As a semi driver delivering to their location, this company has great employees that are not afraid to get their hands dirty to work as a team to help get the product unloaded from the trailer. The parking lot/docks arent exactly for rookie truck drivers, so if youre inexperienced with precision maneuvering please let them know so they can help you avoid a problem.

VERY positive experience with this company... the salesman, David, has tons of experience in the industry and was extremely knowledgeable in terms of what would and wouldnt work for our damaged garage door. Ultimately, we had it replaced. David told us exactly what to expect prior to and during the install then the torch was carried to the finish line by Billy the installer. He was exactly on time, called 30 minutes out and even helped me move a couple items prior to install (Dont be me... this wasnt very nice :)). Highly recommend due to professional communication, expectations being set precisely and, in the end, they were exceeded!

One of our Hoermann garage door switches tore up so after the order of the spare we were visited promptly. Although the new parts did not work as anticipated the technician was able to repair the old one. He listened to our problems and went on to perform regular maintenance work which included adjusting the springs, checking the motors, fixing the travel length of our 3 garage doors including oiling/greasing of the pinwheels next to other repair. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous, finished his work efficiently and the cost was reasonable. Can only recommend!

Fair Pricing, Speedy Work Done, and Good Communication.I had a new garage door opener installed. All i had to do was schedule the appointment, have the product box in the garage, and make sure that the area was clear. The tech was wonderful and completed the project in less than 2-hours. The installation of the new garage door went very well. However, the garage door that I ordered (not a speciality door) was left off the first shipment and I had to wait another 6 weeks for it to arrive. Plus the wait time for the installation date to arrive. I dont feel this was acceptable.

I just had to shout out Josh at Farmer Garage. Im in a new home in Maryville, TN, and this week my garage decided not to open or close. I called the number on the big logo sticker located on the motor itself and spoke with Julie, (so polite and professional). Josh came out and fixed the issue, and even fixed a couple other things he had noticed while doing repairs. Also, he repaired the trim that was damaged from the garage door itself. Farmer Garage Door recently repaired the broken spring and tangled cables on my garage door. The staff who answered the phone and the technician were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The spring was replaced, cables replaced and opener settings reset in about an hour. Great results at a fair price.

Thankfully there was a big Farmer Garage Door sticker on the side of the opener so I knew who to call. I called. Very pleasant. Communicated time and cost of service clearly. My garage door was installed little over 10 years and start failing to close. I call Farmer Garage door and they scheduled the closest appointment available (2 days later). When the tech arrives he almost immediately identify the issue with the wiring to the sensors, he replace it and the door starts working again, he even took the time to grease the wheels and the spring and I was charged only for the visit.
