This place is ridiculous. They change the policy of printing because, base of what the cashiers told me, “was taking too long and people were missing appointments”. Yet, with the new method not only can you not print on resume paper, much needed in times like this (covid), but also only 2 machines work. I’m on a line of 8 people and we have been waiting for about 30-40 min to print. Explain me how this method is better?(Cont.) after printing my resume in non-resume paper, i went to photocopy my resume so that way i pay more and have my resume in resume paper BUT now the employee is avoiding me and i am literally in their face and for the past 10 min no one have asked me if ive been attended. Useless store and service
This store is useless. Do not go or order from here. They are lazy and so is the management. Every single one of them sits on there phones at the registers and are unwilling to help you. I would not suggest Office Depot at all anymore. Use to be good but now not worth it. Couldn’t even pick up an online order that said ready in a half hour and it was a day later when I went to go pick it up. I gave them an ample amount of time and it still want ready.
Customer s in line waiting for long time cashiers on the desk without try to help, employee are lazy waste in hour try to print and not one help and know how do it.Really bad services needs more training or let the employes help customers.Before you waste your time I recommend to go to nears staples they print for you and not yourself without help.
Horrible attention I went to print some cards, first a guy told me that i need a USB to do it because i cannot do it in the regular copy maker so then i asked if i could use my phone as USB to print and he said no. So i had to go home and come back with a USB to be able to print my things it took me like 10min to come back so when I arrived after being waiting again for my turn I talked to a lady to print my cards she said the printers were down!! She said idk why he told you they were working. I waste part of my day going back and forward to try to print my cards to say at the end that they were not working that i needed to go to a different location that is like 30min away.
They dont have enough employees. Most of the employees that they do have are lazy. They dont have any knowledge on what their store sells or how they work the kiosks. They are literally getting paid to stand around. The only reason people go there is to print documents and to maybe buy office supplies. They should close down and just build a staples there or something. Staples at least has better customer service. If you plan on coming here to print anything, make sure you know not to ask for help. Because they wont help you. And you will waste your time there. If you planned on stopping by for a couple of min to print something you will end up being there for over an hour and a half.
Only one person on the desk to help print between the assist desk or customer service and self service. This is the most visited and busy area of the store at least a minimum of 2 people should be on that side. When they are ready to help you they do a great job; However there is no reason to have an hour or more of waiting.
The staff was very helpful! I had to return a desk and they were just so nice helpful during this stressful move. The management was very helpful aswell!!
I came in today to this Office Depot store. I needed to have some documents bound. I checked in and it kiosk stated the wait time was 6 minutes. There were no other customers than one lady who was waiting to pick up an order. After she was serviced, the staff were talking and checking there cell phones. I waited until I was called since my wait time was 6 minutes. When I was called by the lady behind the counter( she seemed like she didn’t want to work) told me that to bound the documents I had to wait until the following day. I needed to have this fedex this same evening. I asked her if maybe a manager could over ride this. She called the manager (Louis) who came and told me that they couldn’t service me until tomorrow as the had to help others customers. There were no other customers. He then quickly said the online orders. However the staff were not working on the online orders they were socializing. I asked him if he could overwrite it and that binding the documents don’t take but 15 mins. He sustained is position. Very poor customer service and management. At this time that only 40 clients are allowed in the store, they should be helping out those that walk-in. Office Depot enforce your policy. You’re paying salaries to staff that do not care about your store. Oh sorry, just realized that all reviews are answered with the same response. Even to show more discontent.

They want you to sign in and wait in a long line for 30-40 minutes for a simple reciept for a FedEx drop off even if it already has a prepaid label affixed. Its astonishing what an arcane system you guys have. And no one greets you at the FedEx counter, they just let you stand there until you have to ask for help. For such a large partner such as FedEx you really should have a better system for people to be able drop, scan, print reciept and go like a seperate printer & scanner just for drop-offs. Totally arcane with all the tech we have these days.
This rating is based on todays experience because it was quite sloppy service from their end. So my father went and checked in for fax service. Literally waited an hour and when it was his turn, he was told the fax machine isnt working for 2 days( the associate named Eric informed us that its not in service since monday). He was also told that the he could use the self service fax machine but there would be no confirmation from that machine.All you guys had to do is put up a sign for the customers who was there for the fax service that this particular service is unavailable so they wouldnt need to wait for nothing. That was extremely irresponsible .One more thing we noticed that even though there was a long wait at the fax and other service area, there was only one guy serving the customers. There were 2 or 3 people on the other end, at the check out section, but that check out register wasnt busy at all.
Im not coming back to this office depot. They dont have half of the amount of guest like the one in town center and the wait time is double. When I checked in the eta time was 13 min but i ended waiting for 37 min. Also they charge for what they call full service. I saw several people dont wearing a mask and when I approach one of the advisors Eric, if they dont said or mention nothing to these people, he told me that personally he dont care and they dont suppose to confront people, if they want to wear it fine and if not is fine too. He ended saying, thats what corporate said to them.
This might be the worst office depot that i ever visit the service is awful, the Manager Louis should not even work there this guy does not understand the word customer service this guy should be replace no wonder why this store has so bad reviews, you can imagine that the management sucks, never will visit this store again. Lines are long and the employees dont do nothing at all. Management has to change i cant imagine what a nightmare will be working and manage by this guy Louis incompetent does not know how to manage a store.

I came in to get some prints done and they came out damaged. With lines in the artwork and a raised bump on each page. The staff told me they are not sure why and this is just how they came out. I asked if I can get a discount manager gave me 10% 🤣 thanks a lot that’s really gonna help offset the cost of having to reprint these somewhere else. Just wow.. what a disappointment.
Eric sales consultant is a passionate employee. Today he wasnt feeling good but he took his time in helping me and some other customers.He has pride in customer service.Two thumbs up to Eric.Office depot has a good employee.
Good portion of the employees were not wearing masks and none were wearing gloves. Employee took paper out of package without gloves and touched each piece when I purchased. He had also just handled cash from a previous customer. When I called to ask about how curbside worked, the employee seemed confused and I found more info on the site. One employee in the store looked very ill.The store itself was also filthy.
The price is right but the efficiency from the staff is not.I got some copies made online and the process to pick it up took almost an hour.The check in process is hard to understand if there’s not an employee there to tell you to check in. Otherwise you might be prompted to enter the line and wait 10 minutes until employee says did you check in? Very disappointing.On Thursday afternoon when I went to do this, there was one Hispanic girl behind the counter and about 10 people waiting for service. They need to facilitate at least one other person behind counter. at least for the girl behind the counter to be a little bit more people friendly and willing to help.I finally got called on their system and it turns out that an order placed a week ago wasn’t ready even after I’d received an email saying it was done. I had to wait for her to reprint which she did on the wrong size paper until I corrected her and had to wait for that reprint. Ridiculous!!

I use this Office Depot frequently but I have decided not to return there again.I think they should do a better job in getting people in and out faster. People at the print shop are slow and most of the time exhibit bad attitudes.Sign in computer was so slow the last time I stop by to fax some paper work, when I called for help the lady behind the counter yelled back “it’s slow you just have to wait”.This is just one out of few bad experiences.I live in Kissimmee but I have been traveling to the one in Hunters Creek and sometimes to Staples in St. Clouds.
So the staff is AWESOME 👌, But I hate their policy of 2.50 minimum charge for printing documents. Then you get to the register and they tell you theirs a change shortage so I ended up paying 3.00 for 1 sheet of paper. Atleast the management could put price to $2.00 included tax for a minimum. I think that would be fair and they should put an minimum of 3 ppl working at a time at the printing center. Cuz thats where the demand is most.
Seriously one of the worst spots to come too. Printers always breaking down. The lines are always 30 mins long. Theres other Office Depot or Staples.... unfortunately not near by when needed.

I have been an advent patron of Office Depot. Yet in the last year. The service has been Horrible. Its slow and when you ask the Techs to do the simplest thing such can you make that into 6 on a page. They cant or they wont. Its frustrating. The store (I now will never return too) in Kissimmee on 192 in the Walmart Neighborhood shopping plaza never use to be this way.
I had a great experience with Eddie who went over and beyond to get my order done in time for my meeting. It’s had to find good workers that really take pride in customer service. Thank you Eddie you rock!
I was taken care by Luigi, whom helped me print a years worth of documents. Highly professional and so patient despite the long lines. When I go there now, I confidently navigate the machines but I know I can rely on Luigi should I need to again. Thanks Luigi 👏
Employees here are rude and unfriendly, it seems that people behind the counter dont want to be bothered, I needed help with the self service fax machines and eventually another customer had to help me, customer service in this store was never that great and it just getting worse.
If I can put 0 stars I will do it. If you need to fax, print or make copies with help( staff from the store) this is NOT YOUR PLACE. If you can do it by yourself( self-service) without ANY HELP then you can go. But for me with a baby and I need to send a fax it was almost impossible, actually I didnt send it. I waste my time. They have a long line and only two employees in the store( big store) if they have more I never see them. I struggle trying to send a fax and I never heard the employee tell me if I need help. I know she have a line, that by the way at first I was in the line because of course with the baby is hard. But its take maybe a minute or two to send the fax if she help me. I had to leave the store with a crying baby without send the fax.I went to ups store and they send the fax and one minute!!!! I never ever will use the office depot again. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

I went today to buy a whiteboard that I saw in their website for $9.99, when I got there it was $34.99, so I decided to buy it online and pick up at the store, Manuel, who helped me nicely, told me that they were looking for the board. I waited for almost an hour and they told me they dont have it anymore in stock, even though I was told that there were two in there. I think they realized the price online was wrong, if its so, please check the prices because its not the only item with those prices.
This Office depot need some serious management revamping. The print erea is in shambles. One rep with others just standing around doing nothing at the cash registers acting like they doing something. After standing on line for over 30mins I ask one of the (lazy) reps standing at the front cash registers if I can just leave my poster for laminating and she tells me that the laminating machine is out of service for the pass two weeks. So your telling me its been two weeks and not one person that works there thought of putting up a sign letting people know? Terrible, just terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU.
One person in the printing area( not friendly at all)..took more than 25 minutes to print 2 papers. 3 other employees standing doing nothing. Terrible costumer service.
So Im stranding here in line as a write this. They have 2 people working and making everyone check out at the service center. Rather then one person just checking out people and the other helping with printing needs they are just taking one person at a time. Whoever is the manger here needs to get this store operating properly.

Very slow printing devices and services ... every time I go there not less than half an hour to print small job. Blueprints they asked me to wait 24 -48 hours !!!!!!

Very disappointed with the idea of ordering a print job online and then being told i had to wait in a long line to pick it up. It was prepaid so would have taken 30 seconds to find it and hand it to me. Time is money and that is why i ordered it online to make the process quicker. I now have to go back when it is hopefully not as busy. Never again. Overall the staff are very casual and uninterested.

We thought our order was placed online; however, we learned the transaction was not completed upon speaking with one of the store managers. The manager quickly walked us through filling the order and providing the associated discounts. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I appreciate the level of attention and service they provided with our purchase.

Terrible customer service from printing area, rep Eric rolled his eyes at me because I was just paying. The whole time while shopping there was no one at cashiers section except for the printing area and everyone was going there. Eric rolled his eyes at me and said he might as well ring me up since Im here with an attitude. Yeah Ill go to Amazon from now on. Management should have a sign at least to wait for someone to arrive or to look for a cashier when its deserted.

I was at the Loop Shopping area searching for office supplies and need to find it before the store close. This was the closest one founded by Google Maps. The plaza was dark and scary at night. While I was still trying to find what I was looking for, a male employee reminded me that they will closing soon. I just lefted without buying anything. I didnt feel confortable there.
You need to get more workers. The workers you have there are good and do their best, but the work is too much 3 to 4 in each store.

I purchase an ink cartridge and the store yesterday I asked to be set up on the redelivery every other month which would b September and all of the sudden I got charged for a delivery today because somebody made a mistake now Im not going to have no gas money to go to work on Monday this is unacceptable do not go to the store they are always making mistakes un-knowledgeable and incapable of servicing you as a member should expect. You always wait forever in line and nobody can do anything about it now I have to wait 5 days for cancellation of my orde that I did not place I did not give my credit card information but yet now I have a consequence for something somebody in the store did wrong!
Went back twice to get 2 books spiral bound. Each time told would have to leave them because they were short-handed. 2nd time only a few people in store. One employee was spending time on his phone. Finally agreed to do binding while waited. Needed to use restroom while waited. Mens room had 2 toilets filled with urine, stuffed with paper, no toilet paper, no paper towels. Wife used womens room, and also found no toilet paper. Will never go back to this particular store.
If you require customers to wear a mask on their faces, your associates should also wear masks.

Manager sits in back talking with co worker while 15 people wait in line at printing service. Only 1 girl working and she is new. This is at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. I call store to speak with him and he says we only have 3 people working the entire store now. Funny how he and a co worker were sitting there watching and laughing. Zero stars. If i didnt have to print out work i would leave. Horrible place of business will go elsewhere in the future.
