Kayla went above and beyond customer service. My phone that I had for 4 years decided to give out on me. So it was time for an upgrade. Kayla showed me the new models and the one I chose she set it up all up from me. From Google transfer and cleaning my phone to put the glass protector. I am truly thankful that for her in all of it.

Switched carriers cause of the poor service and quality of products.

I used to be with Cricket back in 2005 to 2008 and I switched to T-mobile and had them till I switched back to Cricket in 2017. The only reason I left cuz of the coverage area was bad. Now its better and they are cheaper then anyone else around. They always work with you plus no year contract to sign. I can change my plan any time I want and add a line or delete a line and not have to worry about a thing. Very friendly ladys and always willing to help you with anything you need.

Purchased a new S9 and accessories. Went in to purchase a different phone but was told the insurance would carry over when I moved the S7 to a different line so decided to upgrade to the S9. When I called customer service to find out why the S7 was not insured they told me it would have to have been done at the store. When I went back to the store the manager Ruby told me the insurance was by line not phone. We would have gone with a cheaper phone if we had not been lied to about the insurance to get us to buy a more expensive upgrade since my husband works in the oilfield and always breaks them. I asked Ruby if since she was the manager she was going to do make sure her employees were properly informing the customers. She told me that is not her job. I asked if she had any control over her employees she said no that the district manager is the only person that can do anything. When I asked her for the district number she replied she was not allowed to give it out. If a district manager is the one that does everything why are you paying someone to be a manager. This cricket store is a joke and they will lie to make commission.

Have been coming here many years & have always enjoyed the service! Today I was helped Isaih & Ruby and was extremely satisfied with their service! Thank Ruby for assisting with all my question & helping me understand my new phone & helping Isaih transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone! U guys are awesome as always!!!
