Everyone is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I had a huge selection of frames to choose from. The ladies were so helpful with designing my glasses, with all of my special issues covered.

Excellent . I trust Halls Vision Clinic to care for all my family members. I would not go any place else. We purchase glasses here too . They stand by their warranty. They fix every pair that I drop, step or sit on . Loose screws or new nose pads.And they know all their customers by name.All of them !

Staff is competent and caring, they know their jobs, and they do their best to get each patient in and out without a long, drawn out wait time. A few weeks ago I emailed about having my prescription sent to me and Melanie answered me very promptly and the fax was delivered within the hour and she even emailed the next morning to make sure I got it. Very pleased with the service here!

The nurses/technicians were super nice and very easy to communicate with. The actual eye doctor was rude and acted like I wasted his time by asking about my eye care. I almost just walked out. Would not recommended.

The people are very nice but the glasses are so expensive that you have to go a different route well know I have paid for a pair of glasses that I cant wear and there is nothing that they can do. so the way I feel buy at your on risk

Avoid this place like the plague! I took my 4 year old son here to get a pair of glasses made he really needed, literally two months later when I’d call about the glasses Halls Vison Clinic still did not have them. I ended up having to call insurance company to get charges canceled (By the way, less than 1 week after original appointment Halls Vision Clinic already filed thier claim and was paid by insurance company.)Halls Vision Clinic has good Drs but horrible staff!!!
