The other day I called because I am moving and needed to store some items. I am so glad I called and was lucky to speak with Lynette because she was super patient with the 101 questions I had. She took the time to explain the process and what will be my best option for my needs. Wanted to take the time to say thanks for having the customer service a lot of places now lack. Lynette answered my questions with professionalism and was very attentive.

I was trying to move out and forgot my keys. The manager on duty Luis was extremely helpful and friendly. He got on the phone and made some calls to get a District Manager to show up and cut my lock saving me time and money in gas and truck miles. I rate Luis #1 out of all the public storage customer reps I have ever interacted with. It is evident he is qualified to operate in positions of higher responsibility. Luis deserves a raise and needs to be promoted ahead of peers.

Moving is always stressful. Thankfully finding the right storage location was not thanks to Lynette. I called several places looking for a storage unit. I finally called Public Storage & Lynette assisted me. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable & made great suggestions on the size unit my husband & I would need. Upon arriving at the location I was assisted just as I was when I called earlier. She really took the time to make sure we chose the unit that would suit us best. Thank you Lynette sooo much for your help! You Definitely Rock! 🤘😎🤘

Glorilys the Manager was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Public Storage was very clean and within cost parameters for climate controlled storage in our area. I would have easily given 5 stars but Google maps nor Waze could not get me to the physical address and that was frustrating at first....

My friend and I didnt know how to go around and rent a storage since we never had the need to do it. We went in person and spoke to Glorilys and she explained how it worked and told me that her facility would give out great specials. She explained about the fees for insurance coverage, the cost if I needed a lock and how and when they would charge for the rental. We came back when we had the date and she was very helpful. It turned out they had a $1 for the month special and the rental was also on special price. She even offered to help us fill it out on the phone. She was knowledgeable and helpful. This Public Storage is the best for your storage needs. The property is always clean and so is the office and is also very organized, smells fresh and Glorilys always welcoming you with a big smile. I love that, I love to go to a place that as soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile and call you by your name. I have been here for 3 years without any problems and Glorilys is the best she always answer all my questions and if I have a concern she always helps me. There are some pros and cons with Public Storage. If you know for sure that you are only going to need them for six months or less then they are ok, but not a place I would recommend for long term storage. I make this comment not just because they raise their rates every year, but find the company dangerous in the sense that they are erratic, and any dispute or confrontation relating to late fees or the judgment I really hard to handle. However, the staff and their immediate supervisor trys to accommodate you in every way possible.The ladies at the office were very helpful and very pleasant to work with.However, the district manager and the sales staff, however The above-mentioned information has to do with the corporate office.
