Went at the end of the month in August to switch from Boost Mobile. The staff here in this store is much better than before. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and will help give you the best deal if you communicate what youre looking to buy. Angel was able to give me 4 free phones by switching over. I actual have service where i live now and if service gets congested i can use calls over wifi which boost devices have eliminated on their so called new network. Again, the staff here is cool and willing to work with you on giving you the best deal and options. You cant ask for more than that.

I am a senior new to this area. During the heart of the pandemic, I visited this location and I approached the counter and noticed the salesman was not wearing a mask! When I requested that I be served with someone who was wearing a mask, he was rude,unprofessional and sent to another person who was wearing a mask. Never did this salesman attempt to mask up!She was hostile, and belligerent! I have never in all my years experienced such hostility from a business.Unfortunately, this store was empty because had I not experienced this myself I wouldnt believe it!!!

My Grandmother went in to make a payment, thank goodness she keeps reciepts. Her service was disconnected the day after, when she called customer service they temporarily reactivated her service until she was able to go into the store again to clear up a mistake that was not hers to begin with. The girl who attended her apologized saying that the payment went to someone else. Thats understandable mistakes happen, however today her service was disconnected yet again and when she went in to metro pcs again they stated that they would temporarily restore her service again and in 24hrs it may go off but it would come back on. That doesnt even make any sense, this is not acceptable. My grandmother has been a customer for over a decade and I may have her change carriers due to this.

No help at all. Called for help about changes to my plan. Talked to manager. He rudely told me that he couldnt help me. Told me that I had to go to corporate office to resolve the problem. So why is this person employed there??? How can he be s manager??? Metro PCS needs to have managers who help customers. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service, everytime I go in there. Left highly upset, an nothing fixed. Not to mention the workers there have quite the attitude. Perhaps they should find another job,if theyre not willing to help, without giving attitude. I will never go back to this location! Rude workers, who dont want the burden of doing there JOB!

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took there time explaining how to use the cellphone. They were never trying to force an item. If what they suggested was too expensive they would find something that accommodate to my budget. I appreciate that.

I have only attempted to do business here twice and to my disfortune the customer service was inadequate. Upon my last visit i was advised to take my business elsewhere. So sad that i could get something so simple done not even 5 minutes away at the other metro

Horrible went in this morning to transfer 2 numbers from other carriers to Metro PCS. I had done my research first before I went to the store near my house which is this one including visiting another store before going to the one Im complaining about today. So I already knew the prize of the process not only do I have experience in the field I know better than to be taken advantage of. Everything seem right they had the phones I want it but the phone representative whats giving me a higher price to be exact $100 more than other stores. Come to realize that I almost got conned. Lesson #1 you do not try to get over on people that have work the field before you were even born and lesson # 2 acting like you were going to be kind by giving me or any other customer two cases for free when in reality you have added on to the bill and didnt give me the option to choose if I wanted to get insurance for these phones or not backfire and reflects on your location . (Corporate Office was notified) Thats why you lost the sale this morning if you dont know the meaning of customer service please step away from the business if you have a quota to make weekly theres other ways to do it instead of adding it to a customers bill without their knowledge. And yes I will take my business somewhere else where associates are not dishonest, unprofessional and downright slickManagement:. Please train your Associates better at this location to make sure that they provide the best in customer service on a daily basis and are able to Master their sales quota with class and integrity.PS to the associate sorry you are now short of the 100 you tried to steal from me.
