Absolute best service for phone or tablet or computer!!! I had my computer crash all of sudden when I lived in St. Cloud Florida and they were very responsive and quick to help me resolve my issue. I recommend them to anyone who lives near or around their location! They will take care of all your electronic issues and they are very reasonable on prices to fix whatever problems you are having. Very professional and caring of your frustrations you may be experiencing during that time. I personally kind of had a meltdown and was so worried and sad because I was afraid I had lost my novel I had been working on and they were sympathetic and very good at handling my problem with care and poise and were able to resolve my issue without anything being lost.

I brought a $1000 gaming computer, not only they broke the screen trying to repair the back part of it, when I went to picked it up they asked me to bring my own charger because they didn’t have one (really a repair shop), when they plugged it in it wasn’t working not turning on, nothing, they broke the motherboard and they couldn’t fix it so after a good month waiting on a response they just give it back to me, Broken and on my own to look for someone to fix it!!!! DONT COME HERE !!!I just received a reply to my review, this business it’s very bad, now he’s blaming me for him braking the motherboard and also the battery, it sims that they leave the computer ina humid place and now it’s my fault, just don’t say anything dude, you messed up just leave it, you know you should pay me the whole computer and you didn’t, don’t make it a problem even bigger, you’re lucky I didn’t showed up with the police!!!

Today 4/6/2020 I stopped by to get the microphone on my Note 8 fixed, I was quoted $40. Final payment $38.50 with discount.So I leave thinking its a fair payment. After the fact, I search for the product I just got fixed, the (microphone) cost no more than $10. 38.50 -10 = $28.50 profit?Since, Two weeks ago I replaced the motherboard in this same Note 8 at this location. I was quoted $150. And Of course because of my earlier discovery, I searched (motherboard) which cost no more than $90. 150 - 90 = $60 profit?After further review and consideration, I am no longer a repeat customer.Lesson learned, do your research (youtube university), prices on items, get different quotes from other repair shops, HONESTY is the best policy!

I was having a lot of power problems with my Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop that a new battery and power cable could not fix. I did my research of Google searching Laptop Repairs in google maps and then checked out everyones reviews. I found this small computer & cell phone repair shop to be very reliable and professional. Not only was the repair very quick but it was also reasonably affordable as well, only costing me $60.00 for a new power port and repair. This is definitely one place that I highly recommend.

I fell in lake with cell phone in pocket. Phone was repaired very reasonably. Shop was very honest about the repair. Could have said lots more wrong. Very Honest.

When I arrived said the job would be quick (30 minutes) & cost $100 (screen repair & battery) after 45 minutes said that the job will require more time & a addition $70... long story short, unless it’s a screen repair don’t waste your money .

NO SERVICENO HELPWASTE OF TIME

I gave my laptop there to repair because it could not turn on. They just reinstall my window but fix nothing. My laptop still had error to start up. Also, they changed my new laptop charger, gave me their old one and said that’s the only charger they had here. I lost my money and new charger. So frustrated. 100% dont recommend this place!!!

I highly recommend these guys, I brought my notebook and they have diagnosed that it wasnt necessary a repair, even though they were very helpful giving me advices what I could do myself to maintain my computer up and running.My computer is not new so, Ill bring to them again in the future when I need somebody I can trust to repair it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took my laptop in for a hinge repair. The tech wiped out my laptop and had to reinstall my pictures and some documents which did not install correctly, an error shows up as I try to open any files. My software that I use for my business was completely lost from my laptop and im unable to recover it, my only option is to purchase the software again and purchase all of my photography templates again. The windows install which he mentioned he would throw in for the inconvenience is just a trial. I did not have this problem before and my laptop issue was cosmetic. I have no idea what they were trying to do but this business totally messed up my laptop and I lost lots of important documents. Also, the cosmetic issue they “fixed” has left my laptop freezing and getting stuck on letters as I type. I had to pay over $100 for this “repair”. I would not recommend anyone to bring their business there.

Never give him you phone to repair, I went with my apple phone to replace the screen and they changed with I poor screen quality, from that day my phone never was the same. 4 times the screen was different and they charge my again over $ 100 each time.This is the worst place to fix phones, I took mine by the screen and they put me a cheap screen, then the next day the screen was fogged, they told me I had to pay again because it was broken inside and I paid again over $ 100, then the next day the same. I took my phone to another place and they told me that the problem was that the screen they were putting on was the worst and cheapest on the market. If you dont want to be scammed, never go to this place.
