Let me start off by saying the customer service here is phenomenal! Having been to another phone repair shop in town previously for my fiancé’s phone and then coming here I can definitely say we will only use itone for all of our phone repair needs. I had shattered my phone and took it in expecting to pay 100+ and having to wait most of the day, but boy was I wrong! They have the best prices and get the job done in such a timely manner. I sat in their waiting area and actually had such a great conversation with the owner about his business etc....which is hard to come by nowadays. My phone was done in about 15minutes. I recommended this place to anyone needing phone repairs. P.S. they also have a great selection of iPhone cases and can even change the color of your actual phone(how awesome!)

It have NO Customer Service. As I walked in the young girl told me to go wait in my car she would call me that she two person in front of me. I waited 20 minutes I saw five people walked in and were taken care they were white. So I left. It look like only white people get service there

Very poor communication. I brought a phone in to get the battery replaced, and they had to order a new screen. I called a week later to see when the screen is coming in, and they said there was a delay. That was at least 3 weeks ago and I havent heard anything more.
