Horrible customer service!! All they care about is up selling you things you dont need. They fail to tell you how the insurance work. Rep has attitude and seems like I was bothering. I wont ever come here again or refer anyone to this place. Now I see why theres always new faces and new managers in this location.

Horrible experience after 25 minutes of being ignored I walked out. 2 employee doing absolutely nothing just ignored me. Worst customer experience ever. I had money to spend and no one to help. I just start my own company and I wanted to buy 20 new lines of service and not one employee approached me to help. Except for one that seemed to be doing a new line activation . She at least acknowledged me and said someone would be with me soon. There were two other employees hanging out.
The worst experience that i ever had was to try get service inside this T-Mobil store.I did wait 10 minuts nobody came to ask me if i need help,people that show up after myself got served first(desrespeckfull)20 minuts past by and nobody presentto help me.I lefted.Horrible custumer service very desapointed.
I had a very good customer service from Sheila Bernardino.However we were trying to upgrade my iPhone XR to a new iPhone device and we had a little issue with the registration, when she asked the “manager” Jose about the issue, he just couldn’t help, he just grab the phone and left.When you’re working with customers, the salesman have to offer, show the options to the customer and grab that opportunity. Don’t let the customer go away dissatisfied.I wasted 1 one hour and came back with no new phone and a terrible experience from him.Anyways, the lady Sheila B. Was awesome, knew how to deal with that situation. She’s a Good person!

Wish I could remember the young mans name who took the time to go the extra mile and did his job, great customer service even though I went in there frustrated do to misinformation given to us by sprint. Great job on his part, if they all worked that hard to make sure the customers are taken care of then the store would be great.
Service is terrible, worse than sprint and the phones are no where near as good as sprint. They are trying to rip you off with lower models. Very disappointing since they bought sprint out.

Just went to change a sim card. I have been having network issues for a long time. I recently upgraded to a note 10+ and still had issues.The sim switch took less then 5 minutes.We will see it if helps. I doubt it as I have been having issues for a long time across multiple phones.
We have been customers of T-Mobile for several years. Id love to say its been a one time bad experience, but that would be a lie. We have stayed because its the least expensive for a large family. This particular store has been the worst weve ever visited, from west coast to east. Its as if you left the United States, instead of being in a high tourist area in the center of Florida. As you enter, all of the stores signs are in Spanish. There is no attempt whatsoever to relate to their English speaking customers. Its really sad. The wait time is ridiculous. We spent over an hour waiting just to pick up our replacement phone. It is such an uncomfortable place to be stuck. The music is loud, customer service is not very good, with a couple of exceptions and there are very few seats. Most of the reps act as if they wish they were somewhere else, which is understandable.

A few weeks ago I went into this T-Mobile and they were very busy cause I noticed their arent many stores available but I was then helped by an amazing employee named *Maritza* she was helping myself and another family she knew I was in a hurry so even under pressure and helping another person she remained calm and pleasant. She was fast and efficient I was on my way with a new and working phone.please recognize this employee for her dedicated work.

Would truly recommend that if you need service, find another T-Mobile store to take your business to. Went in to get a new SIM card for my sons phone (I had an old one, and only wanted to change it out for a new one). Knew this WAS possible as weve been t-mobile customers for over 10 years.Clerk gave me attitude from the start. Then the manager on duty got involved, and they stood there in front of me discussing my account in Spanish! I let them know just how rude that was........I finally ended up walking out and wont ever go back here to this store, ever!
T-Mobile costumer for over 2 years, worked with them twice before but they all time turn me down with extra charges and fees . Better go online or through the phone salesperson there will just charge you anything they can be careful and before you pay check twice .
This store is the #1 for a reason. They have a team that believe and promote Team Work . Specially for consumers they understand and respect the consumers, customers. Just coming out from this store last week I came and bought two phones 1 samsung S9 and 1 LG. I came today asking to buy a charger. I spent 20 minutes waiting. There was 3 associates available. I spoke with one of them and let him know I was looking for a charger. He told just hang in there somebody was going to help you. I felt that was totally disrespectful. I see that all that they care is profit. Im taking my money somewhere else.
Walked into the store and Luis. S. Helped solve equipment problem. This gentleman was amazing. He did everything he could, and spent all the time to solve the problem. Amazing service by Luis.
Cant believe these people take forever. All I wanted to do was pay a bill. More then 45 mins waiting to pay a stupid bill. Manager or whatever just standing there not doing anything. She obviously sees me standing there for a long time and doesnt acknowledge me. Worst store to come to. Never again. I would put no stars but I had to put something.
Wait time is 40 minutes. Came here to buy a phone. Was tossed to the side while the rep helped someone else. Gave me attitude. They did not respect when I asked my information not be asked around another customer who was standing behind the register instead of me. I walked out in rage after being ignored. They even tried to charge me an upgrade fee even though I was getting JUMP which is going against their terms. These people dont know what their doing. They even applied a case and screen without my consent. Glad I didnt continue with the purchase.
I always have problems at this site. Unless Im buying a new device, they end up screwing up my account. With this recent recall, an employee wanted to tell me she couldnt leave the duende of the note 7 and grand prime on my account. She even got rude. She went as far as to say, Are you going to stop so I can explain, oh ok, I can. ... As a 4 year customer, I know what I was asking was doable and SHE wasnt hearing me. I had to grasp the corner if my note 7, remove from her hand, and demand a manager. Oh you can go sit over there and wait. Nope, she can come here and assist me I told her. The manager came over and 3 times I had to tell the employee that I spoke English and that was how she needed to be explaining to the manager. Finally I had to tell the manager myself, while being interrupted, to tell her I want speaking with her anymore and that I was done with her. The manager was able to do what the employee couldnt and even explained to the employee how. Seriously, if they cant do their jobs, and respectfully to long standing customers, they shouldnt be employed.
This store lied to me about offers. I bought a new phone and was told that I would get free VR Goggles with my purchase. When I buy the new phone they say that they are out of stock. Did not get goggles ever. Dennis was the worst, he was only interested in selling me all that he could without care about prices and extra fees. I feel that too many employees here want to sell sell sell and have no product knowledge or policy knowledge. Employees need to be trained!

Hubby and I were in there recently to purchase an iPhone 6 Plus as a birthday present for our daughter. We did have to wait a little while to actually speak with one of their Customer Service Reps (the reason I did not give 5 stars). We were assisted by Denisse Soto, she was friendly, attentive to our concerns and questions and her product knowledge was excellent. Needless to say, with the service provided, we purchased the iPhone, case, screen protector and to the extreme joy of our daughters (yes she has to share with her sister) a portable bluetooth speaker. Very happy with purchase and customer service received.
I had on okay time here at this location, it was about 8pm when i walked in, there was a nice sales rep helping another customer and there was another man to her right, looks like it was the manager the way he talked to her. I was there for 30 mins before the nice sales rep came to greet me, i give her 5 starts because she was doing her job, but i feel like the manager should have helped if she was busy instead he went to the back. and never came back. i give this store a 4, they should have more people working not just only 1. plus a manager that dont even help.

SOME SALES REP ARE SO HUNGRY FOR sales COMMiSSION and forget to HAVE ETHICS and respect customers. This sales rep must think I was iGNORANT and UNEDUCATED . He did get me though. We consumers TRUST you businesses for your honesty . I trusted tmobile for 17 years now. All this sales rep cared about was getting me to buy the phone . (I should have asked for a different sales rep.) THEY NEED RETRAINING ON THEIR PROMOTION before persuading and sweet talking you into a good deal. I REFUSED TO GO TO THE STORE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM I HAD because I called the store multiple times and all they did was brush me off, even hanged up on me . They finally answered once i removed my caller ID. ( really good communication skills from a TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION company!!) I then CALLED T-MOBILE support AND THEY STATED THE STORE SALES REP MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY TOOK THE FALL FOR IT and will resolve the issue, handled by special teams dept. They said they dropped the ball on this one. Not that it matters to them, but i will never go back to that store after this experience. To the managers of this store, please review your sales reps knowledge on your promos!! Oh and they signed me up for something I never consented for! I had to call 611 and got it taken off.Also, the free tablet offer are never free! Beware ! That was another issue. They will rip you off if you do not pay attention!!!!!!!! Ironically, poor communication skills from a TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIO COMPANY particularly this store !!! Thanks sales rep# 4465701 you screwed me up !!!You know who you are ! Real low rating. A hispanic friend had a problem with her phone. The guy who talked to my griend was hispanic. He realized my friend had some problem wirh her fluency. Of english and started talking to her in a fast unproper english. Snce i realized that i started translating to and for my friend. Finally some other reprrsentative there asked something to the person talking to my friend. The guy could talk and understand Spanish without a problem... Cause he is hispanic. Then he did not provide any good information. He just wanted to sell a phone. His attitude was not one of service but very arrogant instead. I suggested my friend we rather leave the store cause there was nothing to do there.. On top of that they dont have a name tag on them to know hus name. Very unpleasant and non recommendable experience with the store

I dont like writing bad reviews and I live to stay away from these experiences but things like this need to be told so that other people know what bad customer service awaits them if they choose to stop at any of these two Tmobile stores. I have been through some of the worst cust service in just these past two days in two different Tmobile stores. The first time was at the loop location and now this one here in kissimmee on 192. before it was just a problem of me being put on a wait list and they skipped my name and made me wait an hour and a half and I couldnt even get the product that I was waiting for. So they wasted my time. This time it was because I had called ahead to put myself on the waitlist and be able to pay for it and pick up the product that I wanted from before. I show up and they told me that they cant do that because I wasnt put on the waitlist. so that I would have to wait 15 minutes. I decided to wait either way but at this point Im so very very upset. I find myself waiting 25 minutes. I left. I am so turned off I dont think I want to buy what I was going to purchase anymore.
