In the past month Ive needed to come to this store a few times and in both occasion the customer service was amazing. Kudos to Angel, Pedro and Kevin. Outstanding personality and dedicated. Good job Metro for hiring A+ staff.
If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. The manager doesnt know how to tend to customers or successfully promote staff to execute satisfactory customer service. I visited this store twice today. The first time I went there I attempted to use their service machine located outside their store. But the machine doesnt accept the payment method I was going to utilize. Understanding the situation, I went home, which is about 45 minutes away. Then later on in the day, when I finally had time, I went back and reached there at 6:05. There were three staff members inside the store, one was walking around, one was on her phone, and the other was seeing about a customer. While four customers looked to have just exited out of Metro. Just as I got to the door, the manager quickly locked the doors. They pointed to the service machine located outside of the store. Understanding that they close at 6, I proceeded to go use the machine. But it was now out of service, and when I tried to get the attention of any of the three associates who were just standing there talking at this point, still with one customer inside with them. They took a very long time to decide to come outside to see what was wrong. One just stared at us, and then to the manager, then the manager appeared to deliberate whether or not to come to see what I was pointing at. I told them that the machine is now out of order, and I need to pay my phone bill. The manager could of easily and quickly processed my payment with the open register. But he could care less. I expressed my situation, and he just disregarded it. Remind you there is still a customer there and two other associates in the store talking by their active computers. All I needed was to pay a phone bill.
Horrible experience, they sold me a garbage phone, spent $330.00 and you cannot hear the calls, the video quality is poor and they wont even give me the opportunity to exchange it for another brand. I will NOT recommend the phone ONE PLUS N10 its worthless.
This place is awesome !!! They are always friendly to help a person out. I go here for all of my phones. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place is a joke! Supposed to be a corporate location but the manager, if that is what you want to call him, stands over the other employees and makes them tend to the customers while he walks away to talk to others. They have no consideration to listen to what someone has to has, they mumble behind the customers back and continue to repeat their dialogue I understand your frustration, but this is the only options we have to correct the situation bullsh!t. I know better. Would not recommend anyone coming here!

Doesnt honor websites pricing or deals. Well they claimed to till It was time to pay and suddenly they remember additional costs. I had even specifically clarified what I expected the price to be and they confirmed while they took all my info and tried to upsell-- till pay time. Wish they just knew what they were talking about up front. Badly trained at best or deceptive at worst.

I’ve tried going two different times/days and they have been closed and it was within their hours listed on the store window, online, and the website.Unfortunately, I have an issue which I’m told I can only get it resolved by the originally store I purchased at which is this location.

I switched to MetroPCS a couple of years ago and dont regret it. This was the store I went when I switched. Being a corporate store, there is more flexibility, for example, no mailing out rebates and didnt get charged for an upgrade.This store is frequently busy. The staff has been great the few times Ive been. They arent pushy, which I like. The location itself is comfortable and spacious.
They got a new look! Its very bright inside and seems more spacious but they took out all of the chairs but a few. My mom has trouble walking and standing for long periods. If theyre busy and we need to wait (which is fine) then she could be stuck standing so well have to try and go when theyre not busy or hope theres a chair for her. Other than that the staff and the new look is great!
I simply came here to get my phones date of payment changed and to have some things checked on my phones performance. The worker, was able to get in contact with customer service for me and was very polite and patient with me even though her call to customer service was about 20 minutes long, but she always apologized for the wait and kept a cool and kind demeanor. I know it may not seem much, but the littlest things in customer service makes the biggest difference to a customer. I definitely will come here again whenever I need help with my Metro phone or service.

I usually go to the Metro store in Pleasant Hill Commons where customer service is awful. I decided to go to this store and Michelle was such a wonderful, kind, helpful, patient, friendly employee. She took time to help me when I was in tears because the other store was rude and unkind. Michelle was courteous and thank you for doing such a great job! You are the reason I decided to stay with Metro.

Busy place the 3 folks working were doing the best they could. Each issue took awhile which makes it that much more difficult. Not sure they want to fix problems or just sell more phones. I was told here phone was done for. I took my phone elsewhere & bam, back working again. Like momma said always get a second opinion on things. Now Im thinking about changing service. Dishonesty to me is wrong. I pay $80/month & still they want me to purchase a new phone. Not going to happen with metro if I do, it will be with another company.
Not all of them are experienced, I went to their store to try to fix a problem in a phone, cause the unlocked app kept saying Server Not Responding instead of saying not eligible for unlock so I told him that I know its not eligible for unlocked yet, but its supposed to be saying not eligible for unlock. At first he told me that oh the third parties doesnt use the unlock app, are you serious? I said thats a lie, because I myself has unlocked one of the same phone with a third party. He didnt say anything, cause he thought that I was dumb, and didnt know anything about technology. He then called someone, and then finally telling me that it will not say what I want it to say. I just left! They have some good employees there, but some of them are clueless. If you dont know how to help, you can always redirect me to another employee! Simple as 1,2,3!
Great customer service
This was the worst service. I walked in and waited 5min. That part was fine. I had an issue when the gentlemen called me and said what can i help you with. I explained to him the issue with my phone, he replied buy a new phone. I said my phone is great just having battery issues. He said well, read this paper and they will send you a new one. The gentlemen would not look at my phone and had poor customer service. This was the worst place. I will need to look at other providers who care about their customers. I left with no help and a phone to an insurance company.
The worst customer care and service of any business Ive ever associated with. Purchased a cell phone and plan last Monday and was told I have 7 days to return...which would mean that next Monday would be the last day to return...right?...WRONG! You really have 6 days because the day you get the cell phone and plan counts as the 1st day (which was not told to me when I purchased at the store). I called corporate but they said nothing useful and said it was up to the store to refund the money even if I was not informed correctly when I was at the store last Monday. So just keep in mind that if they say you have 7 days or 30 days for something, come in before that time because you will be screwed if you come at the date that it actually says on your receipt. Will make it my personal mission to spread my experience to everyone I know and post where I can that if you try to go by the terms of Metropcs you will not be treated fairly.
Be aware, be carefull with your money. Even with the receipt in my hand they said that my payment was less. That what I actually made.

Today i went to this Metro PCS, store #5023, to replace a phone having screen issues. In the store, i asked if there was a certain policy to allow me to get a different model, because i had to replace an LGK20 after 20 days and another LGK20 (the one i said i was replacing today) not even after 24 hours. The employee who was helping me didnt know of a policy to help me, and i told him, after speaking with smartpay, that smartpay allows me to receive a newer replacement. He then goes up to his coworker, who was doing nothing but playing with a small ball; She barely speaks to him and sends him my way and he tells me that We cant d anything according to the metro pcs policy I then ask for a manager and then he goes up to his coworker again, She is named Frances/Francis, and then she yells, across the store, about how they cant do anything. I again ask for a manager and she yells again I AM THE MANAGER, then i ask her to come over and try and help me. She does come over, with attitude, but barely mentions any other options. So i decided to get my 3rd LG K20, at least for free, and continued my day. I dont know if she was having a bad day, but still, i am a longtime customer of Metro PCS and her behavior and attitude towards me was unprofessional and i definitely expected more from this company and their customer service.
What the hell is the store number there is no way to contact the store where you purchased the phone from all it takes you to his dont 1-800 Metro PCS phone number and even when you call them you cant even speak to a person!??? I feel like pulling my hair out all I want to do is contact the store where I purchased my phone for him so I dont have to drive all the way over there just ask them a question this is insane!????
I went to this store today and switched from a different carrier, I couldnt be happier with my new phone and Julio took good care of me, I will go see him from now on.

This is the worst service I have ever had. phone was not working correctly from the day I got it. Kept dropping calls, getting hot, would not turn off and it is a Samsung. Given run around between store and corporate. Now I still cant get a refund on the service I paid 4 months in advance. They said i would recieve refund in 5-10 days that was on October 17th 2016. Today im still chasing for refund. Stay away from this company and service. I never been treated so badly. I was one of the good customers who actually paid in advance not monthly. Their loss.

Waited a long time for service and even signed in and people walking in after me got serviced before I did. I was getting very irritated. Had to hunt one of the associates down and she said shed be with me in a minute but ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for her to help me.

It is a place where they cheat you, I say it by my own experience, I bought some headphones from the iphone brand, because he told me they were original for the price, I believed him, the next day they were no longer useful, I went to the store to get a solution, and a vulgar lady from Brazil came out, a shame of a person, shouting that she would not give me anything back, I told her that my intention was not to return me, I just wanted an explanation of the sale supposedly of an original product, I immediately retired because I dont think I can talk to people like her, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IN THAT PLACE, IT DOESNT SERVE
