Very clean and secure storage facility. Gated entrance to loading area, keypads to enter the building and the freight elevator, well lit, and temperature controlled. Overall its definitely one of the nicer storage facilities Ive been into.

First let me start by saying this will not be your average review. So please read it all.Im in the marketing business and i will normally only give a 1 or 5 star.A 1 star to warn as many people as i can to stay as far away as possible.A 5 star for a company that puts the residents and visitors to Kissimmee an honest feedback.I ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks.I had major back surgery.One of my daughters drove from North Carolina and 1 of my sons live 1.5 hours away came to help me.My house needed to be uncluttered in order for me to stay there safely.There are 2 storage facilities within 1.5 miles of my home.I called both and did a price comparison.Storage King USAThe young lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and professional.The price for the 10X20 unit was much better.My daughter and I went to the location and rented the unit.My daughter, on her own made such an impact on my house we decided that we could use my spare bedroom in place of a monthly storage facility.My daughter suggested trying to get a refund, since we had not yet moved anything in.I called and spoke to the same young lady. She needed to call to see if I could cancel and get a refund.In less than 5 minutes she called me back and asked for the credit card information and processed a refund without any penalty.For all the reasons above this company deserves a FIVE STAR PLUS RATING*****

Friendly staff ...very knowledgeable ...well versed.. extremely assistful... anticipated our every needed... arrived a few hours before closing... she checked us in stay and waited to confirm accessibility to facility with new gate code... gave us a tour and ensured our familiarity with facility before she left the facility after she completed her scheduled shift... a/c was just heavenly after loading and unloading our van... clean and airy hallways... conservative lighting.and elevators.

The staff is fantastic & they go above & beyond to make sure you are happy. They keep the property very well clean & i love the security they have & the prices are alot better than the place i was at before & its in a very convenient area which is just down the street from me!! The young lady that signed us up Arlette is extremely nice and very efficient. The storage place is extremely clean, the space is well lit, climate controlled and we feel safe and secure knowing our stuff will be fine there.

Facility is new, clean and all indoors which is great for the summer heat and humidity. Staff is friendly and unit was priced in range. Would recommend for sure.
