I was considering renting to but from this company they seemed nice in store. But now I will be taking my business to one of their competitors. After hearing them loudly bang/ not knock but bang on my sisters door and berate her to tears Ive changed my mind about buying anything from this store. I have never set foot back into their store and I will not if this is the way they handle their costumers.

I had the pleasure of working with Miriam and Shawn with my laptop and desktop purchases. In 15 min I was out the door. This is definitely my go to rent a center store.

Debbie the Kissimmee store is very disrespectful. All she cares about her self. I’m a month behind and i told her I’ll be paying 2 months on July 1st. And she continues to send her guys out and knock on my door.. she cAleed my phone 20 times yesterday. And I have a newborn she doesn’t need to be a general manager

I just ordered a fridge to rent over the Christmas period, and was very happy with the service and the price. Shawn was very helpful and efficient, and we are happy to have this all arranged. For $150, we will have a second full-size fridge for two weeks, and that includes drop-off and pick-up. Great deal!

Ive been renting from here for almost 5 years when it was a different store manager. The store manager now Debbie is very unprofessional n rude. She doesnt know how to listen to the customer. If u are late i get 20 calls asking where the payment is n then i have them coming to the house 6 or 7 times a week. So it being corna virur pandemic i got behind n was laid off like everyone has been. Just a job working for less but trying to get caught up on my bills. I have them telling me i need a payment or the stuff. So i gave them the stuff n will be contacting the district manager n the corporate office. I dont think i got a chance to get caught up . very unprofessional!!

I wont lie. I am behind on my bill. But that is no excuse for the treatment that they have given. Incredibly unprofessional staff. Extremely rude. I will never shop there or any Rent A Center ever again.

Ive had my washer and dryer since December 2018 and the day my $39 payment is due they call me 10 times. If payment is 3 days late they come knocking like you owe them your life. Its gotten to the point that I dont even bother speaking to them. They are super unprofessional. Whatever you do, do not go to this store! Better off going to Aarons they have real customer service.

This is my awful experience with this mattress purchase, Ashley Augusta Mattress, the mattress is defective and guess what because the purchase was a cash and carry, the store, this store says is not responsible, that I have to deal with Ashley furniture, to give them a call which we did. Ashley claims Rent-a-Center knows they have to file a claim with them not us, because we did not buy directly from Ashley but from Rent-a-Center. I have to mention that the so called store manager Debbie Valdez, hung up the phone on me when I called. That no one other than the assistant manager Vanessa tried to help with this mess.I called RAC customer service tickets # 1242641, 1249405, 1258871, the district manager Mr. Charles returned my call (not withing the 48 hrs) I have to say I had to call again, then he called me. Mr. Charles tried to figure out this, and he says that the store should have not been involved because it was a cash and carry purchase, he told me that RAC filed the insurance claim with Ashley furniture, he has been keeping me posted, but the issue has not been resolved yet, unfortunately up to this date August 1st, 2019 I still have a piece of ......mattress on my bed, I am still sleeping with a sinking mattress that no one wants to take the responsibility of.I am telling you this is a horror story....this store customer service is unprofessional, unreliable, untruthful, not worth it...I am sorry but this is my honest review. :-( :-( a disgraceful transaction!!!!!! and an awful store manager Mrs. Valdez. What a horrific experience....I just hope Mr. Charles can resolve this situation and the mattress is replaced appropriately and fairly.

SAVE YOURSELF!Please belive me when I say you are soooo much better saving up and purchasing whatever you need outright.I have paid 3x what my product is worth.Miss one payment and they will call you all day everyday. Miss two and they will show up at your door claiming the will Get an arrest warrant.
