Decided to stop in to view the latest gadgets including the new iMac. It wasnt very busy and not a lot of store assistants to ask questions so browsing was all I did. The store staff that did acknowledge I was there did greet me with a Welcome to Best Buy so I cant complain. Spent about a half our blowing then went on my way.

This Best Buy has some really good staff. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way even though we weren’t going to purchase anything that day. They have a wide selection of TV’s, Cameras, Smart Home Electronics, Appliances, computers, cell phones and many more electronics. The store is also clean.

Awesome customer service!!! I order some batteries online, then found them cheaper at another store. So I asked them if they could price match and they sure did. Jose with the cool tattoos was very attentive and help make the process fast and effortless. Thanks 🙏 . I bought my tv here so I had to come back. Great people thanks again.

Everyone in this store is super knowledgeable and helpful... Bought a open box that would not turn on took it back geek squad came right over to try to help ended up getting a brand new laptop better quality that had just went on sale yesterday. I love best buy if only they sold groceries..

I was very pleasantly surprised. They actually had a bunch of items in stock. With Christmas being next month, thats to be expected. I just wish they had stuff on their shelves the other 10 months of the year. I cant count the number of times Ive gone into a best buy, seen empty shelves, gone out to the parking lot and ordered the item I went into the store looking for from Amazon. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.

Waited in line outside for the graphics card drop for 2 days.No problems from management or employees. All were able to use bathrooms freely and they were good about conducting a civilized and fair ticket distribution when things started to go sideways. Good job team!

Well Best buy was competitive, but was not the lowest for brother Ink. Fortunately, that the printer that I had to refill only printed in its a life history 274 pages. So this printer was very young and it was worth the money.

This is my go to store for any electronics,games,and household appliances. The staff pretty much knows me already, Im there all the time... extended warranties are one of the best that you can find. And the staff are amazing

This review is really not about Best Buy the store inside. I waited outside with about 200 other people to get an xbox series x. This store paid for fences and for security at their expense to keep us safe. 5 people at a time were allowed inside and I was escorted to my car with no problems. Management at this BB deserves credit for handling a situation that had the potential to get out of hand. They were professional and very attentive.

Couldnt get help at all two associates either couldnt or wouldnt speak English and the gaming area, the aisles were so packed with freight that you couldnt safely shop, my brother is disabled and he couldnt even get it to see what there was on the shelves. But at least gamestop over at the loop was happy to be helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager there, her name is Desi, should not be in retail. She is rude and definitely has no idea about customer service. When we questioned the cashier, who was also very rude and not friendly, about the price she said she would have to check for an open package. Unstandable, but apparently could not find one and then fixed the mistake and took a picture. The difference was $8 and honestly we would have made the purchase had they not been so rude from the get go. At that point it was just the principle. Desi refused to give me her managers name nor her district managers name. Then very rudely told me I could find the corporate number on the website. What really prompts me to write this review is as I was walking out the door she said Good leave b****. If this is who Best Buy has for managers they definitely need to rethink their hiring. Just an FYI I too am in retail, have been for over 30 years. I would never, and have never, spoken to anyone the way this person spoke to me. Shame on her and shame on Best Buy. They both need to do better.

We called Best Buy because we have a broken TV and Best Buy said they would take it and recycle it for us. Brought the TV and the manager refused to recycle the TV. We were going to buy another TV but ended up walking out. We have been customers for years and will never be back.

Nick was super helpful in getting me in and out with my purchase. I came in knowing what I wanted and he didnt try to upsell me and was not pushy whatsoever. He handled my transaction swiftly and I was in and out!!! Which never happens with big purchases.

Customer Service is excellent here! Very friendly staff. I always order online and had no problem picking up. I tried curbside but it took a little while so decided to go inside and pick it up myself. There were a little busy so I didnt mind. Got my package and out in less than 5 minutes. I suggest you do not do the curbside if you dont like the wait. Go inside and pick it up yourself, it is much faster.

A nice store, a smaller one with less stock then the larger ones that Im used too. Was shopping for a laptop 14 inches or higher, but they had too many smaller ones. Was wanting mid rage price, but just a few of them. Overall, they are great for smaller items, but not so much for large ones.

Ridiculous wait time on the phone to just have our question not answered. We just wanted to ask if they had a certain model on the floor to see it in person. Just decided to drive to store to see. They did not have model on floor but had a smaller model that we were able to look at and see the features. While in store we were not assisted or inquired as to if we needed assistance.

Helpful staff. I can always find a good deal here in or out of box. I do shop online too, but like keeping brick and mortar stores in business so we all have a place to actually see projects to shop and compare. Best buy is my go to for my computers, TVs, etc. For this reason. I appreciate them and purchase items THERE.

Went to the Best Buy by the Loop and had the sweetest young lady with pretty red curly hair take care of my son and I yesterday...He needed earpods. She was knowledgeable, helpful, answered every question, was funny as hell, she made the visit fun! She is the first person EVER in easily 20 years of shopping at Best Buy to put that much effort into making sure we got the right item for our budget and made our shopping experience so enjoyable. She should be running that place. Most of the staff there just scowl when we ask for help. Wish I could remember her name.... but thank you for your help

Maybe its just me, but I find that Im often face-to-face with a store employee hell bent on doing the absolute minimum necessary to stay employed. Ive never dealt with the Geek Squad before, but I bought a second hand iPad that was locked by the previous owner. I tried going through Apple but they couldnt help me until eight days later and gave me no hints as to how I might be able to it myself. I took a chance on Best Buy support, they made me an appointment the same day. I took it in, the gentleman was pleasant and said Give me about fifteen minutes. He loud the iPad back out and I was on my way. Three days worth of stress from Apple solved in fifteen minutes from the Geek Squad.

Their Price Match Guarantee sucks. There was a cheaper product at BJs which had a freebie and they couldnt match it saying it was a bundle. Wasnt really a bundle but a bonus cover but still cheaper than theirs.

My favorite place to go for any electronics I need. They always have the latest in car stereos and any wiring adapters you need and employees are always very helpful finding anything you need if you’re doing your own installation. Also they have the best selection of smart tv’s, I was even able to find a very small one 24” that came packed with all the features I wanted, very friendly and helpful staff.

Not enough staff, computer/electronic section a disgusting mess, the few employees I tried asking for help said that was their department & they dont know anything about what I was ask, and said they are already helping someone, instead of offer to get me assistance with someone who could help. Half the monitors were off or broken, dusty & dirty with finger prints, and was a 45 - 60 min wait to stand in line to ask a single question. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything due to the lack of customer service and disappointing. Store conditions 🙁

I waited in line for over 20 minutes to simply ask a question. When I told the salesperson I had a quick question and just needed to be pointed in the right direction, he advised that I had to wait in line. I did as I was told. After 20 minutes of him sitting there waiting for another customer to get off the phone and make a decision, he stepped over to me a asked how could he help. When I told him I just needed a USB type C charger, he went straight to where they kept them in less than 30 seconds.

Its not Best Buys fault in a way. Brand new iphone 12 under warranty and camera goes bad. Brought it back and told must send in for repair we dont have camera parts here at Best Buy. How long... Answer two weeks NO LOANER nothing not even a flip phone. Here take your sim card we will call you. How I say. Give us some bodies number they say. A Trillion dollar company a 1200 iphone 12 and really. BAD service. You wait mister customer you have no options. Suffer. Bought a phone at Walmart from TracFone. 99 bucks. Came with 500 calls and text. 2gig on web. Actually the Motorola phone is damn good. Cant remember why I am with Apple. Im pretty sure next phone will not be an Apple. Extra warranty did nothing for me.

Every time I deal with Best Buy the same thing happens, somehow I get a representative that doesn’t know their job, lazy added or just doesn’t feel like giving their best. I gave this company another chance and again it happened today. I had done 2 returns at their department that affected the device I was buying. Since I knew it would be quick like before I went in to the department at the checkout station. This time the guy told me go to customer service. So let me get this straight you do it a certain way for the last six times I’ve been to your store but then you change it all around? So get it together!

I purchased a Car Radio and was promised to have it installed 2 weeks after the purchase.After I gave the technician the Radio and my truck to have it installed 3 hours later I was told they didn’t have the harness in the package I purchased. They told me they carried the harness in the store and I could purchase it for an additional $15 I agreed. 3 hours later I received another call they ask me to pick up the Vehicle because they needed another harness that they did not carry in the store. But in 2 weeks they would be able to get it in the store and I could bring the vehicle back. I disagreed and asked the tech to reinstall my old radio and I will come in to pickup my truck. I asked to speak to a manager after 3 days or more Mary called me back and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem and showed zero concerned about what had already happened.

Took me a while to find help, but still found what I was looking for. A lot of staff members looking “too busy” to help customers at this location. Employees looking at their phones when a customer is standing next to them looking for help. I think an awareness seminar would go a long way to help them brush up on customer service. Still gets 3 stars because it’s Best Buy and they have almost everything you need here.

Very busy place but all appeared organized. No temperature checks. Social distance placards on floor but hard to keep the general public to follow it and keep them from breathing down your neck. Some representatives come right up to you offering assistance while others just walk by. All in all this is a good place.
