After having my phone service cut off for 2 weeks, I went in to this Metro to restore my phone plan and I specifically asked the new associate who was in training ( I only knew because he stated he was new and kept having to go ask co-worker {with glasses} step by step)I SPECIFICALLY asked for the date of my cycle be changed. I WAS REASSURED IT WAS CHANGED. but it wasnt. Now it will be a whole 2 weeks I go without a phone. SHAME ON YALL. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to go into the that store.
