Clean, organized store. James was working and he was awesome. Metro PCS needs more people like James.

Came on Monday at 1 to pay my phone bill. sign on the door says theyre sold out of phones. Well I didnt come to buy a phone I came to pay my bill..! Gave a three-star because I love MetroPCS... But so far Im skeptical about this exact location.

The customer service lady had a really rude attitude. Maybe you shouldnt get a job working with people. If you dont even like yourself. This has been my carrier for years

Get broken phone calls, internet connection problems. Did some investigation on the internet, info was that a cell tower can only handle 30 voice and 60 data transmission at one time. Atmosphereic conditions may also be a factor

Very rude and dont even do there job went to swop phones, rep barely glanced at my new phone and said no way. i explained it was unlocked for metro pcs she said she ran the numbers on my phone and said it wont work. I Called 800 number for metro and had no problem. The store rep was the problem and she was rude

Love my new phone, I didnt know about Alcatel until the guy at the store showed the Idol 3. Thing is sweet, its a 5.5 screen with a 13MP camera, and 8MP front facing camera. Best part is its only $279 which is crazy cheap compared to the Note 4 I originally asked about. Thanks for all the help, YAYYY T-Mobile is in Kingman Arizona!

Never open drove up to kingman 3 times including just now... says open foldout outside of door ...doors locked again!!!!!!! F...n bullsht
