Well, they don’t honor any store warranty, I spent $4k in appliances on 03/30/2021 - 04/06/2021 with them and my oven is less than 15 days of use and the top is peel off. I sent an email with pictures (I am pretty sure they don’t gonna read and respond) asking for replacement or money back and the salesman said the store warranty last few days. I want a quickly resolution.**At least they respond my email, the answer was it’s just dirty. If I can’t get a better service from them I want a money back.The solution is easy: change the product or money back.

Dont do it. Wed heard good things about this place, and their pricing that was supposedly below the big box retailers. Come to find out, they sold us a complete P.O.S. of a fridge for ABOVE RETAIL price. It only took a couple of days to realize that the fridge is noisy, the ice maker jams, and that Home Depot was selling it for $600 LESS than Appliance Direct! Considering how dirty and cramped this place is - youre better off going to Home Depot or Lowes.

We knew going in that it would be a long wait to receive our kitchen aid appliance package. Ordered in October, received all but stove end of January and just received the stove last week, February 26. Expected all to be delivered in December. Although it took a month or two longer then expected this is not why I rated my experience only two stars. I’ve waited to send this until now because I didn’t know how things would turn out. Frankly I still do not know. The Kitchen Aid refrigerator has an annoying high pitched noise much different than advertised on the web site and a bad seal that has already been serviced once. Still leaking. The stove heats up the knobs and outside of the unit to the point that it is hot to the touch and dangerous. Also a damaged trim piece on the door that can be replaced. While this shouldn’t reflect on the store since it is a Kitchen Aid issue, I would have hoped that they would at least in the beginning have been there to help facilitate repairs and service. Instead I have been given the dreaded 800 number for service. I have spent over an hour on hold with customer service and hours waiting for service. I’m told by Kitchen Aid that my warranty began on the purchase date. 4 months before we received our order. If I need to return my defective appliances and they allow it I will apparently be charged a 20% return fee accordingly to their policy. Hopefully we will not need to go there and my appliances will eventually be repaired. My sales person has replied to my emails and texts and and I do not hold him at fault. He is just working within the policies of the store. It’s just frustrating when you invest a large sum of money for what is advertised to be quality merchandise and then you have to spend all this time trying to make things right. I feel like I’m on my own now. I will see this through and will not settle for defective merchandise. Just wish I had the support of the store who sold it to me.

Nightmare. Delivered Whirlpool washer. I had to call delivery guy back unit DOA no lights on dash. Delivery guy got unit working. Used washer 2x then leaking on floor. I had warranty agreements. Called multiple times to get some help. Finally repair guy comes out. Now waiting on part for almost two months. Warning, their service dept do not call you with status or let you know in advance when they will be back out. They just send you a robo call the night before to let you know they will be out the next day. YIKES! I work and have to arrange time off from work. WHAT A MESS! Not worth it.

Dont be fooled. They have false advertising on their website. Do not get trapped by what sales they say they have in store because they DONT. i went to this store on 3 occassions for the sale they advertised on their website and all three times they said they just sold out. They did not even remember me so they said we sold out yesterday all three times. I got fed up and went to Loews next door and got what I wanted for a better price.

After my refrigerator unexpectedly blew a seal late one night, I headed to Appliance Direct in Kissimmee the following morning looking for a replacement that could be delivered the same day. Edward, the GSM, was very helpful and showed me several models that would meet my needs. I ended up selecting a Whirpool stainless french door model. He checked with the delivery team to ensure it could be delivered that day, and later that evening they had my old unit out and the new one installed in about 30 minutes. The entire process was stress free and professionally handled. Thanks to the efforts of the AD team I was able to save the majority of my food and now have a fantastic new refrigerator!

My biggest dissatisfaction is the absence of transparency and accountability when something goes wrong. The delivery of my four appliances did not go well. The refrigerator was partially disassembled so it could fit through the front door. No problem. However, an unannounced extra charge was requested. After the water lines were attached, we got a brief set of instructions on key features. At no time were the water/ice dispenser tested. We we shown the water filter and were told that we had to install it. No problem. After the delivery crew left, I installed of the water filter and we later tried to activate the water filter/ice maker. It did not function at all. I called Appliance Direct and was told to contact the delivery crew. From them I was questioned about what I did and was told I either had to handle the problem on my own or have to pay them a additional cash fee for them to return. I refused to pay any additional fees because the installation was never tested for operation or completeness. I got no real support from Appliance Direct as they suggested I am probably responsible for the problem. I have contacted Whirlpool and they’re dispatching a technician. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service! When we walked in there were 4 or 5 employees casually standing around the front counter. They all looked up, but continued with their conversation which was clearly unrelated to selling appliances. However, they greeted the people that came in behind us. I asked the price on one of the dishwashers. The salesman said he was going to check and never came back. Long story short we left and made the purchase elsewhere.

I went to a big box store to buy a stove, and there were no sales people in the appliance department. I waited and waited, but received no help. I walked out, and went to Appliance Direct in Kissimmee (Which I should have done in the first place). I was greeted immediately by Ricardo, who assisted me in choosing a great stove at a terrific price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of scheduling my delivery and installation. Salesman Jonathan was very nice and helpful not pushy at all. Delivery people were okay at first but when it came for payment we were in the middle of sending the payment thru Zelle, the delivery person got very rude “ how he had other delivery and we should have the payment ready” etc... he wanted cash that’s why he became rude, in front of my kids. My kids were very upset. He installed it wrong too, because we had warranty, we called the dishwasher company whirlpool to come out and check why it was not drying dishes were always wet. That’s when he told us the installation was not done right. The only reason I bought from appliance direct was the price was cheaper from any other store I checked the same model everywhere.

Worst customer service! Jonny Velazquez, sales representative made us wait a whole day without communication after we had scheduled our delivery a week after our purchase to call us last minute at 7pm in the evening that they were not able to deliver the appliance. They tell you one day and time and change it to their convenience. Delivery drivers who came to my house to were also extremely rude. Do not recommend this place at all!

Our Oven blew up 2 days before Thanksgiving! All the big box outlets were no help with little selection. The staff here was very personable and helpfull, they walked us through their iventory and delivery options and we were back preparing our Thanksgiving by 11am next morning! Thank you. I spoke to the Kissimmee Florida store manager, Ed, in the morning, and we settled on an open box model that was similar to the one we had enquired about online the previous evening. It was installed the same afternoon. Purchase, delivery, and installation was made easy. It has been a great experience from start to finish, and Ed has continued to help, answering any questions about online manuals and trivia like installing water filters. Great experience!

I had them confused with another company called Appliance Connection out of New York that I ordered a refrigerator from, and that continues to be a total nightmare experience. So PLEASE forgive me for confusing them with my experience with Appliance Direct as they have been great. I bought a stacking washer and dryer and they gave me the best price I could find anywhere, and delivered it when they said they would and set it up exactly like they said they would. THIS LOCATION IS NOTHING LIKE ON TV 📺!My husband and I visited here today because we need a new washing machine, and we alway see the TV 📺 ads about Appliance Direct and their great prices, so we visited the one closes to our area. As we entered into the store their was an employee on the phone leaning on the washers and dryers, and their were two others behind the desk talking to each other, and just looking at my husband and I as if we walked into the wrong store.No one greeted us, I had to ask where the washing machine were, and there was a delay in response. Then one employee (I won’t give their name.) decided to assistance us.Right after that their was another family that came in the door and they I notice they was greeted and helped immediately. I brought this to the employee attention and we only got a look 👀 back at us, no apology what so ever.Oh wait this story gets even better, non of the prices shown on the the tags 🏷 are the actual cost of the appliance. ( Tag showed a higher price the what we were given from the employee.) Then we asked about delivery they told us they deliver from a third-party and the price was $80 on top of that we have to pay an extra $10 for each flight of stairs they have to come up. Then they want us to sign some Delivery agreement contract that I read stated “ In Black bold print “ That the have no set time of date to deliver our merchandise, and that they will CALL US to set up a time for delivery 🚚, and that we had to be available for the call, not being available for the call will delay the delivery we would had paid for. WHAT A JOKE!!!!Neither to say, we did NOT make a purchase there we got our new washing machine at a great price from Best Buy with free delivery, and old merchandise haul away, the only fees we paid extra for was new hoses and hook up. We will never come to this location again. I will drive to the Appliance Direct in another city if we can get better service.

He was not only friendly he was helpful, he showed us our options told us about their sales & warranty. Thank you bill & will def be back when it’s time to upgrade.Update the appliances we bought were supposed to be delivered not only did the driver not call to let us know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver, but they did nothing to accommodate the mishap. Looks like from the reviews, Bill Reese needs a raise. My experience was the same as most others. Went there yesterday for a washer and dryer and was professionally greeted by him within 10 seconds of entering the store. Note- All employees had masks on during this COVID thing. Big plus as my wife and I did too. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Bill obliged. Literally I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and by the time we drove around back, Bill was out with my hoses and vent tube and my washer and dryer were waiting to be loaded. Great price on my products on top of great service. I WILL be back for any appliance needs.

Overall I needed a dishwasher right away but they were limited just a select few. So I ended up spending $200 more than I had anticipated. Where the disappointed comes in was given a white one by error instead of the Stainless steel one I purchased. I had to get help to get into into my house I unboxed it and then had to re-box it and return to get the correct one. Understand my drive was 40 miles round trip x 2, and 4 sets of tolls. I was told sorry, we will take care of you in your next purchase for the inconvenience. Well... I am sorry if you can’t If you can’t discount for my major inconvenience on the purchase you messed up instead of the next purchase, then who thinks there will be a next purchase???

Sold me a malfunctioning Samsung fridge. Called, stopped by, emailed, asking for warranty given but to no avail. Only told warranty company will contact you but they never did. Had to find a provider myself and will bill Appliance Direct for the repair, but manager states they will not pay. Horrible experience.Update: You ask what can you do? Stand by the warranty offered. I had to call a warranty myself as your warranty never called after many attempts at your store. Right now, pay my pending warranty call bill with Samsung as its the fair and honest way for dealing with this.

Best prices in the market. Lots of appliances in stock ready for pickup them home: the nearest Home Depot only had 24 dryer in display and scheduling deliveries for almost two weeks. I saved almost $ 200.00 in a dryer. Same day delivery for items in stock for free for most of the items. Read more in their website. WHY PAY RETAIL??? I actually love Appliance Direct.

Purchased a kitchen set 7/29/20 fridge & stove, whirlpool brand. The sales guy Jonathan V. Told me the fridge was ready to go but the stove would take a week. Waited a week and Jonathan told me it would be another week since they didnt know what inventory the warehouse would send. 2 weeks later, I called for an update and I was told today Aug 18 they would know the inventory. Aug 18th I called and JONATHAN V. placed me on a 20 min hold WITH NO RESPONSE, where Andy answered and checked and said the stove was on back order. Jonathan then stated the stove is on back order and had to wait with no identified date. He has horrible customer service skills, talks over you, doesnt have a direct answer, is EXTREMELY RUDE. They have very poor customer service skills and I will be going to the store and getting my refund.... DO NOT BUY HERE...

I can’t say enough good things about Appliance Direct. I walked in and was immediately assisted by Ed. I sort of knew what I wanted going in, but Ed helped guide me to the right choices without being a typical pushy sales person.I needed a new refrigerator, dish washer and gas range. They don’t keep gas ranges in stock, but Ed was able to order one directly from Whirlpool for me.The pricing here is so much better than what you would find at the big box stores, who typically only push you towards Samsung and LG products.There was a hiccup with delivery and Ed took care of it perfectly. If I ever need more appliances, I’ll be sure to come straight to Appliance Direct and I recommend everyone to do the same.

We were ready to just go with a Whirpool washer and dryer but when we saw that the Maytag was just a couple dollars more, we chose the Maytag. Mr. Bill Reese was wonderful at explaining the specs and was a delight to converse with him. I’m still trying to get my dishwasher I paid for two weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered and installed by March 11. It was purchased Feb 25. I called to inquire today and they have no record of the purchase. I’m looking at my receipt right now. I called the Melbourne location to get the owners phone number and they said if I go to the website I could get it there. Nothing referencing management or contact us anywhere. I thought it would have looked like it does on the commercials but it doesnt. Lucky enough they had one of the models of microwave that I wanted but it seems too tight and confined. Nothing like an appliance store where there is room to roam. Still better than the home depot where they didnt have ANY microwaves in stock. All had to be ordered!!
