What an easy experience it was at this place! I cant remember the salesman name but he was great! He helped us pick out the mattress, decide if the financing was right for us, and having it delivered by tomorrow!! We are so excited and had a wonderful experience. These guys are awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient when it comes to purchasing a mattress. They have a mattress set for almost any budget and go out of their way to work with you the best they can! I would highly recommend them and will be returning again for my next mattress purchase!

I bought my mattress on 8/16 to go in a camper. The Sales Associate Andrew Williams was very helpful and helped me find the right mattress fast. If you want to go to a store that is not pushy and listens to customers I would reccomend this store.

Looked everywhere for a split boxspring/foundation. Realized I could only order them and at a hefty price. Mattress firm had a very reasonable price for both pieces and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Id recommend them any day of the week

The store sells mattresses, Yes. Walked into store, the one sales representative that was there was on the phone...didnt even acknowledge we walked in. We walked around the whole store touching and feeling mattresses and the rep just continued his conversation on the phone. Finally decided that everything in the store was not really what we were looking for and proceeded to walk out, still with no acknowledgement from the sales person...who was still on the phone. In and out in 6 minutes...not even a Hi or Bye

I went to every mattress store in the Kingsport area today and by FAR had the best experience with Andrew Williams at Mattress Firm. I went in and told him what I needed which was a twin for my grandchildren at a low price and he immediately showed me what I was looking for and was the only person at any store to still treat me with respect. My family and I will only do our bed shopping here for now on.

We purchased a 1000$ mattress from here 7 monthe ago. We were told it would be under warranty.The mattress gradually compressed and cupped on either side to the point where we can not sleep on it.We contacted the store expecting them to honor the warranty. But we were shocked when they told us they would do nothing until we PAID THEM for a kit or an inspector to come inspect and measure the mattress.We were told none of this when we bought it.The manager told us he could not do anything. He just kept repeating there was nothing more he could do until we paid them to use what we naturally believed to be a free warranty.So, at this point, we are stuck with a 1000$ hunk of foam junk, and I am sleeping on the sofa.Lesson learned:BUYER BEWARE

I quickly learned how much I dont know about the mattress industry here. After the pushy sales man tried to sale me a USED mattress that he assured me had been sanitized, I knew we were DEFINATLY in the wrong place. Not only was it used, I was asked to pay upfront for a mattress that was in a warehouse that I could see. Defiantly not the way to do business!

Went in store to just look for adjustable bed for my Mom. Todd the sales manager was so friendly and knowledgable about the different types of products, and wasnt pushy that I decided to purchase a complete set. Ronnie and Eric delivered my bed the next day, and was extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgable as well! Showed me how to use the remote, and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond expectations, and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend, and when I need another mattress will definitely purchase another from SleepZone!!!
