First time here and let me tell you the place itself is beautiful and CLEAN! The bathroom is also super clean. They have beautiful decor and the service is amazing. When I walked in I was asked if I had been there before and since it was my first time I got a break down of all the different types of desserts they offer, they even let me sample some cookie dough! They make you feel welcoming and the cookie dough taste amazing. Super happy I found this place on accident and have it a try. My boyfriend and I both had the rolled ice cream and he couldn’t wait for me to take the picture, lol but overall by far the best combo of customer service and cookie dough.

If you haven’t tried Knox Dough then you’re missing out! They have the best cookie dough recipe. TN trash is my favorite flavor.The store is inviting and clean and the employees are great.

I love rolled ice cream because it is so cold that it takes longer to melt. I always stop by ice cream shops and creameries when Im traveling. I stopped by Knox Dough and was a bit surprised by their limited ice cream options. I didnt like the regular ice cream, and the rolled ice cream has strawberry as an option which is one of the flavors I would get to share with my dogs. Two young ladies were working when I stopped by, Amaya and Kylie. They were very helpful and friendly, so welcoming. The rolled strawberry ice cream was very good. I like the small strawberry pieces in the ice cream. I was a bit disappointed that it wasnt topped with large strawberries as pictured. My two finicky pups loved the ice cream! Overall, I really enjoyed my visit, Amaya and Kylie are such nice young ladies.

I stopped by on a family vacation. The staff immediately greeted me with kind words and a smile. I greatly enjoyed just being in their company. It was a wonderful customer service experience and a wonderful sweet treat.

Friendly staff, fast service, and great cookie dough! Free samples of the 12 cookie dough flavors are offered, and they taste amazing. I got a scoop of salted caramel cheesecake dough mixed into my rolled ice cream. Rolled ice cream includes three delicious toppings of your choice. I highly recommend this place!

While traveling from Nashville to Greensboro going home from vacation, we had the awesome idea to find somewhere that made rolled ice cream. So after looking it up we found this place. After driving 2.5 hours to get to it we were greeted with all smiles and amazing flavors! Truly the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in the area (or 200 miles away) you must go! I recommend the strawberry-banana milkshake… the rolled ice cream is also amazing!

Literally my favorite rolled icecream of all time! We visit 1-2 times a year and stop by every trip!! Can’t beat the fresh cookie dough either! I love that it’s locally owned and ran and every time you come in they remember you and are so welcoming! Definitely recommend if you’re in pigeon forge and want some dessert!

This place is great! I ordered the Tennessee Trash and loved every bite! This is definitely my new favorite dessert place 💕 the customer service was also 100% amazing! My husband and I stopped in on our way back home to Florida from a road trip to Montana with a craving for something cold and sweet. We were not disappointed as this has been one of the best rolled ice cream places we have been to! There is a lot of emphasis with different flavors on the cookie dough with an ice cream base, so once you mix that with vanilla or chocolate their house made cookie doughs make a new ice cream flavor. I had the Sass and vanilla with blueberries, caramel, and cheesecake topping and it was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. The owner was there and made us very welcome. I can definitely agree with an earlier review saying that the owner makes you feel like you have been friends for a long time, and I just simply wouldnt believe anyone who has anything but something good to say about this place. If I could give it more than 5-stars I would. They need a location near Orlando!

My boyfriend and I drove a couple hours out of the way to visit this place and were by no means disappointed. The owners are very welcoming and the rolled ice cream was absolutely AMAZING. They have plenty of flavors to choose from and the shop is super cute. We will have to make another trip soon and try out the cookie dough shakes 😊

My family and I went to Knox Dough for the first time and the staff was super friendly! My Dad cannot have ice cream, but they had dairy-free orange sherbet that he loved! They also cleaned everything for him to make sure there was no dairy in his sherbet. The atmosphere is fantastic and their various flavors are guaranteed to please!

We were having a rough day as we pulled into Knox Dough. We were on the hunt for a good milkshake to forget our troubles and did they ever deliver! First, we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The young gentleman was kind as he went over all of our options then helped as we made our choices. They made it EASY. It was a fun, cute little ice-cream shop. The décor was delightful, offering little laughs at each new sign. The Pacman man made for a delightful competition while we waited for our shakes and rolled ice-cream. Huge thank you to the hardworking crew. This place was spotless! Im sorry I didnt take a photo of anything, but their photos dont lie, its even better than it appears! :) Thanks for everything we will see you all again soon!

This is a must try around the Knoxville area. As soon as I walked into the building I felt that warm and fuzzy feeling. The owners and staff dont treat you like customers but instead I got the vibe of being a friend. The flavors were amazing and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I tried the cookies & cream and Tennessee trash and OMG it was wonderful! I highly recommend this place for an after meal dessert or even a treat to cool off from the summer heat. I will be back time and again!

I sure as heck so when I feel spunky and daring.But here at Knox Dough, you can safetly eat cookie dough without of any fear! The best way to think of this place is an ice cream place, but instead its cookie dough. You choose how many scoops you want, and there are a variety of flavors [between 6-12...I cant remember].They also served Rolled Ice Cream [seems like its the hot new thing now a days]. I got myself a rolled ice cream. You choose a base ice cream [vanilla or chocolate], then choose a cookie dough to mix in. After they work their wizard magic to roll it up, they top it off with the toppings of your choice.My family got scoops of cookie dough. Both normal scoops and the rolled ice cream are delicious. I highly recommend this place!

We stumbled upon the Maryville location on our way to our trip destination. We stopped in for desert after our meal next door and left completely satisfied! The owner was extremely kind. My friend and I both ordered the cookie dough milkshakes and we highly recommend them! I will definitely make an extra stop when I am near any of their locations!

We have come here every time were in town. Best cookie dough shop weve been at, that includes the 2 in Manhattan, NY weve been to. The owner is so extremely personable. Love the whole experience.

Overpriced and underwhelmingI went to the location at 129hub and got the cookie dough, while it tasted fine, it didn’t really taste like cookie dough... I paid $6 for one scoop of cookie dough ( $4 is the price for a scoop, and I believe in leaving good tips) the service was good, it’s just the price is high for something that I’m not sure I’d call cookie dough.

Disappointing. You would think that if somewhere is named after a certain dish, that dish would be good, right? Wrong. Please do not be let down by their cookie dough, as I was. It is not anything like your typical cookie dough- Its extremely soft and more of a frosting. Not chewy, not dough-like at all. More of a vanilla frosting with chocolate chips in it than a dough. It doesnt taste bad, but shouldnt be marketed as a cookie dough. This is some other strange dessert with a cookie dough flavor.I wouldve sampled it and known better, but I had door-dashed it and therefore did not know what to expect. I recommend trying another small business for your cookie dough fix.

A unique and amazing dessert for the whole family.With a significant amount of cookie dough flavors, the choices seem almost endless, when you mix/match and/or add your favorite dough to a rolled icecream frozen treat!I had the absolute pleasure and honor of meeting the owners in the new Pigeon Forge location, during a father/son weekend getaway and their attitudes were an unmistakably clear message that they truly want EVERYONE that visits any of their stores or mobile food truck, to have the most amazing experience possible.They are a mom/pop company, that make their own edible cookie dough and have slowly grown from a food truck, into a few brick and mortar locations, with a mobile food truck that is still in operation.Again, I have anything but positive remarks and bout the food and customer experiences and look forward to seeing this company expand into new markets!!

Visiting pigeon forge from South Carolina. LOVED how they have dairy free options. I notified the gentlemen about my daughter’s dairy allergy, and he went ahead and cleaned the ice plate/pan to make sure my ice cream wouldn’t have traces of dairy from previous ice creams! My daughter ended up having the orange base rolled ice cream with Oreo cookie dough on top, she LOVED it. Will definitely stop by if we come to visit the area again.

I was skeptical of getting raw cookie dough, but the cookie dough was better than ice cream to me. The service was excellent, and they walked us through how to order and offered us plenty of samples.

If youve never been to a cookie dough place before, this is a must try. The dough flavors are roughly the same as classic ice cream flavors. If you can normally eat 3 scoops of ice cream, go for 2 scoops of dough as the dough is much richer than ice cream. Also, make sure you grab a drink or some ice cream to go with the dough. It makes the whole experience better.

Lots of unique and yummy flavor options. The owners are wonderful people, I’ve been here several times and never had a bad experience! Love the selection of board games too, a very family friendly place. (My personal favorite flavor is red velvet, highly recommend!)

Knox dough is owned by an amazing local family. Their food creations are incredibly creative and delightful to taste test. They are so friendly and they are always coming up with brilliant new ideas for flavours. They also have rolled ice cream, which is great! We love going to their new store and checking out the flavors of the day. The staff is very helpful and kind, and always willing to let you try a flavor before buying it. We love them so much and cant wait to go back again soon!!

Delicious and nicely priced! The staff is very friendly and excited for feedback. The ice cream can be very rich but they have a decent selection of flavors for everyone and I love the addition of mixing cookie dough into the ice cream. You can buy the cookie dough by itself, but the main thing is the rolled ice cream. You select a base (vanilla, chocolate, orange), a cookie dough to be mixed in, and up to 3 topping. They roll it all together for a wonderful flavor combination in a fun way to enjoy it. The store itself is decorated really well and feels very comfortable/homey. They even offer some board games if you just want to hang out inside while you eat!It can be a little hard to find as its set back in a nearly hidden shopping center and is a corner store. Best to use the GPS first time or look it up on Google StreetView first! The sign in front of the turn-in is small so we missed it at first!

The shop is cute and they have a lot of interesting flavors. I especially like that they have dairy-free options. However, the cookie dough, itself, is a bit too soft and tastes too buttery for my liking. I prefer a firmer dough that does not taste like butter with a little sugar added to it. There are better options out there for cookie dough connoisseurs. This is not worth the calories. Would not return.

We had such a great experience tonight! The owners went above and beyond, even though we arrived right at closing time. Their cookie dough is always yummy and has a great consistency.
