No legitimacy in this business. Huge red flag, save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. Owner never answered the phone!! Not to mention they rip you off with the “all sales are final thing”

Won’t answer the phone I payed 840 for golds and still have not received any call or news about my golds

I dropped off a necklace to be repaired on 4/28/21. The guy said it would take 1.5 hours. I even verified the closing time. He said he would call, he did not. I called and the phone rang and rang. Now when I call it goes straight to voicemail. I live nearby and the store has been CLOSED every days since I dropped off my merchandise. This is the worst service I’ve gotten from here as I’ve been in the past with no issue. I just want my chain back!EDIT: A few days later I had to search him on the company InstaGram, where he posted his Snapchat in the bio. I HAD TO CALL HIM ON SNAPCHAT to get in touch with him. Finally I met with him to retrieve my jewelry, in which he said he was out of town for an emergency and I called B*S considering other reviews mentioned the same behavior. No answer, closed shop. I DID NOT pay him because the inconvenience was absolutely mind blowing.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

It was a little wait and I stay 2 and a half hours away and it took 14 days for me to get them . They clean and they cut to the best . $900 well spent .

How are you doing grillz and cant do perm cuts thats like a barber that only does bald heads. but when i called he said he can do them. makes up lies about some warehouse to buy time when he actually doing it right in the shop. waste of time

HERE IT IS 8 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO GRILL WHAT A JOKE!Was there on vacation. Owner stated that it would take 7-10 days for grill to be made and shipped to me at my home. Doesnt respond to texts nor calls. Got him to answer the phone only one time. Very dissatisfied with the the service. This is the main reason I shouldve passed on getting it if he couldnt make it right then while I was on my trip. Very bad way to do business. I do not recommend.

My fiancé paid for Grillz to be done here the man said it takes 7-10 days and TODAY makes the 11th day. We called yesterday and he ignored our calls ALL day...today his phone is off...and let’s not forget he had me pay through cash app...didn’t even take bank cards. I’m asking for my refund and nothing so far. Horrible business and horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I paid $605 dollars for my 5 on 6 Grillz and here’s it’s the fourth day and I’m still waiting on my Grillz, everytime I say I how much longer he says oh u kno it take 7-10 business days

I brought top and bottom paid 500$ told take bout a week at max, I waited almost month and half for it to not be same way I told him I wanted it and then to top it off bottom grill cracked not to mention I drove 2 hours,then he says oh 20$ I can fix it lmao I don’t want to wait another month. This guy has no skills at returning a call. I get we all live a busy life but I easy paid half and had no issue with a wait till it came in wrong. Very dissatisfied my name is angel I’m sure he will remember sense this was 2018

Place is now being run by his brother, nice guy...but lack of commitment. Tells me my jewelry will be done in two hours, so I come the next day and still wasnt done. Then he tells me it will be done in an hour, four hours later is that he gives them to me and the job was NOT EVEN DONE!

So far im waiting i paid to have it done and extra to have it expedited for Saturday now im waiting if not ready by the time I have to go I will get my money back all sale are not final when I have paper saying expedited I carry for a reason not getting screwed over by anyone at all I will get my money back do know what the fuca I look like

I ordered a 6 tooth grill from this spot a month ago, was told it would take a week to make and ship. I got molded on august 18th. It is now september 15th and i have not received a text beck when asking about an ETA on the wait. Multiple times. He did respond when I asked if all sales were final though. He made sure to relay that message. very dissatisfied with my waiting experience.
