Came in to see a unit but they didnt have what I was looking for. A young lady with the name of Angela was very kind to help me out and look around other properties. Unfortunately everything was too far for me, she definitely saved me a trip trying to find storage. Highly recommend to rent here a d ask for her.

We had a great experience renting a unit from this location. The place was always clean, well lit and never had any problems. One time I didn’t have my lock on correctly and they called to let me know. We moved our things out after a year and Angela was so helpful and courteous. We were really sweating and hot moving our boxes into the Uhaul so my 10 year old son went in the office to see if they sold water. Next thing I know she was coming out with cups of water for our entire family. She didn’t have to do that, but because she did I will always remember her kind heart. Amazing customer service. Will recommend to anyone in that location.

Easy online transaction. Gate code worked, building is clean, unit had a lock for us as described in the checkout process. Unit door had a temporary seal on it, and had a personal touch by welcoming us by name. Angela texted me immediately with all the info I would need and welcomed us. It’s been a pleasure!

On-site staff has been super nice with all interactions.. However, I was advised, via email, that corporate raised the rate $90 after only three months, it went from $125 to $215. I specifically discussed this possible scenario before moving in and was told it would be a non-issue. I moved out on principle, Im not just going to accept an increase like that after being told it wouldnt happen. I feel as if I was intentionally deceived and once they get you in they assume you wont go to the trouble of moving out and you will just pay the increase. Not me though.. Besides that, the place was clean, staff was friendly, and I felt safe leaving my belongings there.. ✌

$34 a month plus $11 insurance(requirement) plus tax $46.32 total for the smallest size 5×4. Must have own lock or purchase one from extra space ( bit more expensive if bought thru them) they sell them almost everywhere for cheaper. They have a gate which they will give you a code to enter and exit, not 24 hour access, only from 8am-10pm.

The manager is very polite I never get a problem when I visit the property

The whole time while using the interior storage with a/c all my furniture and clothing was kept clean and yes there was dust but practically clean for a whole years worth. Im happy and would definitely use them for any future storage needs.

We have been a customer with Extra Space Storage for approximately 3 years and have no complaints. Access was always available and the facilities where always clean. Elevators are large enough to fit multiple carts in to speed up the process of moving items in and out.We finally decided to get rid of our stuff that we weren’t using and closed our account. Yarelis helped us in this process and even remembered my wife’s name from just talking on the phone.Great security measures to help protect you items and the facility was toured numerous times through out the week to keep things safe.

The office manager Alexa answered all my initial questions over the phone and set an appointment so I could view the different spaces available. Once I arrived on site Alexa showed me what was available and the pricing. I asked many questions and Alexa took the time to explain everything in detail to ease my concerns. I decided on the 10 X 5 due to my budget and Alexa was quick with the paperwork and had me on my way in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this location and speaking with Alexa.

Very over priced for what you get. Have rented here for about three years. The facility needs to be taken care of. Currently it has issues that are not being addressed. The lady that works in the office can be very rude. Cant always find reservations. Plus when I asked about giving up a unit. She said I had to give it up earlier than planned. If I am paying until a certain date I should have it until that date. If I wanted to waste more time I would contact their corporate office. Not that I believe it would do any good.

I used Extra Space Storage in the Kissimmee, FL area for about a year. I am extremely happy and do not have anything negative to say. I called to inform i was vacating the unit and Angela helped me closed my account. She was extremely helpful and her service was excellent. If i ever have to use a storage space i will definitely use Extra Space Storage.
