This place has nice staff, but when i whent to disney world i went on the water park vecause i phone can get wet but now theres water stuck under the case. So the cases could be better because after3 days of using it the flap on it broke

Bad service, damaging the name of a company ... I changed my phone and then left the previous one to sell ... 7 months have passed and when I go for my money or they tell me what happened to the phone they tell me the phone is only used as a part .. you think that if I give you a phone to sell they would receive it damaged, well no ... it is pure scam not to give the money .. and I am still waiting for the supposed call ... bad service, I will never negotiate here

The girls there are rude. I got a nasty attitude and the girl told me to walk to T-Mobile which was right next door but since I was out off by her Attitude I just decided to go to another metro. While I was putting my toddler in her car seat, the employee walks out the door and yells out, “ I thought I was lazy”. She also told me I needed a new phone, a new case, and a new glass.

I recently decided to change carriers during the latest promotion . I must say the staff here made the process quick and painless . I highly recommend . Thanks Christina for all the help . The screen protector you suggested already saved my phone .

The ladies here has really bad attitude and are disrespectful. Normally I dont like to leave bad reviews but I cant believe the way was treated there.
