Was tired of my old carrier who I had been with for 8 years. Spoke with Wilson on Saturday afternoon, he had my phone in stock. Had ported over to Boost in under ten minutes. Wilson made the experience stress free, great expertise when it comes to product knowledge and pricing. he patiently went over the new phone to ensure all was well before I left the store. asked to speak with his DM but Wilson said a review here would be better. represents the brand well, great ambassador👌

Worst store ever dont waste your hard earned money. They would not replace a screen saver they just put on. Then he wanted to charge me again for another screen saver. Dont waste your time.

Went today to see what they could do for me my old phones trashed harry was awesome explained all of the deals to me. I decided on the phone and rafeal soent slot of time on trying to transfer from my old oho e to new phone unfortunately my only phone was too far gone but Raphael co time ued to try that is. I recently switched from the Twilight Zone-ish Cricket wireless to Boost and am so satisfied. The phone I wanted (LG STYLO 4) out the door at Cricket was over $238 with a boatload of fees and other charges.....Boost Mobile..$117, and the guy there was super fast at activating it and sending me on my way.

Mr. Martinez lied to me. He sold me a used iPhone 7 Plus as unlocked and told me it required no minimum service period before taken elsewhere (although activation was required and they requested that I stay for 90 days). Boost Mobile now refuses to unlock my phone and to make matters worse, I tried to port it out assuming it was which canceled my account with them and made it that much harder to work with customer service. The phone does not have an outstanding balance and is not under contract; nor can boost provide me a signed contract stating that I was required to keep the phone active on their service. I have looked online and many many other people are having this complaint. Something needs to be done about this, I have filed a complaint with the FCC and will be talking to my lawyer about a class action suit. DONT BUY A PHONE FROM BOOST!!!

This store is supposed to open at 10am according to the schedule posted on the door. I was there at 10:15 and it was still closed. I had to go back. 10 minutes later the young man behind the counter was not friendly and he didnt help me much. I wouldnt go back unless I really had to..
