Absolute nightmare. I have been trying to get a CPAP for over a year. My doctor has called them at least a dozen times. They told my wife that they tried to call me to set up the delivery, but I never got a message. They told the doctor that I needed to get the settings from a pulmonologist. Not sure what the sleep study I did was for. I went to the pulmonologist. He said they can just use the settings from the sleep study and didn’t understand why they sent me to him. I’m baffled. Why won’t they just send me the damn machine?

At first, it was a little difficult to find this place because of the large warehouse with a lot of doors (and garage doors ​too)! The lady, at the window, was very nice and helpful on getting info for the medical supplies I needed. Also the gentleman named, Vincent, came in the lobby with the supplies and showed me how to used/explained the products before I left there. Both staffs just made a my day goes smooth! 😀

Soo far the experience has been bad only good thing was the 1st guy that came out. Anyway my fiancee was in hopital when supplies got delivered told the guy i did not think fiancee could use those cylinders that they too heavy for him to carry he suggested letting him get out and see then call and change out..... called they would not answer phone left voicemail during bussiness hours did not get call back till next day and i am still waiting on my cylinders to be changed out

I’ve been trying to get a Nebulizer for 2 WEEKS!! They originally said that they couldn’t read the Doctors handwriting and he hadn’t included the medication for the Nebulizer. Since then, he has faxed over a new script SEVERAL times, and I’m still waiting!! ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The WORST company ever. They never answer their phone. My insurance carrier calls them directly and the answer the phone. They sound so sincere and tell you oh yes we have your order will be sending it out. Ive called every day Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and today is Friday and Im on and they just said the same thing will have your supply out and no time today. why bother putting a company like this to represent such a big corporation as Cigna. Cigna. Cigna/Centric please find local carriers that we can just go to the store and pick it up versus waiting for this useless company to takes the place of peoples home.

This company is the worst!! Customer service is terrible, the lady in the front desk is so rude. I also called and asked before coming what was the hours of operation and she clearly said they will open at 8:30am and went I got to the office at that time, the office did not open until 11 am

Useless unless you want to deal with mounting billing and order issues - and I mean things like over billing, not knowing how to get prior authorizations, delayed orders, claims not submitted in a timely manner or with the correct medical coding so they get rejected for payment from the insurance company. Oh, and if you are feeling lonely, dont worry - you will spend an average of 40 hours on the phone for every order - so you will make lots of new friends :). I AM DONE WITH THEM.P.S. They then used my PRIVATE information without my consent to reach out to me to discuss this review. Excuse me, I called in expressly well over a month ago to un-authorize any communication from Apria unless I initiated it. Once again, they cannot follow simple instructions!

Despicable, horrible, shysters. Only a 1 Star because you can’t keave less!! These people are complete shysters!!! I called billing today because I was over charged a fortune. The woman actually had the audacity to hang up on me after spending 40 minutes on hold. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor and refused to allow me to file a dispute!!!Went to order equipment and I made sure we were only getting what we need. I refused advances supplies. I was told they would call with any balance or deductible that would be due before shipping the products. Sent a ton of supplies and no bill not even on the invoice in the box!!! Now want over $200! Called several times all call are outsourced! Impossible to get answers! Been on hold with billing for 35 minutes! This company deserves the low reviews it gets!

It is almost impossible to contact a local office, as you get routed to corporate customer service. They are the dumbest people ever! I have been in Orthopedic medicine for 46 years and these are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with- Do yourself a favor tell your Dr. to send you to another provider

They didn’t come to bring the phototherapy to my 6 days old baby and kept lying when I call to check for the status. I have all the voice records. Morover, they reported that they came to my house to my referral doctor!!!I forceds to take the child to the ER at that night. I will never forget this bad experience.Strongly AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received 3 amara masks in the mail. Nobody had talked to me about what I am currently using. I am using one with a blue comfort piece, dont have the name. Also received part of the CPAP apparatus. Only the reservoir was included. Dont understand why nobody contacted me before they sent supplies. This is not typical of my past experience with Apria.

This company has not delivered what they promisedEquipment was not delivered on time that they promisedPlus being a Saturday the equipment that was delivered is not working correctlyAfter calling it was promised someone would be here within the hour however 2 hours later no body hereUpon calling had to go through the whole problem again which is very frustratingSince people that have to depend on oxygen to live this is not the way to run a company
