I live in St. Cloud so I went to the store there. Employees not so friendly. Called a store in Kissimmee on 192 & Michigan Ave. I spoke to Ace. He is totally awesome, very knowledgeable, and made you feel like you are part of the family. His co-worker Julian is just as awesome. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a wonderful cell phone experience. I would have given them a 10+ rating if it had been offered.

Ace is a great manager for this company I think he deserves the best treatment. Keisha is an excellent service rep and she is very positive and helpful. I wish I can put 10 star. Julian (Jose) was great to deal with. His manager..Ace was always there to jump in and help. They are such a great team we got 4 lines and Julian and Ace both worked side by aide and transferred every single item for each phone

I have been with Cricket for over 6 years and I havent had to many problems with them. If you do have an issue with them they try there hardest to help you fix the issue.

I have to say I went yesterday to 1203 e vine st and spoke to KEISHA about a phone for my mom, and she is just so down to earth she’s the best, understood my mothers needs, was respectful, she even pulled a chair for my mom and sat her down . I visited today and I had an issue with my screensaver where it would not stick and fall off my phone and when I went into the store I was greeted with so much kindness by the staff and manager and was immidiately asked if there was anything they could do for me today. When I told the manager about the issue he fixed the problem right away I was delighted with his service! He made sure it was all okay and that we were happy I love visiting this location Ive never had an issue there and the staff make it feel so welcoming and helpful. I got to buy an iPhone 8 plus through progressive and the person who attended to me at that time was very kind. When I check the phone the Speaker does not work I check it with Apple and they tell me to return it. I go to the store to change it for another one but the person who was the option he gave me was to return everything that was strange to me because that person wants to lose a sale and apart he had to bring the accessories that supposedly was free that when I look at the receipt I They had charged for accessories. And when he came back with all the accessories then he gives me the option to order one and I could have it the next day.
