All the people at the Lenscrafters in North Knoxville Tn. the Harvest center shopping center were amazing. I got my eye exam, everyone was very professional and very informative. The store was clean and full of great frames. The optician Jason helped me look at all the frames, and all the great sunglasses, which I also needed. I would recommend lenscrafters to anyone looking for a new look in eyewear!!

They screwed up the prescription in my lenses. I just spent over $600 on frames that I cant even wear. When I go in to get the issue fix they tell me that its passed the 30 day window and they cant do anything about it.

I cant say enough good things about this location! It surprises me that there are even ANY less than 5 star review for this location! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, they even worked with me to get my glasses styled and all of the details in order, knowing I couldnt purchase the glasses that day! They never made me feel like I was a bother or wasting their time, and they told me about a week for the glasses and they arrived about 3 days later so I was very pleased! The Dr. who did my eye exam was detailed and thorough, never made me feel like she was rushing to get to her next room. She reviewed me as an individual case and made sure to ask me if I had any more questions or concerns before she left! I was referred here by a co-worker and I will refer anyone I can to this location too!

Told me my glasses would be ready in a week.Well it was a week today I called and still not ready.I explained to them my contacts were on their last week and would not last much longer. They reassured me they would be here. If they are not here by tomorrow, I will write an even worse review. I did not spend almost $400 to wait this long on glasses.

Ive done hundreds of Google reviews and only 5% or less actually earn 1 star. My wife had an appointment there today at 4:30 pm which we both left work early for so she can have her eyes dilated and I could drive her home. Because she is a professional who has a demanding job and was never provided any pre appointment confirmation with directions she arrived 10 minutes late for that appointment. She was told that they would not be able to see her today as they had already taken in another patient. That is about the worst example of customer service that could possibly be described for an initial experience for a couple who is new to town. Not only will this location not enjoy our business neither will this brand.

First visit was okay. The only thing was the doctor was nice but it feels like Im just another patient. I went for contacts. I got a call while I was on vacation and I didnt get to answer it right away. So I called them back and they had no record why they called me back (what kind of doctor office doesnt know why they call you?). Contacts where not in. They told me they would be in about 7-10 business days from the day they ordered them and they would text me when they were in. It was day 9 and I never heard from them. So I called them. They had them in but I needed to come in for the doctor see how well they were working. And the next available appointment wasnt until late the next day or the following week. Good thing I already expected to be off on that day. I got there and the receptionist (woman with blonde curly hair) was rude. Had no idea why I was supposed to be there. I tried to explain the whole thing that happened and she cut me off halfway through the story and was rude. She then said she will get my contacts ready so I can try them on and wait for the doctor. She continued her personal conversation with another patient for another 10 minutes before she moved 10 feet to get my contacts and put a R on my right box. Then sent me back. I was having trouble with putting them in because its been a long time since Ive had contacts. Nobody came to check on me. This place is the least personable doctors office Ive ever been to. And will not recommend this office.

The temple on my glasses broke while in vacation. These people were amazing. Went above and beyond to help after Stanton Optical and Vision Works were only concerned with selling me a new frame! I walked out with a replacement temple and can now see throughout the rest of my vacation. Great experience and awesome customer service.

Really nice and helpful people

Just wanted to give a big thank you to the girls at the Knoxville Center store. We were vacationing in Pigeon Forge and the lens fell out of my seven year old nieces glasses. She sees double and triple without her glasses so there is no making do without them. We called the store and found out they were open until 9 p.m. They also advised us where to park so we would be close to the store. We arrived at 8:40 p.m. The associate (Brandy, I think?) was extremely kind and would not give up until she found a screw that would fit. We left about 9:15 and apologized for keeping them open past their closing time. She responded that it was her pleasure and that my niece needed her glasses to enjoy her vacation. Once again I cannot say enough good things about them! We appreciated the courtesy and the help so much and enjoyed the rest of our vacation problem free!

I have been going to LensCrafters at Knoxville Center, and to the affiliated optometrists (Dr. Puckett and associates), for three years now. I have been pleased with each of my four appointments, and with my experience of buying/fitting glasses. I recommend them.

Have been using this location for many years and this time could not get glasses in one hour. This place is going to have to move by 2020 and I hope they go back to making glasses in one hour not having to come back because they had to send out.

Because I am diabetic I had to submit my exam on my medical. My company provides 1 free exam but I had to pay $50.00, ok I was mystified but good with that. My exam was nothing beyond what I normally receive, I was very surprised that it was actually less, so once again I was mystified as to why it must be on my medical. I paid my $50.00 then left. I received a call a few days later that my ID# had been entered incorrectly, I gave them the correct one. I have now received a letter that my claim was rejected by my insurance and I would need to pay $29.00 minus the discount of $31.00...????? 29 + 31 = hmmmm.I am in the process of contacting my insurance company and even though LensCrafters *offers* a discount with my insurance, I will find another optometrist. This is solely my rating and my review and is based on my experience. Thank you LensCrafters for the experience.

I had been hit by a truck and my glasses broken. I was in extreme pain and they helped me in and out of the building with such compassion! I didnt buy glasses there, but they had my address and the staff sent me a get well card! I highly recommend them!!

Theyre clearly the best regardless of the cost

My husband and i went to lenscrafters knoxville center on the 19th of july we found the staff to be extremely friendly helpful and knowledgeable my husband got his glasses within an hour because i have some powerful lenses they didnt have mine in stock i got them today 7/24/14 and i really like them we will definitely return to lenscrafters knoxville center for our future eye care needsGlenda Mowery

My experience at this store was terrible !!! I went their four times and did not get the service that i wanted so their for i will not go back to that store they are horrible the customer service sucks they dont do their job so they all need to be fired.

The Drs office is the most unprofessional, rude medical office that Ive ever been to!! All the women, Dr included, were snobby stuck up bit**es! After I had a problem, the doctor left my room saying she would check on office managers progress & never came back! When I saw her up front, she literally dashed out & down the hall trying to avoid me!! I was nothing but polite! Even before that I waited 2 hrs for my appt when I was on time. They wouldnt let me use the restroom there either as a customer waiting!! This place needs to be shut down!!
