One star is not for the employees, but for the lack of them. The store was closed with a sign about Employee Shortage Second time this happened to me today. But the Democraps swear that the unemployment theyre keeping people on isnt an incentive to stay unemployed. Biden America......

Doug spent tons of time with us, I mean a lot of personalized time, helping us choose the right phone. He also helped set up the new phone. Hes terrific, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to him for a phone.

Lazy and useless staff. Just went in and asked how to block the text messaging feature from my mother in laws phone because she only gets spam and scams. The 3 employees were sitting around doing nothing, we were the only customers, and the one employee told us we cant stop her phone from recieving text messages. Went out to my car and logged into the Verizon account and took care of it myself in about 5 minutes. If an employee doesnt know how to do something thats fine, but call up IT or a help desk and find the answer! Dont lie to your customers because youre too lazy to assist them!

The only reason Im writing this is because Ive been waiting here for over an hour. Theres one person working here and she keeps calling the Corpus store to ask for help. I could have easily driven to Corpus in the time Ive been waiting.

BEWARE!!!!! This is an independent store. This means they will make up rules and charge all kinds of fees, as they please. Verizon will do nothing about it. These people just have a verizon logo, otherwise they are a cellphone sales company and they will charge enough to make a commission. Their re-stocking fee for phones is 50 dollars, as opposed to 35 like it says on the website! Do yourself a favor and do not work with these people.

This place is pretty much worthless, save the headache and visit a corporate store in Corpus. This store is owned by third party vender, so they can overcharge you and make up stuff as they go. This store would be better managed and ran by clowns, than its current staff.

The employee that helped me at this store (Jaylean) blatantly lied to my face just to make a sale. When I asked her how much data I could use before being deprioritized she flat out said “75gb” the next day I get an email telling me that I’d used my allowed 15gb and suddenly my data was unusable. Thankfully they returned my items and terminated my service with no cost to me, but I should have never been put in that position in the first place. Don’t do business with people who are okay with lying to you. Absolutely do not go to this store.

Doug was very helpful fixing the problem on my phone where it wouldnt show If Im getting text message or not.
