Stay away!!! They sell used units and claim they are new open box. Also sell items that are not operational. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The pics below are from my new washer, dryer AND stove. as you can see they are not new. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. Make you drop off your items to their store. They are unprofessional and rude. If you experience the same contact channel 9 news, federal trade commission and BBB. They are selling used and defective appliances.

Brought a kenmore Elite refridgeration on November 14th with a 90 days warranty and from day one the ice maker did not work. Sent the owner a text to which he has not replied and today is January 15th. Very bad customer service. I will be seeking legal actions!

I bought 2 appliances from them about 2 months ago. The owner advised me that my appliances would get to me some time on monday. Monday comes and no appliances. I call the owner and he refused to pick up his phone so I had to go into the store. (Before I made any purchases he gave me his personal number and had mine in his phone). The worker tells me that they werent able to get them out to me because their truck was down. Why didnt they give me a curiosity call to inform me of the issues they were having? The worker calls the owner on his phone for me and of course he answers. He was avoiding me. The appliances get to me on tuesday. No problems until im like a week away from my warranty ending. My dishwasher is leaking.i called, No answer. I had to go into the shop again. His wife im assuming, writes down my number and claimed that the owner would call me. Never called back. Ive had to pay to get both appliances fixed when that was something that they were supposed to do. I was well within the warranty when things started to act up. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. DONT LET THOSE 5 GOOD REVIEWS FOOL YOU.

Not even a star this store deserves. We bought a washer an dryer and we have so many problems with them all the time. My husband called the guy and he never answered the phone. My daughter went to the store so many times because the appliances gave us so many problems. The owner promised so many times he will find something for us and it was the same thing all over. At the end we were so tired and mad dealing with them that we decided not to call anymore. The last washer he gave us it was the same he brought us before with problems. I dont recommend this place to anybody.

Sold me a stove with a 60 day warranty. First time i went to use it began beeping like crazy and giving me error codes, texted him the situation and pictures of the error code no reply, wouldnt answer calls or address me. Horrible experience and now stuck with a useless appliance.
