I came in multiple times to look at furniture for my new home and during one of my visits I came across Felipe Castillo and he was very helpful! I didn’t buy the first time but kept in communication and after a month long of communicating back and forth and with the help of Felipe I was able to place my first order he made me feel very comfortable about my purchase and I couldn’t be happier !
I went to rooms to go in Kissimmee FL with nothing but stress and problems on my mind. Starting law school in a new state in my first apartment ever, I had no furniture, no hope, and no one to help. Until I met Leeann!!! She was so kind, sweet, patient, and dedicated! She worked with me one on one for hours to find everything I needed! She made sure to find alternative ways to me to be able to afford what I needed on a budget (bless RTG financing) and stayed with me while paper work was being done so that she would be there if I had any questions. She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and continued to check delivery dates (even though I didn’t ask her to) to watch for any earlier times. 5 days before my couch came in I realized that it was going to be too big! I called her right away and she had me come right in! She worked with me patiently and with a smile on her face so that I could find a whole new couch to fit my needs AND was able to keep the same delivery date! I cannot go in enough about what an asset she became during my move in process. I feel so lucky to have met someone so genuine, real, and caring to help me get set up for success in school! Highly recommend anyone who needs anything reach out to her! There is no job to big or to stressful for this queen to handle!

My wife and I planned to go today to RTG and called our salesman Angel Arocho to let him know. Angel had helped us with a purchase of a bedroom set and he also helped us a mattress that we bought a couple of years ago. We were giving a credit for the old mattresses and his knowledge helped us pick a high quality new one today. We are very happy with the service we received. I would like to share my bad experience with RTG after being a customer since 2016 bought all my furniture for my new home back then( paid for ) on March 31 went back and made a purchase for a total of $4,385.99 with a deposit of $1,442.64. I was supposed to get my delivery on May 27 took off from work to be home, I recieved a call 30 minutes before the delivery from the delivery manager Chris Vazquez to let me know that my order was incomplete, therefore they would no be able to assemble my furniture it would be in boxes till a next available date but he was not able to tell me when would that be, he said to call the RTG store to find out (in a very rude way ) to what I answer to please cancel the delivery he put it on his notes. When I called RTG several times they would answer but just put me on hold without even asking what I need it, I called several times because I got tired of waiting for so long on the phone, while trying to get through the delivery truck arrived to my house, went and told them that I spoke to their delivery manager and it was canceled. Called again to RTG (placed on hold again) at this point I was fed up with the lack of customer service left my phone on the call and started driving there took me 47 minutes to get there when I arrived there was a lady at the office no customer in front of her or on the phone I stand there she didnt acknowledge me till I ask her if she could assist me, she answered and quote what you want I then showed her my phone and told her that I was placed on hold for 47 minutes she looked aher office phone and looked at me bother, at this time I just told her that I was there to cancel my order, I already talked to Melissa ( the only time I was lucky to get through with someone on the phone) the office manager to let her know what had happened with the delivery. At this point another lady walks in the office I am talking to the younger lady when she interrupted without introducing herself asking me whats the problem, when I started telling her that I talked to Melissa about a delivery she said i am Melissa to my surprise, I said to her oh ok you hear me talking to her and instead of introduced yourself you just stay quiet? She just looked at me bothered, I just told her to go ahead a cancel my order. She ask another girl to do it for me, this girl was somewhat polite to me I ask Melissa when I was going to have my money refunded she said they will call me and let me know, I then left but they never called I had to call to find out it was the when they told me that I could come to get my money back to my card. Also the sales man Juan Rivera Espinoza (034903) very nice when making the sale but super rude when I needed help on what was going on ( even though he gave me his cell number to call him for anything) when I reached out to him he didnt answer any of my calls, but when I called from my nieces number the he answered as soon as he knew it was me he just said to me in a rude way, that he was on his way to work cought up in traffic, that he wasnt working yet, I said ok I need help and quick explained to him he said Ill call you when i get to work. This was the same day I was placed on hold for 47 minutes I went to the store when I walked in he was in the front of the store with others co - workers just laughing, I looked at him shake my head and kept walking he did not acknowledge me or anything. My daughters where thinking of making a purchase there as well (they were with me through out the whole process) now they no longer did it we all went to other furniture store and made our purchases, RTG you have lost a whole family as customers

This Rooms To Go On Osceola Parkway is a ripoff and customer service for rooms to go is the worst all they want to is stick it to you by forcing you to buy products they dont have in stock and forcing you to accept products that are are promised prior to delivery but they also dont have in stockthat way they can charge you a restocking fee for no reason and when you call customer service all they say is that decisions are made at the store level so then i dont understand why have a customer service phone number

My husband and I went to rooms-to-go in October as I step inside I notice one of the sale person look me down from head to toe but that is another story. Anyways we went in side looking for a sofa when this nice sale person came over to assist us (Keith Moore) he was so professional and patient with us. That same day we purchased a sofa, two tables, standing lamb and a night light. We were told that we are not going to receive the items until late December, I was a little disappointed but I guess I didn’t have a choice. We receive most of the items in December and was told that the side table and the night lamp will arrive in February. February I only receive the side table and then was told to go back to the store and choose another lamp because the manufacturer didn’t have the one I previous order. I went to the store on my day off and chose another lamp and was told I will receive it in May. May approach I didn’t receive any call so I call the store to find out what was the delay, during the call I get to find out that the order for the new lamp had never change and when I went to the store the workers were very disrespectful. One day I was work I receive a call from one of there workers telling me that there is another delay on he lamp and I will not receive it until July. I have being waiting for one lamp over7 months now and nobody call to apologize are anything. I spent over 3 thousand dollars at the store with a down payment of a thousand dollar, am telling you I will NEVER purchase another item from the store.

Rude disrespectful service never will shop here again.Store manager Melissa I told her my concerns about a $3000 sofa purchased there with warranty and now my sofas are stained do to the cleaning kit they sold me and now nor the warranty department or store want to respond.A service tech came out and said its not worth me cleaning it cause it will make it worst what service tech will talk like that about there own product.Wont spend a dollar in rooms to go ever and will be canceling my credit card.Service is horrible where no one will listen to your concerns they talk over you and transferring you back and forth between the warranty department and store and customer service,how is that being helpful.Do not!!! purchase no warranty they just want to steal more money.There quick enough to sale it to you to help there numbers but behind of it all it doesnt cover anything.Definitely will make sure my family and I never return here.
Limited in store customer care. They should not have items on sale you cannot receive for 6 months. Near impossible to make an on-line order in a states without Rooms To Go. On-line orders are very convoluted. Their website / on-line order process needs a lot of improvements!I have a lot of improvement suggestions

Worst experience ever. Being waiting for 3 months for my order. And when I finally received it it was missing a part so they couldnt assemble it. After all the struggling with the store and customer service Ive got my missing part all broken and they didnt assemble the bed. So I have to wait another month to get that part to have the bed assembled with the room closed for the whole month because I wont risk that something is missing or broken and they say is my fault.

TL;DR: Horrible customer service experience, nice furniture though. If youre a first time buyer, your furniture from RTG comes in boxes. Make sure to bring up to your salesperson that you want it assembled because they will not notify you that this is the case.The story: First time buyer for Rooms to Go. Recently moved cross country to FL so my partner and I had to get rid of a lot of our large furniture pieces during the move. Went to RTG, salesperson Michael was nice enough, attentive.At no point during the conversation with Michael was it mentioned that all of your furniture arrives in boxes... unless you paid for the assembly. Would have been nice to know, we would have paid for the assembly before delivery. Seems like bad practice to not let customers know that they will have to assemble their furniture on their own.Called to ask why this wasnt brought up at purchase, basically told read the fine print on your receipt. ???? How would I know to look for this if the salesperson didnt bring it up that the furniture came in pieces? Wasnt brought up in the showroom, during the ordering process, and certainly not when we were scheduling delivery. Again, we would have paid the extra fee just to have it assembled.Delivery crew was super rude too. Threw our stuff on the floor without much care, boxes were ripped up, couple scuffs on the tables, asked to see the receipt just to highlight the one line print that says DELIVERY ONLY at the bottom of the invoice. Overall just the least pleasant crew and furniture retailer weve ever dealt with.Furniture looks nice, at least the pieces of it do.Update: Took about 8hrs to put a living room set together (loveseat, armchair, coffee table, end tables, lamps) on our own. The furniture actually is very nice, relatively good quality; hence the 3 star. The boxes pile was MASSIVE. Took about 3-4 trips to the recycling center to get rid of it all. Shame their customer service was subpar, living room set is 10/10. Another salesperson, Terry, did contact us about our issues a few hours later and took $150 off our order. Appreciate his attempt to reconcile our grievances.

A-OK. A fun space to look around for various furniture for any type of room. We were in the market for a new couch and have been browsing around for options. This location was nearby where we were shopping already, so we stopped in to just take a look.We were greeted as soon as we walked in, but the staff was nice and told us just to come get them if we needed help and didnt hover. They had a ton of options and everything was organized throughout the store by room type - think living room, bedroom, etc.Our little loved the kids room area and we definitely saw some big girl beds to consider in her future.Overall: B+Solid A-Ok. They have all kinds of options. Prices are on par with most chain furniture stores.

Keith was awesome, we got handed off by another employee who had to leave while we were browsing. Nothing about our experience was pushy or rushed how furniture shopping usually feels. He let us walk around and occasionally made eye contact to make sure we were good and would approach if we looked like we needed help. His timing was impeccable. Gissele I think her name was that handled our financing was also great. She spoke Spanish and made everything easy to comprehend and handle. Would def shop here in the future and would look for Keith next time Im there.

Best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted by Keith who was able to assist me promptly. The process was so smooth. I thought I was going to spend hours here but I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Keith was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He was very patient with our decision making process and was able to get us a good deal. There was no run around or false promises. Went in a few weeks ago and it felt like the staff was not acknowleging me. They seemed too focused to go after familes or couples. I guess they didnt see me as a serious buyer. It took about 10 minutes before i was able to get someone to help me. Delivery was not great either. Was told delivery driver would place furniture inside house in the area i needed it, but they instead just let it in my garage and left. Made no attempt to put it inside even though it could clearly fit through the front door. Dissapointed with my experience unfortunatley.
!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!VERY LIMITED REFUND POLICY ON FURNITURE!My Cindy Crawford Colors Couch Collection came delivered to my home with a lot of damage on all three pieces. After reviewing the damage of the chunks of exposed wood that has been scrapped off the bottom trims, exposed dented wood on the legs, the center leg post bent all the way to the right side, hole in the fabric lining the goes across the bottom, creases in the fabric from rubbing against something to where I can see the wood outlines of the frame, etc.... I told them that I didnt want it. They pointed out that since I already threw away the old couch to make room for the new ones, to keep these until replacement comes. So the delivery guys convinced me to keep them. This was the second mistake that I made. The first one was going to ROOMS-TOGO to buy a couch set!DO NOT LET DELIVERY PERSONS LEAVE ANY FURNITURE IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE IF DAMAGE. Have them take every thing back. This is the only way to get a refund. Maybe? Well my wife got home last night and pointed out that if ROOMS-TO-GO damaged the couchs this bad on all three pieces, then our 5 children would damage this couchs easily. We did explain our big family to the sales person and explaining our home situation with our kids. When we saw the grey showroom Cindy Crawford set, it was set up different then we needed it to be for our home. We were told by the sales person that this couch set would be a great fit for us. He pointed to a poster and said we could pick design we needed to fit our home. This poster had different styles on position and color. Because they dont have the type we pick in this location, the sales guy had to order it online and then it would be delivered on Tuesday. He recommended stain protection and extended warranties because of our children, which we bought. I want to point out again our set was not in store and was ordered online from that store. Well after the damage we saw, we determined that this couch is not for us.I called corporate today and spoke to Ashley. She explained to me to different ways to exchange and refund. Most of them were NO REFUND, ONLY RETURN for EXCHANGE. If you were to buy furniture in store you have 48 hours before delivery to cancel for refund. If furniture is delivered to your home and left, You have 48 hours to find damage and report it for exchange and then finally after some back and forth, she said if we (meaning my wife or myself) or the ROOMS-TO-GO location had to order the furniture online and then be delivered I would have 48 hours to refunded for damage or didnt fit. Bingo, thats exactly our situation. She told me that corporate doesnt handle exchange or refunds and that I would have to call the sales person at ROOMS-TO-GO. Basically passing the buck back to sales people!WHAT? WHY? ARENT I DEALING WITH CORPORATE?!CORPORATE HANDLES WARRANTY and DELIVERY EXCHANGES!I called back to store they said No refunds then corporate again which sent me back to the store again. Finally I spoke to Jason the store manager, just for him to explain to me that there would be NO REFUND. Because they have that grey Cindy Crawford on display. I explained that we pick off a poster and that the Grey set up is different from the one we ordered online in the store. Still we would not qualify for refund. My Cindy Crawford Couchs that was ordered online by their sales guy but did not qualify because of this display. So after hours on the phone to resolve this, I have to exchange and they wont pick up the damage couchs until I come in and pick another and only then will they pick up the damage couchs.I paid over $2,500.00 for the CINDY CRAWFORD COLOR COUCH SET and 2 days later my damage furniture was delivered. Now I have to go back and start this process again with five kids in tow before 30 days are up or Im stuck.They sold me a top of line couch set that they destroyed easily, and now want me to trust them on a new couch.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE, VERY LIMITED REFUND POLICY!!!
I have to give a one star. I ordered a dining room set that I saw online. The chairs are suppose to be beige. My order says beige. After I received it, I noticed that they do not look like the picture that is online at all, they look grey. I tried calling customer service the next day and can never get ahold of anyone. I left my phone number so I could get a call back from them and not lose my spot as a caller instead of waiting on hold and they never called me back. This is the second time I order from rooms to go and get the wrong thing delivered to me. I won’t be ordering doll from them again. Here is a picture of what I got compared to what the internet shows the chairs looking like. Not the same color at all. It’s a beautiful table but wrong color chairs.

Absolutely great customer service, Jason Schwandt was my salesman and he had exceptional knowledge of the delivery process and was able to have me apply and get approved for $5000 credit. I purchased a Nectar queen mattress and a beautiful queen bedroom set. I found the mattress on the actual vendor website for the same price including bedding, pillows and mattress cover. I called customer service and Melissa spoke with the store manger Carlos who agreed to send me the two pillows along with the delivery of my mattress and a $100 store credit. Finally, a sales representative who’s helpful but not pushy.
