I had the pleasure of working with this wonderful gentleman Rolf. I went in with my mom with a specific budget trying to find the best mattress I can with what I could afford. He was so helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. He was patient and helped us whenever we had any questions without making us feel pressured into buying. He went back and forth on the computer to check prices and what was in stock, did multiple math equations so we can get the best deal possible. We ended up with a new mattress, adjustable bed frame, and 2 pillows close to my budget needs. I cant thank him enough for his excellent customer service he definitely should be a manager someday! Now to test out my new mattress!!!

We received next day delivery which was very professional and they came in and set up quickly without disturbing the entire house. Purchased an affordable king sized mattress from their store. The following day I went to pick up the mattress from their warehouse 25 minutes away because the store doesn’t keep any king sized mattress in stock. When I arrived at the warehouse, I’m told the mattress was ripped underneath and that they have no idea when they will receive more. I decided to take the mattress so I’ll have something to sleep on and they promised they would contact me when a new one comes in to switch out. 3 days now and waiting for a call. Felt due to the convenience they should of upgraded the mattress or offered a discount.

My husband and I went into the store looking for a mattress that we felt we could compromise on. Both of us have back issues and were tired of the constant pain. Alex greeted us and started asking questions so that we could streamline what exactly we needed. The customer service was top notch! Never once were we ever pressured to purchase something just to settle. Alex found us the perfect mattress which we are both so excited to get and start sleeping on.
