I have bought mattresses from Mattress Firm for years. It started with a mattress that I slept on in a luxury hotel that I found was sold at Mattress Firm. Then everyone in my family wanted that mattress, so one by one we converted over. My two daughters frequently bring their friends over to sleep over and they even comment on how comfortable the mattress is. I have always received great service. Particularly from my sales associate Dwayne. He recently moved to Florida and I hunted him down there for advice on my next mattresses. That’s how much I like the service I receive!! I highly recommend Service Mattress and Dwayne as a sales associate!

They did not have the item in stock but located it quickly at another store, called and had them set it aside for us. We have shopped with Mattress Firm previously, in fact this exact location. Went in with a certain budget and got told that nothing in my budget was good. They tried to sell me something $1000 above my budget. I left and went to the one across the road and they found one for $100 BELOW my budget. This location was only looking to make a commission or something.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible product and service. Mattress literally started falling apart and tearing at the seams two weeks after delivery and setup. It’s taken an act of Congress to finally have them process a return just to schedule a pickup. Lord knows how long it will take to get the actual refund/payment back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Really NO STARS!Let me start by stating that its disappointing to even have to write a bad review of anywhere you expect to have a good experience. Unfortunately for me I obtained the worse experience from this Mattress Firm store. The store is well maintained and clean but sadly to say the customer service didn’t match. I wish I had insisted in being helped by the other gentleman that was working that day because the people that were leaving seemed to have left happy and even recommended to be attended by him. Instead I was attended by Alex Lamourt, which is the store assistant manager. You would think that him being the assistant manager, he would have given excellent customer service and provided all the necessary knowledge and information in the entire process. Based on the needs and wants that I described, Alex only showed me 2 different mattress brands. I opted for the best one I thought. Once the financial aspect came, Alex neglected to offer or inform me of the financial options I had in order to make my purchase. I basically had to go by what he inputted with no option of turning back due to him processing and running my credit. I left the store feeling ripped off but bc it was far more important for me to have a mattress I needed, I decided to focus on the fact that I would be getting my mattress within 2 days. Guess what?! Two days came and my mattress doesn’t get delivered. The delivery personnel decided to make the delivery an entire hour before the actual scheduled time, which by the way they selected, to then say that they came and no one was home. I took off of work solely to be home for that delivery for them not to show up. One would say that it could’ve easily been rescheduled but in this case it is their neglect to have not brought my mattress at the time agreed and scheduled. I called to find out the reasons for them not delivering and they lied saying that they came to my door at the correct time when I know good and well that they didnt. I told them to bring the mattress at the time of my call and they said they couldnt until the truck came back into their warehouse to verify that they still had my mattress. Seriously?! As if I have the need to lie about not receiving a mattress. So, because they didnt want to rectify their very own mistake, I cancelled the order completely and demanded a FULL refund. I do not recommend this store nor will I ever. Especially to over pay for a refurbished mattress, yes, refurbished because that is something they do not tell you. And to Mr. Duwayne Jones, I would highly recommend you reconsidering your management team and if not then give them further training because its sad that you have someone like Alex representing your management in your absence.

Didn’t even enter the store. Parked right out front and the only associate working was right outside of the front door smoking a cigarette. I don’t like walking through cigarette smoke on a normal day, let alone when there’s a highly contagious virus spreading like wildfire through air particles.

Came on time and in perfect condition. He even came upstairs to bring it in even though we only paid to have it brought out front.

I placed an order online at the beginning of September however after 2 weeks of waiting I received an email stating that the mattress I ordered wouldn’t be back in stock until November. I was annoyed because when I ordered it the arrival date was September the 18th so I went to this location to see what could be done. The sales clerk was so professional about the matter and offered me an even better mattress than I ordered for the same price I paid online and I would get the mattress the very next day!!!
