Test your luck and hope yours last longer!I bought fridge, dishwasher and stove from the store and the fridge and dishwasher broke down shortly after their 60 days warranty period. They came out to fix the fridge for a fee since it just passed the warranty period and said it was my electric problem causing a burn to the board which is hard to believe as I’ve never had that issue with any other appliances. I had to buy a small fridge to keep all the food until they could come out fix. Now I have a problem with the dishwasher just a couple of weeks after dealing with the fridge. Fixing it would cost me more than I paid for it. I’m going to Lowe’s to buy a new one. I hope my stove lasts 🙏🏼

We were coming to Florida for a twelve day vacation. We were looking to rent a refrigerator for that period. We were suggested to call Best choice Appliances.I spoke to and made the following arrangements with Maribel:She said they dont rent the appliances, but what they would do is sell us a used refrigerator for $300 and at the end of our stay, they would, upon inspection of the fridge and being satisfied with the condition, they would buy it back for $100, which in essence would be the same as renting it for $200 for the duration, which would have been satisfactory for us. We had also arranged a pickup date for Friday, April 2, since we would be leaving back home before they would be able to pick it up on Monday. I asked Maribel to clarify if they would actually be working that day because it was Good Friday. She checked and confirmed that they were indeed working and it would be picked up then. They actually charged $372, which included tax, and also included a $50 delivery charge which was never mentioned.The fridge was delivered on Wednesday, March 24.We plugged it in and it seemed to be working fine. The next morning we noticed that it had at some point tripped the circuit breaker and was not working.We reset the breaker and it tripped it again. We called the owner of the house who sent in a technician who tried plugging it in in many other outlets in the house and each time, the respective breaker was tripped.We called Best Choice to ask them to replace the fridge.They sent a technician on Friday March 26, who replaced a broken fan, and plugged it in, and it was working. A few minutes after he left, the circuit breaker blew again.I called Best Choice, but by this time, the store was closed. I was leaving a voice message, when I got cut off mid-message. I called a few times to try to leave a message again but the automated system was saying that the message box is full.We were left with a non-working unit for the next three days. We had to scramble to find neighbors to try to fit things into their fridges and freezers.Best Choice is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Due to religious restrictions, I was not able to phone them on Monday, the Passover festival. On Tuesday, I called and spoke to another girl, whose name escapes me at the moment. I explained the situation to her. She spoke to her boss who said that the first fridge was working perfectly, and they changed it as a courtesy for no charge. But if we want, they will send a technician to inspect the second fridge, and if they find it is faulty, they would deliver us another fridge on Friday, but if they determined that it was working fine they would charge us for a service call. I explained to her that the fridge was supposed to go back on Friday, and since we actually had no use out of it whatsoever, they should come and take back the second fridge and give us a refund. She was going to speak t her boss and get back to me a few minutes later. After a couple hours, I called her. back. She agreed to send a technician.The technician who came was the same one who came for the first fridge. He tried, as we had plugging it into various outlets, some which had nothing else plugged in and each time it blew the breaker.The technician agreed that there is something wrong with the unit and he took it back.At this moment, my bank is showing a pending transaction of $100, which presumably is for the buyback.So we are out of pocket $272 for a refrigerator and its replacement which did not work for day one, and caused us a lot of problems.

Any issue I have with my appliances, I go to there! Reasonable prices on appliances and fixes. The owners and other employs are polite and easy to understand explanations of the issue. If it a small fix they will just fix it and all you pay is for the part. Only place I can trust in the Kissimmee aria!

When ever I need any Appliances or need repair I always call to Best Choices Appliances and they always quick response and tried their best. recently on May 24th my washer was not complete the washing cycle and I called them and next day May 25th Friday Gabriel he came morning 11.45am and check all and told me need replace part. so, he said he have another appointment and he will come back again before 5;00pm and replace it. then I was little worried if he cant make it today. then he told me dont worry even today he will late after 5pm he must come back again and replace and fix it. because tomorrow is weekend and Monday is Memorial day. so, until Tuesday you cant use washer will be problem for me. around 4.35pm he came back again with part and replaced and fix it. I was very happy as usual. his wife also always response quickly and friendly taking care at the store. I am highly recommend to all others who needs anything about Appliances. Thank you Gabriel. In the 3 years my wife and I have owned our home, B.C.A. has probably saved us hundreds of $$ over calling the big chain stores. Dishonest and sleazy business owners and staff. Paid several hundred dollars for a used freezer. Asked prior to purchase if it was tested including interior lights and temperature. Merchant delivered a broken refrigerator and not a freezer. Broken one door refrigerator ran nonstop and had broken light fixture. Merchant tried to challenge the dispute with credit card company and never accepted responsibility.Company was given every opportunity over 6 weeks to resolve it and lies by claiming credit card company would not allow that. Ridiculous and dishonest. Had to pay a third party expert $60 to issue letter to credit card. Not only was the unit wrong and not a freezer, but its repair cost estimate since in ran nonstop was $250.

Lowes contracted this company to come fix my dishwasher. They arrived 2 days later than they first told lowes they would be. Then when he did arrive he wasnt in a business vehicle (in fact it was a really run down personal vehicle) and didnt have business logo or anything displayed. He then was asked to give an extra minute bc my dog who is a husky was curious of who was here and wouldnt go upstairs but if he gave me a minute Id have her outside. He said he didnt feel safe in house and turned to leave. I then said again if you give me a minute I will get her outside but as you can see she is not aggressive (door was wide open at this point and she was just standing there not barking or anything aggressive). He repeated he did not feel safe and wouldnt come in house! I called to report this guy and the person I talked to must been related bc she was also very rude and defended him. I would never ever let these people work on anything of mine or let them even in my house the way they portrayed their company. They are very unprofessional!!!

The second hand appliances look rough and salesperson did not seen trustworthy as information given was confusing and not clearly understood so walked out.🙄
