I had someone out today to repair my garage door. I got a confirmation text this morning and another text when they were on the way. And the tech even showed up EARLY; which never happens. The tech and his vehicle looked professional. I got a clear explanation of the problem and what was needed to fix it, as well as a fair quote. A short 30 minutes later it was fixed and working perfectly. The tech again took time to explain what he did and how to reach him if we have any issues. Hopefully we have no more issues, but based on this visit, I would definitely recommend.

I booked my order originally through Lowes. Normally Lowes has done a good job for us, but we botched this order completely. David came to do an install, assessed the situation, and told me he could be back the next day with the proper supplies to get the job done. David arrived on time, did his work in a timely manner. David, our technician was polite, quick and informative. He showed me what had broken and what was old and should be replaced. I opted for two springs as both mine had broken and a replacement on both pulleys on either side. Had American Pro replace both of the aging garage door openers at our house with new wall mounted units and convert our doors to high lift. American Pro was easy to deal with, provided an initial quote that was very reasonable, and completed the work when they said they would. Our tech, David, was great and his attention to detail and workmanship is top notch.

I had my garage door break at 800pm and my door would not close. I got on line looking to see if I could find a company that could come out that night. I tried one company who wanted me to leave a message. I knew that would not work as time was of the essence. I did not want to leave the door open and have critters in my garage.I found American Pro. They had a good rating so I called. A real live person answered the phone and yes they could come out. In a little over an hour Ori arrived. He was such a nice young man and he got my door closed and locked for the night. My door had broken and he measured for a new door and showed me my choices. The next afternoon they installed my new door. David another nice young man did a great job. He effentiently installed the door, cleaned up all the debris and took it with him. I would highly recommend this company. I received phone calls and messages confirming my appointment, who would be there. Then received text message from the installer when he was on his way. This company obviously cares about customer service and satisfaction.

Called them after 9pm on a Saturday night when we discovered our spring had broken. They were at my place at 11am the next day. David, our technician, was very polite, professional, and worked quickly. We were presented with 3, reasonably priced repair options.He also wore his mask the entire time and there was a touch less invoice for me to pay when he was done. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would work with them again.

David did a great job. Came out to install a garage door opener that I bought from Lowe’s. He found that the door that was just “professionally” installed by a different door company wasn’t installed properly. He installed the new opener, fixed the improperly installed track and adjusted the spring in a little over an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional.
