Hello owner left w/o giving us title when paid in full.... new owner qas suppose to call back no answer from New or old.

This guy will try to swindle you with no remorse. Trying to add fees outside the original contract. I wouldnt send an enemy to this dealership.

Made an appointment, drove 45 minutes, no one was there, called them they said they would be 20 minutes late, they were 40. Walk in, he asked if we need something, let him know we were there to see a CRV he says nothing but hands us the keys. Walk out to see the car that we drove 45 minutes to see and waited an extra 30 minutes because he was late and it was dead. The car was dead and wasn’t even cleaned. Poorest customer service we’ve ever encountered. When we walked back to ask him why didn’t they get the car started knowing we were coming to see it, he replied are you going to complain or do you want me to jump the car. So we walked out! Very unfortunate because we had cash and needed something in the next two days.

Great service and great attention to detail. very clean cars and great condition. i was treated very well and they made sure i was happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately, today, February 19, 2020, call me twice 9:30, for a quote of a vehicle, I am informed of the captain of Spanish Hispanics with an accent similar to the country of Mexico, because I did not take his name that would call me in 10 minutes Well, I was busy. Call me again 10:30, waiting because I got tired, and he said he could not help me, I told him then, look for someone and he said no.Bad customer service.

The price of the car that my son bought was good but when he left I threw out the power steering fluid. My son had to pay for the part and they assembled it.
