I called to have them pick up my bedroom set this morning. I can’t afford it financially right now. The lady working argued with me about picking it up, telling me they would NOT pick up until balance was paid current. Which I stated payday is Friday so she said they would be here Friday. I stated I’m off today and tomorrow and Friday I would NOT be home due to work, this was 11:34am.At 6:00pm a knock on the door and guess who...the guys had NO IDEA all that she said on the phone to me this morning and since she said Friday that was the plan now.So I called and she answered and I asked why did she say one thing to me then send them at 6pm?? I do NOT understand how she has a job??? This inconsistency I hope is NOT company policy nor acceptable behavior towards customers. I will NEVER do business with this company and I hope my experience helps others to never go there either!!!

Im glad to see Im not the only one they have done that to. Be careful with the deadline. Its not always accurate. Thats how they make their money. They want you to go over the 6 months to charge the interest so they give you false deadlines.

Ive been a very loyal costumer and purchased a few of my furniture from this location. You can pay off your furniture within 6 months with no interest, however they gave me a date on when the furniture needs to be paid off so I wouldnt be charged the interest and when I called to pay it off they gave me the price with the interest. I explained I was told the date and they wouldnt allow it. One of their employers made a mistake of giving me an incorrect date and I paid for it. Honestly they do not appreciate a loyal customer. Lesson learned and I will take my business else where. Please be careful with what date they give you and get it down in writing if you do decide to purchase something from them.
