I used to brag about boost. But since they changed networks not so must. My phone is buffering a lot. Iam supposed to have unlimited everything. But I got a notice saying I reached my data cap, so they slowed my speed down. Now I cant even get on line. Makes me rethink my service.
Workers at times act and seem too busy for most (even if they were just standing around) never seen to want to find the best deals for you. A lil rude.

The guy working was not very friendly and when I showed a in store price and phone that it said that they had there in store he told me Google was wrong. I guess he didnt want me to spend money
They dont honor their 7-Day return policy and they dont replace defective phones they didnt honor the seven day return policy for me
Boost Mobile sucks I pay $137 a month I cant even use my phone at home Ive been dealing with this problem for going on 5 months now and nobody seems to want to help me they have no problem taking my money though if you thinking of going to boost rethink it
Have been a customer for 5 years. Excellent customer service, very helpful, always answers my questions, friendly, and would highly recommend. They have gone out of their way many times to assist me. Kudos to Darren and Josh who work there. Its also a dog friendly store.
Our family switched from Verizon 3 years ago to Boost at this store and have been very happy customers. We always get a great deal on phones and accessories. The customer service is excellent. They always listen, ask questions, and do everything possible to help. We pay our bills every month in the store and are always greeted with a smile. In the store, we have seen them go out of their way to help someone.
I have been with Boost Mobile since 2015 and have never had a bad experience with this location in Kingman. All the employees are always willing to help you out the best they can. They all make sure you are getting the phone you are looking for and make sure you are happy with it. Their customer service is amazing! So thank you to this Boost Mobile for being awesome! Switched from AT&T to Boost on Tuesday. Received awesome service from Renette. She fully explained their plans, pricing, insurance, and the phones available and helped me to decide which was right for me. She had it all set up and even showed me some features on my new phone. The store was busy and I did not feel rushed. Before I left, she made sure that I did not have any questions and fully explained their return policy to me, just in case. Its nice to have a store in Kingman that cares about its customers.
Great fast service, people at the Kingman store are helpful and friendly. I didnt watch any videos this billing period, and used over 6 gigs in a week only looking at webpages. I did one small update on my phone as well. I dont understand how just looking at websites can use this much data. I also dont know why the slowdown starts at 35 gigs to 2g, which is unusable in my area. Its too slow to even get email. It is what it is I guess.
Ditched the competitor and came here. Got an iPhone, they ported my # over, gave me an awesome deal, and I have been a very satisfied customer of this store for 2 years now. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean store. Professional. Organized.
Omg! How rude. What happened to ladies first??? My boyfriend and I decided to change our service so we went to boost. And my boyfriend asked me what phone I wanted and she rudely said to him.. No No No.. Im talking to you. I looked at her and said Wow!?? And walked outside. I didnt want to complete the transaction but my it was already in the process. Very rude I will get her name
I showed up 5 minutes before the were supposed to close. ( We have all been there 5 minutes before close somebody idiot walks in well this time I was the idiot) I walked both employees greet with a positive attitude. And more than willing to help me. They went above and I think beyond to help me and got my phone working. Ty I would not than recommend Boost ive been a customer since I can remember. Ty to the staff at Kingman Boost Mobile Store! Just wanted to say thank you to the stores dedicated essential employees for putting themselves out into this pandemic to be of service to their community during this stressful time. It takes a lot to be a hero and it means a lot to my family. Without you, we would have not been able to connect with our 92 year old grandfather who is in isolation alone. Thank you for being there.
I went for some out-of-country information. The gentleman who helped me was patient with me knowing no sale in sight. No 5 stars since I found out our upgrade price is the same for anyone walking in off of the street. Phone I was looking at was free if switching from another carrier. So, no breaks for long term customers. Sad.
The older white lady here is extremely rude and unprofessional, and i hope to god she never tries to help me again. Had a problem aith my phone being on a seperate account, and she pretty much told us that ae were wrong, because the reciept said we were on the same account. We werent. We had to pay an extra 57 to get my phone to aork and she was still being rude. Find out today, shes completely deadass wrong, and the phones werent on the same account to begin with. I hope she gets her stuff together, cuz shes only happy when she gets to take your money. Brennan is cool though.
I’ve been going to this Boost Mobil for over 10 years at least. Josh and Darren and Anthony go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and always have. I recommend this place to my friends and family and continue to go there thank you so much guys .
I have emphysema and can not wear a mask I went to the boost store to buy a new phone because mine got broken but I was told I couldnt get any help because I couldnt wear a mask so I bought a phone elsewhere with new service from a company that recognises medical exemptions

I started over 7 years ago with boost mobile and am so pleased with the service from Josh who signed me up and I am still going there for all the help I need and they are so helpful and courteous.After all these years I still get the best treatment.Darren is doing a great job with this place! I took a number into be ported to start service and they told me it was a non portable number yet sprint was able to port it over in a matter of seconds
The customer service here is horrible! Also heard this from our friends.The sales reps are not knowledgeable. They are unfriendly! They dont answer questions and seem to question decisions made by the customers. They help other customers, and answer the phone and help them with out saying domething like let me help them as your phone sets up. When noticed I was noticed upset he said its almost ready. They dont even talk to you. We saw a $10.00 difference in price online and asked about it he acted like we were stupid or lying. And didnt expain why that would happen. Not our first bad experience at this store and 2 differnt employees and 2 bad experiences. The other rep. walked away after finishing with his costomers instead of answering the phone. We will drive to Bullhead City to do business from now on. The guy there at least answers questions and has personality!

Worst place in kingman to buy a cell phone. They sold me a phone with a scratch on the screen ansd when i tryed to bring it back ti get a new phone they refused. Treated me like i was doing something wrong for bringing it back . really unbelievable how they are in business at all
