I had rented a climate control unit from them for the past 5 1/2 years.I finally had an opportunity to clear out the unit (I live on the west coast) and came back to find that they allowed someone to store kerosene inside the building. It wasnt like it couldnt be missed. It hits you like a brick as soon as you open the door. As a result, just about everything in my unit had to be tossed out (Mattress set, exercise bike, clothing, bedding, etc...).When informed, the people working here were indifferent at best.I would not recommend. Go somewhere where the management actually pays attention to what is going on inside the gates of their property.

Today I came to Personal mini storage with my mom to see if we can get a big unit. I was taking care of by the sweetest guy at the office. I think his name is JR. He was kind and very professional. He attended my mother like if he knew her for years and she was all smiles. My mom is up there in age and she stated that it has been a long time that someone makes her feel special and welcomed. I have to say Jr showed us the units and we picked out the best one for us. Jr you are awesome. Thanks again for all your help. I hope you get promoted or something like that.

I came in inquiring about a Uhaul truck. JR assisted me very promptly. While he was assisting me, I was reserving the truck at the same time. JR was very friendly, informative and help. He has great customer service and I wasn’t in the office waiting all day. His service was very fast. I recommend coming to Dyer Personal Mini Storage to pick up a truck or reserving a storage unit.

So I came to this place looking for a truck and I was quickly received by the manager JR with a contagious smile and great customer service. I met the manager Jr the other day. I notice he had his uniform on from work. I asked about his work and where was he located. This guy turned to me and gave me the whole run down of his place and all the benefits he had to offer. I enjoyed this contagious attitude. He was exciting and to the point, he closed the deal by taking out his phone and made a reservation for me for today. Well first let me first say I went to a few storage locations and I had bad experiences. I drove passed Personal Mini storage and I really wasnt going to step in because the bad day I already had.. I still came inside and after dealing with JR he made me feel more comfortable and my bad day along with frustratetion I already had changed into a better day. This place is the place to come to. I was greeted by the Site Manager Jr Faour. This guy is on point with top notch customer service. After a long move from New York and driving to 2 other storage places, I drove by this place and decided to come in. I liked the sign out front that says the Fourth is with you store it. it was catchy so I decided with my wife to stop in. I m so happy I did. This guy paid attention very closely and got us what we needed and wanted and most definitely made us feel welcome. this guy is like a magnet he draws your attention and fills u. thanks Jr for what you do for us your customers.

So I was looking for storage and went to public their sign said they close at 6pm it is literally 5:30. We left so frustrated driving down the street we see Personal mini Storage and a guy was standing outside by his motorcycle. We asked him if the place was open he replied it was closed since 5pm but that he was the manager and could respond to our questions. Later we learned his name is JR. he helped me reserve a unit that we desperately needed for Friday and even took the time to show us the prices online and get a way better deal. This guy made our day. We need more managers like him that care about us the customers.

Lidia is the best. She is very helpful with all your needs and more. It was supposed to be her day off but she was more than happy to assist us. She showed us the unit size we thought we needed then we decided we needed a bigger one and she was so happy to show us 2 other sizes. We went with bigger one. She was very thorough and professional. So I had an issue with my payment and I had gone in to speak with someone and I was attended by a female who to me was snotty and with a lot of attitude. I felt disrespected by this female I know she is the daughter of the old manager, she was very unprofessional. The day I came in I was surprised to see a new manager called Jr. Even though I was really upset and angry he took the time to listen to me and spent the time to investigate the issue at hand. Not only did Jr look into it he help me with getting my situation straight. I also noticed that there was another man I think his name was Joe. I think he was the big guy. JR was a great help I booked a uhaul on main st and was Terrible customer service they sent me to Dyer to pick up the truck the they never told me that they open at 11am on Saturdays. I started to look for other places cuz did not like the customer service and the lack of professionalism but JR shows up on his bike and saves the day and uhaul sale thanks to him thank you JR

I AM ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED BY THE CARING AND HELPFUL WAY, MARGIE, THE MANAGER TREATED ME. SHE WENT ALL THE WAY TO PLEASE AND MADE ME AT EASE WHEN I WENT TO RENT THE STORAGE. First and for most junior the mg at this location has the best customer service and work ethic. When I arrived at my location to get the storage my reservation was done completely wrong and the information I was given to me by the uhaul customers service. Junior the manager at the Mini storage not only fix the mistake but also was able to acomódate my need. I really thank you junio for your help. Even when I was exhausted and overwhelmed you said don’t worry I will help you. If I was to use a storage place I definitely will use this location in the future and I do recommend. We lived down the road from this location and found ourselves needing storage space immediately due to severe flooding during hurricane Irma. Margie was very sympathetic and helped us out so we could get our belongings to a safe and dry location with no fuss. She was extremely helpful and very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.

All the people I spoke to were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, my codes didnt work, they had to reset it about three times. When I came in on a Sunday to move in, the only day I could do it, my gate code did not work, and the app did not work. I came in the next day, they reset my code, but it still didnt work. Thankfully, the app did, otherwise I would never have gotten inside. now Im worried about getting out if everything decides to stop working again.

I have had the the best customer service EVER! If you had an entire staff of employees company wide like the Manager at this location you would put every competitor around you out of business. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. Taking time to show me different sizes and the end I have the perfect unit. She is knowledgeable and friendly and goes the extra mile for her customers. Word of mouth can be good or bad and in this case its incredibly good and to make it even better my mouth runs at 200 mile an hour all the time. I cant sing her praise enough so Ill simply say well done Personal Mini Storage for have the talent to recognize true customer service skills when you see them. I used this facility for over ten years. They have easy access and friendly staff. The storage area was bug free and always comfortable to be in when moving items in and out. I hope I can find as good storage facility in the town I am moving to.
