This review is for the salesman today - so disappointed in recommending you all for my in-laws. They ended up buying two mattresses, but not helpful at all. Our experience years ago was passion and asking if wed like to hear the OMF story, showing cross section of other mattresses and yours, etc. Nothing like that - not at Kissimmee. And I get the covid distance thing, but being SO standoffish without any explanation of why or saying Im sorry for giving you a bag with a blanket to try mattresses - come on. Never asking questions, etc - really bad. please give your sales people some good training.

We are repeat customers. This time when we went to the store in Kissimmee. The salesperson wouldnt stop talking so we could take our time and figure out which beds we wanted. He was almost like a car salesman. We were annoyed and it made our experience not pleasant. We were going for to buy two adjustable beds. The beds are very good quality that we purchased before. Maybe we will go to a different location.

In response to your response about the review, “miscommunication”, feel free to see the screen shot of the email attached as a photo. Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust your company and we ordered today from another company.In July we talked with the owners son, via email, Brian Tincher, about a custom mattress for our RV. He said they didn’t have latex, but we still offer quite a few options that we can modify to accommodate your corners. I would suggest making a trip to the Kissimmee location as it was closest to Lakeland(an hour and 15 minutes away). We had some family members who were ill so we had some delays. When we got to the store the salesman who said he was new, called the owner, Brian’s father who told him, Brian moved to the Clearwater store 30-40 days ago and the only option they could offer us was polyurethane foam. Had we been told that in the email we wouldn’t have bothered to make the drive. Apparently they think they can promise you one and switch once they get you in the store.

I came to google to see if others experienced what we did last night...I thought I was the only one, glad to know I wasn’t. Chris was helpful none the less but a bit too intense for my girlfriend and I. The car salesman tactics where a bit much. We could not peacefully look at mattresses and discuss out thoughts on them. Chris did educate us on their mattresses...but afterwards spent the entire time apologizing for how bad the industry has treated us, and on how bad the other companies are. I was without knowing already being checked out and setting up our delivery for a mattress we never verbally told him we were going to buy. Sincerely Chris you seem like a great guy and I’m sure you sell a lot at the store ...but please be mindful that those tactics can drive customers away. This Without a doubt will be an experience we won’t forget...not in a good way. Still wishing you success.Kind RegardsMarc

We are repeat customers. When it came time to purchase our new mattress we had no hesitation about going first to The Original Mattress Factory. Went to the store recently to inquire about a mattress upgrade. There are plenty of beds set up for you to lie down on. The representative offers complete information if you request, however there is never any pressure to make a purchase. The store is very relaxed. There are cut away samples of their bed construction, and cut away samples of other brands in order for us to see the differences. We stayed in the store for quite a while, almost taking a nap on the mattress we eventually selected. We left the store having made a purchase and were confident and satisfied we had once again done the right thing by buying at The Original Mattress Factory. Follow up phone calls about details reveal how caring and sincere this company is. Everything we inquired about has been answered to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory.

Chris was very thorough, professional and courteous. All we needed was a mattress for a cottage we use only occasonally and have few if any guests stay over. Even though it was an entry level purchase he handled it like a major purchase.

Very professional place. I came to have a special sized mattress, but wasnt 100% sure if I wanted to get a brand new bed and frame instead. It was worth the time and effort. I never felt pressured into buying something I didnt want. I was helped in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, with the best deal. Delivery was quick and easy. The men were very professional. They were in, grabbed the old mattress, dropped off the new, and were out. Piece of pie. Very happy with my purchase. The mattress is of good quality and comfortable. Will buy from here in the future.

Went into the store with my sister to look at the mattresses and the only employee at the store was too busy to get off his cell phone and welcome us or even offer to assist us. Even when we looked at him, he didn’t bother to acknowledge us. Guess they don’t care to make a profit. Thumbs down to you, buddy.

I was very pleased with the bed I purchased which was custom made - or adjusted to my needs. The attention both in the store and by the delivery people was excellent. An overall good experience.

We got that bed we needed n Tom was the best Customer Service person ever. There was a Hispanic rep. There the day we went to visit; he was very thorough on the type of beds they sold in the store. We are so happy that we finally got the bed and those who delivered it were very nice to unpack and put it on the bedboard that we have.

I bought their full size box springs and mattress 6 years agoand have been very satisfied with it !!!upgrading now to a queen size - will definately getthe new queen set from The Original Mattress Factory !!!!!!a tip that I use is to take a Sharpie Magic Marker and markall the numbers on each corner of the mattress........1-2-3-4 on one side, then, 5-6-7-8 on the other side.this makes it foolproof when it comes time to rotate themattress every 6 months or so. The reference is the headof the primary entrance side to rotate the numbers.

Arrived at the store 3 minutes before it opened. Stood at the window looking in and saw the salesman sitting at his desk. At 10 am sharp, he came up to open the door. He looked right at me, standing there with a cane, unlocked the door, and walked off. Not even the courtesy to push the door, even a little for me. How rude. I went in and listened to him for a few minutes about a full size mattress. I was through with him, even before the $50 delivery fee was mentioned.

Great product at competitive prices. Double sided pillow top too so you can flip the mattress as well! Long warranty.
