They are overcharging me for medical equipment that wasn’t used. Poor customer service.

Worst company EVER, DO NOT use them under any circumstance!My doctor ordered wheelchair after my surgery and faxed info to insurance. Bluecross approved and forwarded approval to Centrix. Centrix approved and faxed info to Lincare 4 different times and I had both Centrix and Lincare on line to try to resolve this matter. We have been speaking to “Marlene” and this has been going on since 9/23

Worst place to get medical supplies from. They do not follow up with doctors, loose track of paperwork, and are rude with customers. I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them none. Don’t use this company!
