant to deal with! Weve been with T- Mobile a long time and plan to continue. I would recommend this company and these two T-Mobile representatives 100%!

My Screen protector broke so I went in to get it replaced and was told that T-Mobile no longer supports the Note 9 . I paid good money for the phone and protection plan less then a year ago to be told that it is no longer supported is ridiculous. I asked when they would get more in or if they could order one and the sales rep told me to go on line or Walmart not very professional. Next stop will be T-mobile to see if I can get a refund for my protection plan. I was a ATT customer for years before switching to T-Mobile and never had a problem with service.

Bad experience. Boyfriends phone broke so we tried to get a new s9 in our town (bullhead) and they didnt have any in stock. So I call the kingman location to see if they have any in stock and the man said yes! I say great! Well be there in an hour. So we drive an hour to the store just for them to tell us, OH! Were all out, we just sold our LAST FOUR 15 minutes ago. Seriously? Youd think if someone calls and asks for an s9 saying theyll be there in an hour, youd put one aside. But I guess not. Waste of my time and gas.
Massive disappointment to whomever I spoke to over the phone at T-Mobile in Kingman. Who wouldn’t give me her name. I’ve been with T-Mobile for over 7 years now, and never had too many issues or negative experiences with them until today. I’m currently out of town working, and my sister wanted to upgrade her phone. (She would do it herself but it’s her first iPhone) I was going to go in store and buy one but I didn’t have a T-Mobile anywhere near where I am out of town. So, I ordered the phone online. When I called the local store to ask them if I could get them to “set up my sisters phone with a new sim, and change her phone number.” I was replied with some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever heard. Basically shunning me because I chose to buy a phone online and not in store. T-Mobile rep: “Well why did you buy the phone online? You know that’s how we stay in business right? Upgrades and purchases? You’re the reason why we don’t make any money! It costs US money to help you!” In the nastiest tone possible. I completely understand commissions and making money, but I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars at the local Kingman location. And I’ve brought in 5 PEOPLE to open new accounts! Not to mention the money my sister was going to spend that day on accessories. I simply couldn’t believe her rudeness. If you don’t like customer service, find a new job, sweetheart.

I had been anti t-mobile for a very long time until it was recommended that I talk to the sales staff at this location.Needless to say, not only did my view change, I am now a tmobile user and the staff at this location have been outstanding as far as any issues I may have and their customer service.

Wow, best customer service literally ever thanks to Dan!!! I am active duty out in NC, but needed to set up my 87 yo father with his phone out there in Kingman. He wanted to remain on Verizon, but shift his account to prepaid after mom passed. A month I tried to setup an account to make the simple payment for his phone service after porting his number, but alas, hours on the phone with corporate reps overseas (note this point), weeks of effort and Verizon could not allow me to pay them. The clerk in the local Verizon store actually told me he understood, and supported the idea of sending my dad over to T-Mobile (Supreme excellence) to add him to my account, because he could NOT help me even with corporate support.Fast forward one hour in time, including my dads drive time to the local Kingman T-Mobile. Dan (a.k.a Dan is the man) had me call T-Mobile corporate while dad was driving to the store to add dad as an authorized account user. No issues, 10 minutes on the phone (with stateside All-American smart person) and done. Called the store, talked to Dan, he already had things standing by. Set up the account, helped me purchase the new phone over the phone, ported my dads phone number, bluetooth transferred his contacts, confirmed all was working and like magic should be, a stress free happy camper am I !!! One hour, maybe less! Would someone pleeeeease give that man a raise...Thanks Dan

The manager Dan is very rude they do not do business with these people I reported him to Tmobile and left a negative review through T-Mobile and now he refuses to service my account so seeing how they of the only store in town do not leave these guys a negative survey because their powers unlimited and theyre allowed to refuse service to you

Ditched this cell phone service and switched to Boost store by Safeway. Found the employees rude. Its not professional to walk into a business and see the employees playing games on their phones and waiting to finish before they greet you. Today, my son is also switching to Boost.
